Miss Glaiza Bulgado is a second-year Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management student at the College of San Jose Recoletos. She recently won the title of Miss Talisay Heritage and the Miss Lueur Lauren International award.

On October 17, 2022, she wrote on her Facebook account, "It taught me not to give up on my dreams whether I am a student, a model, or now a beauty queen. Just have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. Then you will somehow know what you want to become. If you feel you are not enough and missing something, try to remember that there is always room for improvement."

Being a volleyball player, she wanted to help the youth build their confidence and passion through sports. Through sports, one can build camaraderie, sportsmanship, and discipline.
