Giving the description of the ability a glance for an instant, Ryo started to absorb all the new knowledge that he had regarding the Klaxosaurs and the unknown technologies.
"Franxx, I wanted to ask what happened to that boy who fell off the tree the day before we were rehabilitated. Is he dead or was he alive?", Just as Ryo was going through the books and stuff, a thought came to his mind.
Since he almost spends all his unique points on the purchase, he needs to find his new piggy banks. Although Arato and Kiara did give him points, the amount he got compared to messing with the main character was like comparing an ant to an elephant.
So thinking about the main cast, he thought that although he was sure that with how Hiro fell off the tree, it was impossible for him to survive, he didn't let it be unsure about his health conditions. 'World Wills' is a thing after all.
"Which boy...? Oh, the Code 016? The boy who tried to help you both escape the faculty? The one with dark hair and emerald eyes? After falling, the boy was in critical condition. He went into a coma and woke up a few years later with his memories wiped out. But I still don't understand why you pushed him off the branch."
"You could have just denied the boy help and let him be captured soon after. It is like you went out of your way to make him fall."

Mummering, Ryo got the answers he had expected while ignoring Fraxx. He knew that if was to get a lot of points, killing the main character was the easiest way. But with how the World Works, he had already expected Hiro to survive, a back path he had made if he failed to collect the necessary points to travel to another world.
Then looking at Franxx, Ryo asked, "Werner Franxx, tell me, what are your thoughts about humans and humanity as a whole?", making Franxx look at Ryo seriously. It was a hard yet easy question.
"It is ugly. Yet this ugliness hides its own beauty. There is some part which shines as bright as stars in the night sky."
After an instant of thinking, Franxx replied. He knew that Humanity was rotten to its core. There is no point in trying to defend it.
But there are things that make up for its ugliness, the positivity that Humanity shows like kindness, selfless acts, and other various emotions and actions makes Humanity brighter.
"Indeed. Humanity is rotten and ugly. Each of them has their own goals, their own ambitions, and their own unique plans. Some of them dream big while some dream small. Some are considered good while some are considered bad, but in the end, who cares?"
"It is the stronger ones and the people in power who are always right"
"There are people who understand the system. But then there is a completely different group, there are people whose goals are beyond common understanding. They see the bigger picture and it is impossible to predict their mind."
"Some of them might just want to rule the world. Some want to achieve greatness.", Pointing at Franxx, Ryo continued, " Some want to see the peak of evolution. And some just want to feel entertained while some want to see the world just burn to ashes."
"So I just have to say that you shouldn't think deeply about it. I have my own plans."
Saying that Ryo glanced at Franxx for a moment before holing himself into the books available on the holographic screen, related to the biology of Klaxosaurs, Magma Energy, and the Biology of the 'Humans' after they turn immortal.
As he progressed through the books, Ryo could feel his understanding of the books increase at a tremendous rate. If one saw how fast Ryo was consuming the knowledge, they would faint in fear of how fast he was learning.
Even the Franxx, who was a genius himself when looked at the speed at which Ryo was understanding the concepts given to him, was himself astonished. But he still believed what he was seeing and even felt excited.
The more improvement Ryo showed, the more he would be able to see the thing that was out there in the future. The more powerful, improved, and intelligent the Ryo is, the more excited he will feel.
Thinking about how terrific Ryo's improvement was getting, the more he was anticipating it. He clearly felt that making the deal with Ryo was the best thing that he had ever felt in his life. It was refreshing to see the very thing with the greatest potential improve from an ant to a lion in front of his eyes.

Saying out his presence out loud, Ryo entered the house, only for Zero Two to just at him, making him catch her as she coiled around him as a sloth hugging his as if her life depended on it.
Looking at Ryo hugging her, Ryo used one of his hands to help support her as he closed the access to the room, entered the house, and sat on the couch. Doing what they usually do till the late evening, laying on the couch as Ryo continued to learn and read the information while caressing Zero Two's hairs as she purrs in satisfaction.
Until night come came, making Ryo and Zero Two go for dinner. Then like usual, after dinner, they returned and prepared for sleep.

"Darling!"
With a small blush, Zero Two looked at Ryo with expectations, making Ryo realize what she wanted.
With a serious face, Ryo cleared the hair from the front of her face as he looked seriously and said, "Darling... Although I know that it felt very good, the thing that we did yesterday night was something very addictive. I hope that what we did that day to be controlled... until the day we are free."
As Ryo said this, he looked at Zero Two to ask for confirmation. As he has experienced the heavenly feeling that the godly right hand brings to one, Ryo didn't want to spend late nights in the bathroom as it might affect his concentration on the ideas that he had.
Zero Two knowing that there was no way out, nodded with some hesitation as she rubbed her legs in expectation.
When Ryo was not in the room, she tried the same what he did to her groin area the previous night, making her feel pleasure she did it several times, but in the end didn't feel as good as when Ryo did it.
Making her feel expectations build up from Ryo to help her feel the pleasure.
Signing and hoping for the best, Ryo did what he promised, to help her feel relieved.

