Chapter 1

It's July 16th and a little miracle was born today a little something called Damelza, a tiny cute little treasure held in her mother's arms who's was growing weaker by the second.

"She gorgeous just like her mother" the father said as the little treasure struggles to open her eyes seeing nothing but shadows hovering above her, but the sent of her mother was present.

"She'll become a great ninja someday" the mother replied weakly looking down at her child who's skin was white as snow so elegant so soft.

"Can I hold her?" The father asked as his wife gladly gave her to him while she laid in the hospital bed closing up at deaths door seeing her husband hold her child in his arms like he did with his son Ronald. The husband couldn't help but smile at the sight of his beautiful daughter as he grow to realise how similar she looked to her mother when she was a catapilar.

"Honey, look she has your eyes....honey?" The husband said as a little silence filled the room noticing that his wife wasn't answering him back so he turned to look at her but to see her asleep, her chest wasn't moving the husband got closer hoping that it she was pulling a prank on him since she always does... but their was response. No air, nothing was moving she was actually dead.

"Money! Somebody help! My wife isn't breathing!" He yelled as footsteps were heard rushing towards the room as doctor came in seeing the husband holding his baby and the deceased mother laying on her hospital bed peacefully. The doctors were unsuccessful to bring her back while the husband was left to cry in the hallway with Damelza in his arms. He was in distraught that his beloved just died firm child birth as his daughter that she brought into this world began to cry.

"Stop crying, please" the father pleaded for Damelza to stop but she wouldn't as tears continued to stream down his face as little footsteps were heard rushing towards him while one set of big ones followed after.

"Ronald, come back here!" Aunt Zoey yelled wanting Ronald to stop running ever since he spotted his father in the hallway.

Ronald Hughes his fathers legs happy to see him since it was his father after all. Zoey was able to catch up too but oust if breath as she was seen crouching, hands on her knees trying to get her breath back before standing straight in front of her brother-in-law.

"Is that my neice?" Zoey said a bit excited but also confused on why he was still crying.

"Here, take it!" He yelled holding the crying child in his hands wanting her to take it since she was the reason why his wife was dead.

"But.. it's your child" Zoey replied totally confused on why he was suddenly wanting to give his only daughter away, so she gladly took the baby form him.

"She's the reason why my wife is dead" he replied coldly not wanting his daughter anymore blaming her for the death of his wife but she was just a little defenceless baby.

"Don't blame the newborn. My sister was already weak from giving birth to Ronald and I warned her about having another one. She risked her life to give this child a chance to live" Zoey said hoping to change his mind about giving his only daughter away to her without a proper reason.

"I don't care take her and take Ronald too! I don't care" he said before aggressively pushing Ronald off his legs as he began to walk away from them. Zoey had to grab Ronald when he tried to run after his father who just abandoned him with her.

"Oh, Damelza what are we gonna do?" Zoey said looking at the crying baby in her arms as Ronald clenched onto her trousers watching his father leave his life.

At Zoey's house!

As Zoey got back from the hospital with two kids her husband was left shocked after the story she told him about what the father just did to the kids he once loved.

"I can't believe that jerk!" Zoey's husband growled clenching his fists pissed that he would just easily abandon them like that.

"Please, dagger we need to take care of them like they are one of our own" Zoey said as he looked at the baby she was holding not sure of what to do.

"Fine but what about the girl?" He asked pointing at Zoey's sisters baby.

"She's already know I'm her aunt by being held by her real mother so let's try our best" she replied Back as dagger smiled wanting to help too since he always wanted to be a father or at least try to be one.

3 years later!

Damelza is walking but hasn't formed into a moth yet like her parents but Zoey is trying her best to take care of these little rascals.

"Aunt Zoey? Can you do magic?" Damelza asked in a perfect sentence as she softly sighed before lifting the little caterpillar into the air as purplish glow surrounded the child as she giggled enjoying the feeling of flying.

"Can I play outside?" Ronald asked as Zoey nodded as she continued to play with Damelza giving her a true mother figure.

Later that night, everyone was as asleep especially the siblings who shared a room together since Ronald wanted to protect his little sister from humans and monsters that lurk in the mysterious forest behind them.

A scream was heard scaring the two causing them to wake up so Ronald quickly went to his door and shoved stuff in front of it to prevent any unwanted bugs or creatures from entering forgetting about his open bedroom window.

"Ronald, am take your sister and fly!" Uncle Dagger's voice was heard yelling as the boy did what he was told to do a grabbed His sister and with her Blanket seeing the opened window before flying out leaving the house, as Ronald turned his head he could see bugs coming after him since he couldn't fly that high yet so other moths and crickets were behind him while the glimpse of Auntl Zoey was seen being stabbed and killed as he grew closer to the mysterious forest.

He wanted to save his sister and himself from these scary people that were trying to catch him or his sister so he quickly dived and went through one of the trees in the mysterious forest before landing onto his back hurting his wings but he quickly got up and hid him and his sister in a nearby bush while wings and feet were heard going past them showing that they didn't see him hide giving the poor boy relief.

"We will be safe little sister.. until we find a new place to call home" Ronald said holding his sister tightly in his arms not wanting to let go.

The next day!

Ronald already knew how to use magic so finding non-poisonous fruit was pretty easy while Damelza was going through some changing into a moth.

It wasn't long do Ronald to comeback and see his sister in a white cocoon showing her first change before becoming a proper moth since she has 2 more cocoon changes left.

"Protect the cocoon" Ronald through to himself watching the cocoon with his will as he also watched the fruit too not going to eat them until she comes out of that thing.

As she got out of the protective growing cocoon she had grown a bit more fluffy around her neck and chest showing a sign of blooming into a proper female moth making Ronald ever more protective.

If a Male comes close to her he would have to fight or kill him before letting anything go near his maturing female sister.

A week after that she had another change, her wings bloomed showing how elegantly blue they are as they fade to purple. She was ready to learn how to fly but it would be tricky since they were in the mysterious forest so finding something very high as hard to find.

"But I want to fly" Damelza said with puppy eyes wanting to fly like her brother because of not how would she be able to help him in the future.

"There isn't anything high enough for you to jump off of" Ronald said telling her that she can't once again but she continued to bug him.

"Through me out of the sky" she said as she shook his head no as it was too dangerous and she could die.

"I can teach you magic" he said changing the subject and the young moths mind wanting to learn magic more as she scooted closer to her big brother excited to learn to spells and more. It didn't take long for Damelza to learn a levitation spell to help her float and fly without her wings making it more easier but using this spell requires full concentration.

Ronald was able to find a abandoned house in the middle of the mystery magical forest which was weird but it was that or they would have to huddle up though the winter so living there would help warm them up.
