Throne room
Odin(ori)awoke in the bed he was still in the woman's embrace. He warped the space around him and appeared out of the bed with his clothes back the smile on his face was ever-present he looked back and made a sign. He soon left the place and came out of his room.
"Hey, how are you?" Odin(ori) asked as he went towards the other odin that was playing on the holo screen The other two were still in the simulation.
"Good I saw that little scene with those bastards," Odin said as he glanced at Odin the enemy on the screen attacked his character but he dodged in time.
"Really I thought you couldn't enter that area?" Odin(ori) said as he sat down on the couch.
"I just changed the system protocol and entered," Odin said as he gave a controller to Odin and switched the game.
"Heh well, it was quite a wake-up maybe not who knows not me." Odin(ori) picked his car and started the race.
"Heh, I see that he got his answer."
"You noticed?" Odin(ori) said as he looked over in surprise.
"Of course your aura is entirely different he had the aura of a tired hopeless person you're the opposite hopeful and youthful which honestly scares me for some reason," Odin said as he kept racing.
"I know why you fear me hope is such an easy thing to extinguish you fear when that hope will fade. that's also why we do what we do we love to see the hope of others fade. we have watched people try climbing out of poverty only for us to come at the last step and throw them back down."
"We want others to be like us back then when we tried having everything so we didn't suffer but our hope was extinguished like throwing water at a fire. When we do that to others we feel whole like someone understands us." Odin(ori) said as he looked back soon he one the race while the other came in third place since he fell in thought.
"I guess your right we really didn't regret what we have done the only reason these regrets exist is for us to feel anchored to reality."
"Yes we are evil but at least we know it that's better than a third-rate villain."
"Heh oh, yea can you allow me access to the music system it sucks when I'm just hearing the random ambiance I just want to drown it out with music."
"Oh, I forgot about that here." Odin sent a system update to allow his system to play music Odin was always listening to music this was something everyone questioned since he would sometimes burst into full concert mode as he fought. They always realized once he did that his power would rise explosively.
"Thanks is this a new album or something?" Odin asked as he listened to the song.
"Yea it came out a bit after I left but it's good gets me in my feels." Odin(ori) said as they started another match.
"Yea makes me think of the past."
The two played games for hours both acted like teens again even joining game servers from earth and messing with the players. The ship just flew in the vacuum of space soon the ship passed a armad of ships which tried to stop it but since odins ship decided to ignore them the fleet decided to open fire. Odin's ship decided to make a big brain move and fired an abyss cannon before the warships could even react they became nothing even the planet they were circling was gone an entire radius of a light-year was gone but the two didn't even notice or care even if they did.
"So what's the name of the space marine?" Odin(ori) asked as he placed down the controller.
"When I asked him I thought he was joking but he wasn't his names bob like I expected something else maybe be name like kornax the unceasing or something, not bob."
"Do they actually have such a name low gothic is supposed to be many old languages with different dialects. Like seriously some were speaking a combination of advanced Sanskrit and Cantonese with other different languages on Ophelia."
"And isn't high gothic just the unification of the Terran language Should we give them the language humanity used at the end."
"Humanis?" Odin questioned
"Yea dumb name considering there were many humans from other worlds and only earthlings used it but it is the language of their descendants even if it's from a parallel universe." Odin(ori)said as he took out a metal plate inscribed with many different patterns.
"Could they even understand it considering the language became highly complex just a single letter has so much information than the library of Alexandria?"
"Well it's up to them but it's better to communicate quickly with lots of information that's what the mechanicum do." Odin(ori) said as he placed the plate on the table and a blue hologram appeared showing how the language functioned.
"Oh don't use them they just speak in the same language as earthlings do just switching between languages."
"Nun, um ehrlich zu sein to całkiem miłe." odin(ori) tried to speak in one of the cant mechanicus dialects.
"But didn't they speak in static type stuff as when I came in during that time they where speaking it?"odin questioned
"Well lingua technis is just skri or more like a dead, distorted, bastardized unintelligible mess when I watched you go over to mars and heard it my nueral resenators literally went wild."
"Skri?"
"It's the language of an android race they wanted to be remembered so tried to do the singularity and well as you know machines are considered as imperfect so they died."
"But what does their language have to do with the robo boys?"
"Well they speak the same language as them but heavily altered to the point something it very wrong. remember when that guy said [insert cog boy sound] well it translates to the autumn night comes from my pink pig from the moon" Odin said as he made a bundle of noise.
"What was that? I saw some images."
"How do you see it now? is it because of the system update allowing your neural resonators to start working do you see lines being shaped in high frequency?"
"Um I saw a circle that was just vibrating like a string and as you ended it became very complex intertwining and making a shape that I don't know off"
"Um how about this [insert unintelligible sound that looks like vibrations]"
"Well I see that first a line to wave then line to circle to rhombus then line to rhombus to circle to star to line to wave to a triangle with expanding lines vibrating from 5-1038hz"
"I see your neural resonators are broken try fixing it because there is no expansion it's only 56hz"
Soon a distortion in space appeared and a woman walked out her face was beautiful on her left but on the right, it was decayed she was titled as the goddess of change, and sometimes the goddess of the linear path she was one of the ancient ones.
"Odin give me access to the throne room now!" the woman shouted as she ran toward him.
"Why did your husband make you mad again you don't need to kill him you know?" Odin(ori) said as he looked at her.
"It's not him it's varen he's back!" she said as she grabbed him by the collar.
"Well, so what of it the tone room is made for important things not to kill a one-night stand." Odin said as he pushed the woman away
"He has the blood of the swarm God for god's sake!" the woman screamed as she once again grabbed him.
"Well, that's not really- wait what its that bastard again?" Odin said as he stopped his movement and looked at the woman in the eyes.
"Yes, he's trying to obtain the throne room now allow me access to it!"
Odin ignored her after he confirmed and disappeared appearing in the abyss compared to the place where reality was this place was entirely empty only a dark castle was in this area. Compared to Odin this castle was huge it even dwarfed all of the realities combined. Odin appeared inside the room the low hum of music made him calm and drowsy.
Soon he appeared in front of the entrance and saw a man with cracked dark green skin his eyes were a dark blue. He was trying to break the barrier of the castle but had no progress at all. Odin studied the man 'Alexis was right he was now part of the swarm by he dosen't have the blood of the swarm God if he did they would be here and he would have the horns of crowns.'
'Even if he isn't I should still use infinity'
Odin reached out towards the sky but stopped as he realized. 'Infinity was broken by them and I need to repair it' Odin sighed and soon walked back into the castle.
He took out a sword with golden inlays and a dark body the runes on it represented the concepts that made infinity.
"I sacrifice my soul to fix infinity." odins soul left his body and soon withered away but the cracks on the sword and on the runes started to disappear. odins soul once again reappeared in his body since his soul couldn't be destroyed he always used his soul for deals.
'This really feels like using debt to make money.'
Odin grabbed the blade and weighed it after that he gave it a few swings once he felt satisfied he walked out he didn't like to be here since the music would make him sleepy. This throne room was made to watch over reality and the abyss and Odin place his true physical body in here the songs that played were meant to keep him asleep.
"Now time to be disappointed in another opponent again," Odin said with a smile.
