Chapter ５４

Alexia's POV

At that moment my phone rang, it is Calvin.

I picked up the receiver, "Hello?"

"Where are you?" Calvin's voice is soft but in a good mood.

"I'm at Anni's. I told you yesterday, did you forget?" I turned around and made the call with my attention to Anni.

"Is it over? I'm waiting for you to come back." Calvin's tone softened.

"How can it be so early? It's almost eleven, and it's too late for me to go back for lunch now. You can eat it yourself." I brushed him off.

"You're lying? You promised me you'd have lunch together!" Calvin is unhappy.

"Then have dinner!" I noticed Anni looking at me. When I turned my head, all I saw is the curious and ambiguous expression on Anni's face, and I suddenly felt hot.

"Tell me the address, and I'll pick you up!" Calvin couldn't let me refuse.

"Okay, I'm hanging up now." Embarrassed, I hung up the phone.

After sending Anni's address to Calvin, I looked at Anni, 

"Why are you looking at me like that?"
