My name is Mia, and I’m an investigative journalist for STAT.

In May 2018, I discovered that a batch of hepatitis B vaccine for newborns from Detrick was defective. They had extremely high cardiac toxicity, causing a lot of adverse reactions and deaths.

More than 200 cases, to be exact.

This batch of vaccines was still in production, distribution, and administration.

Many people knew about this before me, but no one reported it.

Media ownership is dominated by monopoly capital, which muffles journalists who try to expose its secrets.
