Aren's thinking. Luna levels up.

After Rosflin created a giant hole leading to the underground cave by stomping his feet on the ground, Aren and Rosflin descended.

But unfortunately, Aren didn't find any spirit stone here.

He flew out from the underground cave by mounting on his sword while Rosflic simply flew out with his wings.

"What now, Aren?"

Aren grinned, "Continue searching. I think whoever set everything up expected people to find at least one spirit stone and a field of Red berries near each beginner town."

...

Both of them continued flying in search, and after fifty minutes, they finally found another underground cave that contained a spirit water pond.

Aren dug it out to get the spirit stone buried beneath it before leaving the underground cave.

An hour had also passed since he put the mobile on charging, so Aren looked at the puppy-eyed Rosflin, who was also thinking of the same thing.

"The mobile phone should be fully charged by now. I'll go and bring it here," Aren smiled.

"Yey!" Rosflin cheered and saw Aren disappearing.

Before a minute passed, Rosflin saw Aren appearing again.

'It looks like the little dragon has gotten addicted to the video game,' Thought Aren as he looked at the excited Rosflin.

"Alright, here you go," Aren smiled and gave the mobile phone to Rosflin, who took it with excitement in his eyes.

"Thank you, Aren. Hehehe, I will now return and come back when I need to charge it again," Rosflic said as he prepared to fly away.

"Wait. Here, take this charger." Aren said as he stretched his hand and threw the charger at Rosflin, who caught it with confusion on his face.

"How do I use this?" Rosflin asked as he curiously looked at the charger.

Aren first explained the basics of using the charger before going to the main point, "After plugging that cable in mobile, you need to connect the other end of that cable to a source of electricity. I'm sure there are many sources of electricity here, right? "

"Yes, there are thunder pools behind the mountain where my home is located," Rosflin nodded, "So I just need to put the other end of the cable into thunder pool, and it will charge the mobile phone?"

Aren hollowly laughed as he shook his head, "Don't do that. Otherwise, it will likely blow up the mobile phone. If you can control the flow of electricity, then flow it with minimum power into the other end of the charger. That way, you might be able to charge the mobile phone without blowing it up."

"Okay. I will try that," Rosflin nodded with a serious expression before he bowed, "Thank you again, Aren."

Aren faintly smiled and nodded, "Go have fun."

*swoosh...*

Rosflin transformed into dragon form and flew away as he couldn't wait to play the game after returning to his home.

Others might think that Aren did a stupid thing by giving Rosflin the charger and telling him how to charge the mobile.

But he didn't think like that. He saw the future and how Rosflin's father would think when Aren did something like that. After all, Aren guessed that...Rosflin's father is always keeping an eye on Rosflin. He was not sure, and it was just his guess, but he decided to believe that guess as a fact.

Aren is bound to receive appreciation from Rosflin's father, even if it's minuscule from this action. That big dragon is quite intelligent, and there was no way that he wouldn't be able to find a way to charge the mobile phone. So Aren thought that it's better to be straightforward and honest about it.

...

After Rosflin left, Aren continued to search, but he received a spiritual call from Luna shortly after that.

Luna--"Aren! I found a field of Red berries, but two dangerous beasts were guarding it, and I couldn't beat them on my own. They are like rhinos but tougher, so I can't one-shot them."

Aren--"Let's meet up at town."

Luna--"I am already on the way to the town."

...

Aren turned around as he flew back to the town while riding on Ikaros. He had gotten quite a hang of flying on the sword, and simple maneuvers were already no problem to him.

'Let's see if I can use spirit energy to increase my grip on the sword,' Aren thought as he tried to controlled spirit energy towards the soles of his feet.

"Ouch!.."

*thud...*

Aren suddenly lost balance and fell to the ground.

He felt a sharp pain on the soles of his feet before the pain slowly subsided after a minute.

"Phew...," Aren dusted off his clothes as he stood up before muttering, "I guess I need to unlock more meridians on my leg and feet to freely control the spirit energy in that part. Hmm...Ultimately, I need to unlock all meridians to freely control the spirit energy throughout my body. "

After resting for a minute, the pain completely subsided before he started moving again and flew towards the town.

After meeting up with Luna, they both reached the mountain cave that contained Red berries.

Both stood outside of the mountain cave's entrance as Luna told Aren about the situation.

"So the Red berries are right in the first cave? It looks like we have no choice but to fight head-on," Aren said before he thought about something and asked Luna," How much exp do you need before you hit level 10?"

Luna wryly smiled as she said, "I just need 18 exp. Should I find a beast and kill it to get exp and level up first?"

" No need. Let's just finish off those rhino-beasts first, " Aren said as he started walking towards the cave entrance.

After telling Luna about what to do, Aren used <Hyper Charge> before entering the cave entrance.

After he entered the cave, He glanced at one of the rhino-beast and instantly received its information through his new eyes.

[ Brown-stone Rhino ]

-Grade: Common-4.

-Health: [ 1300/1300 ]

-Defense: Physical [ 400/400 ] Soul [ 100/100 ]

-Attack: [ 700 ]

-Skill: Rocket Horn.

' So I can indeed see the status of beasts. Awesome,' Thought Aren with a grin as he released powered up <Wind Slash(5)> towards one of the rhinos.

*Roarr...*

On the other hand, Luna released <Double Rend(4)> towards the 2nd Brown-stone Rhino.

Aren's powered up <Wind Slash(3)> hit Brown-Stone Rhino and instantly killed it by cutting it to two from the middle.

[ A Brown-stone Rhino killed, 450 exp gained. ]

But Aren received another pleasant surprise when his <Wind Slash(5)> hit the Brown-stone Rhino.

[ -1780 damage ]

This number floated right on top of Brown-stone Rhino when his <Wind Slash> hit the beast.

'So I can see the damage I deal too? This is very convenient,' Thought Aren before he looked at Luna's battle.

"Luna, be careful of its ability to shoot its horn like a rocket," Aren warned Luna.

"Got it."

After hitting Brown-stone Rhino with <Double Rend(4)>, Luna used <Dash(5)> to increase her movement speed by 80% for 10 seconds.

She dashed towards the injured Brown-stone Rhino and hit it with her daggers one time before she focused on the Rhino's horn.

Seeing it glowing, Luna instantly dodged to the side before the horn could attack her and then dashed towards the Brown-stone Rhino before finally killing it by repeatedly stabbing at the head wound she created by using <Double Rend(4)> earlier.

[ A Brown-stone Rhino killed, 450 exp gained. ]

[ Congratulations! You have leveled up to 10. ]

[ The process of Lifestage elevation will start in 3 seconds. ]

Hearing the notifications, Luna looked at Aren with an excited smile, "It's time for me to choose my path."

"Good luck," Aren faintly smiled as Luna disappeared.
