<p>A month and a half later and the world has greatly changed you could see military all over the small city of Appleton trying to suppress the infection, martial law has long been implemented but it failed to do anything as "violent incidents" kept on happening more frequently people have caught on and knew something was wrong from military shooting people to people eating other people the rich and medium income families packed there stuff and started too leave but not even the governments of the world escaped so they were bound to die, luckily the city was small with only about 70,000 population so it was under control at the moment it won't last long, in Alex's mansion at this moment 22 people could be seen in the living room chatting they were all men this was Alex and John and Alex's squad 20 military man from across the world he chose from the best with no family and excellent skills it took some time in convincing them with a promise of giving evidence once they got here alex flew them all out<br/><br/>-Jose Garcia skilled in Driving <br/>-Tommy Burke skilled at sniping <br/>-Logan Dixon an excellent combat medic <br/> These are notable names of the people in the squad as they have skills that pop out after all these are all military men they all have exceptional shooting skills and coordination some can even operate tanks and armored vehicles some could even operate helicopters "shit is looking bad outside and this is a small city I can't imagine Milwaukee at this moment" said tommy as Logan said "there isn't much military here they have a lot of cities to protect and Milwaukee" as the room got into heavy discussion over the current situation as the Alex's crew were talking amongst themselves alex was thinking about many plans he knew Wisconsin had a lot of resources but no oil luckily petroleum was a huge export here meaning their is a lot of it here same with coal the state offers him a lot of expansions as to the north is Canada a place without many guns but there's a huge problem Chicago is right next to Milwaukee the amount of zombies around there would be in the millions after all both are major cities with millions of people luckily the government left a little gift before being dismantled that reduced the zombie population luckily the North of the state isn't that populated if Alex wanted to be really safe he would of loved to Alaska or Hawaii Alaska cold slowing down the zombie with a low population will make surviving easy while Hawaii is islands with a decent population as long as you secure an Island you could slowly retake ground from the zombie's but those two states will heavily isolate them from the rest of the world <br/><br/>The veterans at this moment looked healthier than before after all with a month and a half of food, lifting weights and working they have gotten some strength back and don't look all that skinny rn some even made sizable amounts of money this month but no one wants to leave they have access to TVs and they've seen what's happen horrible monsters that eat humans have appeared they know that if they hadn't came here they would have very little chance of surviving ofcourse the constant gun firing in the distance sometimes trigger some ptsd in some Alex had hired a psychiatrist to hopefully threat them and it has paid of with ptsd almost eliminated and the veterans able to have a good nights sleep even with gun fire going in the distance but today something was different as the group of veterans watched the news the signal suddenly cut off not just them but Alex's crew were alerted aswell "the signal is out for every channel looks like shit is getting worse" said John as the others agreed with a serious face and looked at Alex together they all wanted to know his next move after all they follow him "follow me" said Alex as he led them towards the basement as they followed Alex into the basement they were stunned as they knew Alex had guns but this was too much he had crates on crates of ammunition and guns ranging from light to heavy in the numbers of tens of thousands and a shit ton of equipment "suit up boys I got intel that a CDC facility in this small city is severely understaffed the security almost all left while the scientists almost all transferred except the two leads they are very passionate about finding a cure we must guard them" said Alex as he started putting on his black uniform And gear as his squad minus John started outfitting aswell they are soldiers they are used to following orders and following Alex's orders is natural to them like they were born to follow them<br/><br/>20 minutes later in the basement everyone was outfitted with the full set of gear looking extremely tactical non of them had their gas mask on as they had black balaklavas on only having their face visible before putting on the mask he said to his group "Remember aim for the head and if someone doesn't respond or ignores your warning shoot" said Alex as he put on his gas mask making his entire body covered in black as his words landed the soldiers also put on their mask <br/><br/>"Zzz… testing testing do you hear my words" <br/>Said Alex into his radio not long after he got replies from his group ofcource he can hear them as they are right next to him but he has to make sure the radios work<br/><br/>"Zzz.. roger that commander"<br/>Soon everyone confirmed that their radios are working and we're ready to head out </p>
