Conclusion of the Beginning

*Ray POV*

Mike saved me from the hands of the monster but he exchanges his life just for my life.

"Mike!"

I shout and shout hoping that my voice reaches the below thinking that he might appear again.

"I can now sail the boat!"

Hearing the shout of the boss's right hand Rin, the boat went into full throttle as the restrain has been removed.

"Oy! Mike is still there!" I tell that Mike might come back that we should wait for a little longer.

But everyone just ignores me.

The one who punches Mike into the ocean reply to me with an angry tone.

"That guy deserved it! He killed our friends! Even if he is alive I will not let him get him here!"

Of course, upon hearing what he said I cannot hold myself to hide this anger any longer.

I'm not used to hurting others as Mike had done but this time I cannot ignore his insult to Mike.

I raised my hand, punching him with all of my anger.

*Blurgh!*

Maybe I'm strong that I didn't even realize the guy that I punch flew to the wall hitting his head on the pipe losing his consciousness.

I blurted out my inner feelings into him even he cannot speak or stand anymore.

"Don't insult my friend any longer!"

Everyone isn't paying attention to what I had done as they are only focusing themselves to survive.

The only ones who see me are Sena who has relations with Mike, Daniel who still insist on helping to guard even he lose his leg and Leo who looking at me with fierce glans.

"Stop it. I don't want any more casualties." Carlo who is guarding one of the holes from the wall while leaning at the sit standing said to me with a tone of sadness and anger.

I'm not planning to hurt the man anymore from this so I listen on what he had said.

Carlo cannot be blamed tho... He is one who responsible for everyone here and on those who had died. He is the oldest one here for him to be depressed is something we also feel.

The boat is now far away from the place where Mike drowns from because of the speed of the boat we able to outrun the fish monsters coming towards us.

Even we are away from Mike I still shout his name hoping for a miracle to happen.

"Mike! Mike!"

I know to myself that's impossible as the surface of the soon about to be filled with bubbles again.

Many obstacles that come from the boat's way Rin managed to avoid all of it smoothly.

He is like a professional driver for him who hasn't touch the ocean just now to be able to sail this boat in just a short amount of time.

While shouting Mike's name I take a glance at the driver's seat to admire his skills.

Barely looking away from the sea, I saw Sena run passed me jumping outside the boat through the hole that I'm guarding.

She was fast as hell to go from there to here in an instant.

She jumps out of the boat diving to the waters thinking that she might save Mike.

I don't what kind of connection this girl has from Mike but for her to jump out risking her life.

Still, before she reaches the waters, she was stopped in midway.

Leo holds Sena's arms restraining her to not get into the water.

With his superior strength, he pulled Sena back into the boat safely.

But Sena did not give up she resist to not get caught.

She was restrained to the floor in front of me as I barely react through what happened.

With her in front of me, I can see her wounded body clearly and I was horrified on what I have seen.

Wounds, bruises, and even blood still dripping from her patched-wounds.

She is the same situation as us and yet she receives more horrible torture than any of us.

Especially both of her hands. Like blood had been dried up from her hands showing a little sign of life that it's too cruel to describe through words.

With those kinds of wounds, she still insists on risking herself to save Mike.

I help Leo to restrain the girl by tying her legs to the seat beside us.

Mike risks his life to save you so I'm not gonna let you die easily especially because many people died because of this.

I wish that this would end with just this and give justice to the people that died without knowing what's happening.

*Lucas last POV*

"Live strong!" I finally told my lost words.

Everything I could see now is black because these ravaging beasts devouring my body in pieces.

Weird. It's painful yet it's not. What a funny thought in my last breath.

With this, I'll be in an eternal slumber.

Misha... I've everything I could but even with that, I can't stop them having them touching this sacred place.

I bet everything will get worse from now on but, heh, like I'll be alive when that happens.

You see, Misha? I'm a great teacher! I save my students from danger.

Hmm? Well if you said it like that, yes it looks like I put one of my students in more danger but I did my best to save him. I bet he will survive in that place if that happens...

I'll be truly grateful to him.

Misha, I'll be coming to you now...

Somewhere under the ocean water.

Mike lied at the ground not showing of waking up from the bubble.

He is much dead at this point as he isn't breathing anymore.

The bubble he is in isn't moving from its place, not going up nor down. The reason is that the tentacle is still grabbing Mike's leg not showing any sign of releasing its prey.

But the tentacle is somehow considerate as it did not pull Mike down making the bubble he was in to not move.

It's like the tentacle is waiting for Mike to wake up before him down.

The situation was like that for god know how many days have passed.

The fishes and monsters that swim near him see Mike but they just leave him after they see the tentacle.

In these passed days Mike has not been touched by any monsters or fishes around this area and the bubble is quite durable for it to be alive for days.
