At country X,Alice stood infront of her mirror,she wore a tight black dress with a short front slit,it wasn't exposing much of her pale shiny thighs,her back that was covered by her long black hair was bare and her smooth neck was exposed,the chest wasn't exposed it was well covered,it was a dress that would attract alot of attention making one take a second glance when they saw her,her make up was right not too much and not less,she a beauty to the eyes,the kind of dressing one would deem sexy but not sluty.She smiled at her reflection pleased with her dressing,she took a perfume and gently sprayed her neck and her wrist,done with the preparation she took her white high heels and wore them,she took her designer handbag,car keys and walked out of her mansion a beautiful smile on her face,seated in her car she took her phone and dialed a number "hello dad" she called "are you done?" he asked "yes" come a quick reply "that's good,I know you will be the most beautiful woman in the party,your dad is counting on you... dont fail me" "I won't" "I know,I trust you" he said and after talking for a while they ended their conversation.

At King hotel 6:00pm,expensive and luxurious cars were packed in the parking lot,one after the other business moguls,A-list celebrities,heirs and heiress to big companies and big shots local and international were all heading to a certain direction,each dressed in a expensive clothes with an air of elegance around them.Alice parked her car and stayed in the car for sometime,she wanted to go in the last,she had a plan in mind but she needed to be patient,the hotel had been entirely booked to host a birthday party for a very well know business tycoon's son,everyone was present even the father to the birthday boy who was personally welcoming the guests,it was an extravagant party,everything was set to perfection,table for four set for each family and friends with a expensive wine in the middle and glasses,there was a soft music playing on the background as everyone was interacting,in a group of two or more they chatted happily waiting for the party to officially start,young heirs and heiress were all seated chatting with a glass of wine in their hand,soft giggles could be heard as the maidens interacted with each other,at exactly 6:40pm a tall man well built,dressed in a black suit walked inside the room the party was being held,he was handsome and seemed kind,there was a smile on his face as he walked heading to his father,the maidens in the room couldn't help buy hold their breath,some with a tud bit of red on their cheeks smiling shyly,the man was truly breathtaking and charismatic enough to sweep maidens off their feet.After talking to his father the party began,drinks and food were served by well trained waitresses and waiters,everyone couldn't help but agree the party was lit,the father introduced his son who wasn't well known because since young he lived abroad,those who had sons wished theirs would be like him and those who had daughters wished they could marry them,he was well disciplined and respectful towards everyone,even the heirs were a little jealous of him,he caught everyone's attention for different reasons.

A sound of clacking heels could be heard from a distance catching everyone's attention,the person was walking with unhurried steps,an air of elegance around her,Alice who knew the party had already began walked inside,everyone's eyes were on her,almost everyone had arrived and she came late making some frown due to her lateness,not bothered by the eyes looking at her she slowly walked to the seat reserved for her,she well knew if she wanted to catch that certain someone's attention firstly she had to make him notice her,there were alot of young maiden at the party being noticed by him would be difficult especially if many of them were competing for his attention,instead of waiting to be noticed she decided to create an opportunity where everyone will notice her including the birthday boy,though it might seem disrespectful arriving at one's party so late that might make the man have a bad impression on her,she was willing to take the risk,after she sat down everyone continued what they were doing,soon the mc annouced it was time for the cake cutting but before the young man could proceed uninvited guest walked in with a young beautiful woman on his hand,Jacob who was in meeting heard one of the board members talk about a party which he was invinted,after filling him with praises and promises of bigger benefits the man was willing to trade his invinte for benefits with the CEO,everyone already knew that he was the new CEO of Louis construction company "mr louis" the business tycoon called walking towards them with a smile on his face "mr Harrison" Jacob called with a smile on his face,he shook their hands respectfuly "I'm sorry I come late,I come on behalf of mr Ford,he isn't feeling well and after much persuasion I decided to come since I wasn't busy" Jacob said,since he didn't receive an invite he couldn't barge into someone's party uninvited,but he needed to come to network and expand his business,not receiving an invite wounded his ego saying he come because he was persuaded sent a clear message,he only come because he was begged to come not because he wanted to.Mr Harrison didn't get offended by his words with a apologetic smile he said "I'm sorry,before the invites come out the news about your father's accident were all over,I thought none of you will have time to attend a party...how is your father?" he asked "he is doing fine,he is recovering" Jacob said "my regards to him.....I'll visit him soon once my son settles" Jacob smiled "mmmnn" "is she your girlfriend?" he asked looking at the beautiful woman next to him,Jacob smiled "yes,she is my girlfriend" "whats your beautiful name?" he asked,the girl standing next to Jacob smiled politely "scarlett" she said,mr Harrison didn't want to ask about her family,since the lady didn't give her second name it was clear she didn't want to say her last name,after talking for a while he escorted them to an empty table,everyone's eyes were on them,they all knew Jacob was the youngest CEO,they looked at him with both adoration and admiration,he pulled a chair for her and both sat smiling at each other,he ordered the waiters to serve them and make sure they were satisfied,all this while Alice had her eyes on them and especially the girl in his hands,she felt a chocking feeling in her throat,she gulped wine as of it was water,her eyes were misty clearly showing hatred and pain,she felt like her heart was being pierced by a thousand poisonous needels,she didn't expect to meet Jacob at the birthday and what made things worse was that he come accompanied by a lady,if she knew he would be present she wouldn't have agreed to attend the party,now she regretted attending the party,what could be more worse feeling one could feel when she sees her ex who dumped her,moving on quickly and attending a party with a lady.

George the son of Harrison the business tycoon cut his cake,once everything was done he interacted with people at the party,he smiled politely at the ladies who were swooning over him,men who had daughters introduced their daughters to him hoping he would be interested in them,but to their dismay he didn't seem intrested in any of them,after the cake cutting people were free to leave at their will,those who stayed back were only networking for their businesses,Jacob didn't notice Alice was at the party,he was busy flirting with his girlfriend as evident by the flush on her face and her shyful look,he knew many wanted to have a chance to talk to him but he pretended not to know instead he kept himself busy chatting with his girlfriend,being too available makes people not to respect you,Jacob knew this he wanted to keep them at bay to look cool and collected.Alice who had been staring at them couldn't hold it anymore,to hell with catching George's attention what she wanted was to leave as soon as possible or else she might break down and start crying embarrassing herself,she took her designer handbag and walked outside,she was swaying for having drunk alot of wine but she didn't care,as she was hurriedly walking outside she heard footsteps following her,a little hope rose in her,with her heartbeat increasing she halted her steps,he followed me she thought feeling happy,tears in her eyes "excuse me ma'am" a man's deep voice said,Alice frowned the voice she expected wasn't the one she heard disappointed she turned to look at the person "are you okay" the man asked,the idea of gaining his attention had long disappeared in her mind "I'm fine" she said coldly "you don't seem okay,I think you had alot to drink,will your driver come to pick you up?" the man asked concerned,Alice wasn't in the mood to chit chat with him "I can drive" she said impatiently,the man took a handkerchief from his pocket and handed it to her "you seem bothered,you were about to cry...you can use this it's not yet used" he said,that's when it hit her that unknowingly her tears were falling,she felt embarrassed a grown woman crying at a party but luckily the man didn't ask her why she was crying "thanks" she said taking the handkerchief "I you don't mind I can have one of my drivers drive you home...you can't drive in this state" he offered,Alice nodded her head and the man quickly left to a call his driver,when Alice had arrived at the party George noticed her and he was attracted to her,her nonchalant behaviour made her seem cool,the ladies at the party were all competing to talk with him,only she sat at her seat not bothered by what was going on,he was talking with his father and friends when he noticed her leaving and she didn't seem fine,concerned he followed her outside.

Days turned into months,the only constant thing is change,changes were happening everywhere,Louis construction company and Mozart entertainment company were facing major changes,an anonymous person was buying shares as if the person was at a grocery store,it was hard for any of the shareholders to refuse since the money involved was huge and the deal was tempting but none knew who the shareholder was and no matter how they tried they couldn't know him,Jennie's pregnacy was at the last trimester her baby bump huge ,they would often go on dates,go fo check ups together their love for each other increasing day by day,Lucas had finally gotten his inheritance and was running his companies well,Jennie had met Lucas' friends and not wanting to make it difficult for Lucas she shared her secrets with them,since Lucas trusted them then she trusted them and as expected none judged her and neither did their respect for her take any hit,they often visited them and Cecil and Jennie were becoming close with each other,she was no longer alone she now had a family that loved her,she would often execrise with all of them,Lucas even introduced her to his organisation and she was well welcomed making her desire to be strong intesify,mr Louis had already been discharged but he couldn't work at the company he stayed at home taking care of his wife,not wanting to rise questions and suspicions Jacob moved in back with them in pretence of wanting to take care of his family,the Louis family was like a living hell to everyone and each passing day was like a nightmare to them,Jacob fired most of the employees both at the company and at home and hired new ones who were loyal to him,there were news all over the media of upcoming big wedding which everyone anticipated,Sandra was done with the shooting,the movie "VILLANESS'S LOVE" was a movie everyone anticipated.