The next few months went as usual.
With the help of Franxx, Ryo was able to make the nanomachines that he was in need of, injected into his main bloodstream. As soon as these nanobots reached his nerves, they blocked some parts of his brain from being connected to the main part of the brain.
This blocked the major ports of influence of the Klaxosaur Princess over his brain. Although it was not completely blocked, it was enough to almost remove the voices in their head.
He could have tried to remove those parts, but thinking about his regeneration, he declined that idea and instead decided to block the connection.
Also, he went out of his way to make sure that the nanobots were not able to harm him in any way. Even when he is sure that Franxx has decided to help him, he is not an idiot to be completely open to Franxx.
Thus, in the end, his negative thoughts were finally taken care of.
While, on the other hand, most of his days went the same as usual. Wake up in the morning, at around 7 AM in the morning along with Zero Two, reach the training room by 9 AM, and get training till 3 pm in the mid-afternoon.
Then he will reach his dorm by 5 PM after lunch and leave for learning stuff and do various experiments till 8 PM. Then spend an hour for dinner and after going through the books, go to sleep by 11 pm.
Although it was indeed a monotonous life, Ryo was feeling excited as the idea of his that was to use the magma energy, filter out the necessary genes remaining in them, use the blood and body of captured weak Klaxosaurs, and the experiments results of using it on Human Body, he was reaching his end goal soon.
Although it would still take a few more months to make a perfectly working Klaxo-Serum, he was sure that it would be completed by the end of the year.

Typing rapidly a process on the holographic screen, Ryo looked expectedly at the result. by his side were several bodies strapped to their chair.
If one observes it intensely, one will see that the skins of the test subjects have turned a bit blue, giving them the same body as that of Klaxo-Sapiens, but due to not being complete, all the human test subjects that were used in the experiments died in the end.

"Zero Three, I am astonished that we were able to reach the final product! If we perfect this formula and make it work on humans, it will make humanity reach immortality but they might even receive benefits like improved body stats!"
Franxx on the other side went through the reports available on his screen as he said in excitement.
The incomplete serum was able to work well when injected into the bodies of the human test subjects, sadly the DNA of the test subjects just becomes too much of a mess making the working of their body functions fail due to it.
Even with fast learning, if Ryo had to complement the current product, then he would say that it is so complex and complicated that it feels as if a monkey is trying to solve the World's most complicated puzzle.
"It is not the end product yet. We are yet to be sure that it will work perfectly if injected into Klaxo-Hybrids even if it starts to work perfectly on humans.", Giving Franxx a side glance, Ryo replied to Franxx's monologue.
Knowing full well that even if Franxx knew it, Ryo wondered why the support characters in anime-s have an unnatural tendency to talk out their monologue and understanding out loud. It's not like he was deaf or something.
Scoffing at the bad habits of the 'support character' by his side, Ryo completed the equation he was working on and then he walked up to the blue dead body of their latest experiment, Ryo began to use a scalpel to make a small cut onto its body and collect some samples from the various parts of its body.
Then he used the superior microscope available to him to observe the DNA and see something of an observation of the samples.
'Hmm. It looks like the hands and legs are the parts of the body that are very well adapting to the serum introduced to their body, but still, it cannot keep up its functioning as it only works well in O-negative blood type.'
'Quite interestingly, both mine and Zero Two's blood have the same properties as the O-negative blood type, but because of our blood being that of Klaxosaurs, it's actually poisonous to normal humans.'
Ryo noted how some blood types act very accepting of the serum while some do not. Making him feel a bit interested.
He knew that he only needed a few components for the experiments, one being the strong will and tendency of the person being injected with the serum, while the second being the unknown component he was looking for.
If only he had the chance to study the body of the Klaxosaur Queen, he could say for sure he might be able to complete his goal easily. Sadly he was even denied the Klaxosaur Queen's blood present on Franxx, it was just that precious to Franxx.
Once used, it will get damaged, and Franxx even lost his hand for it, making it almost impossible for Franxx to willingly give up that strand of DNA much to the dissatisfaction of Ryo.
After some time observing the samples, he then looked at the time, making him remember that it was time for him to return. With that, he let Franxx know that he was going as he left the room.
'Your sacrifices will not be in vain. You will be helping in contributing to our evolution. For that, you should feel honored.'
Before leaving, Ryo helped Franxx in disposing of the older experiments. They were doing some very dirty shit and had been using the bodies of the broken clones made for piloting the Franxx, so they had to be secretive about it.
He felt a bit guilty about using them as his experiments. They were already broken and the only fate that awaited them was death, so what if he used them for the greater good?
Ryo could only say that they should blame their own weakness for not being able to do something to change their destiny.

Ryo stopped saying what he was about to do as he stared deadpan at Zero Two as she made a super cute face, looked at him with a blush placed his left hand again in her lower region, and used it to rub her itch area, making Ryo sign.
"Fine. Fine. I accept my defeat."
Ryo accepted his defeat, making Zero Two giggle but still continued to use his hand, while using her other hand to caress Ryo's chest and neck area, making his body grow excited. As her hands caressed his body, it slowly went downward, making Ryo a bit surprised.
Not letting Ryo process the situation, Zero Two pulled Ryo into a kiss and pressed her whole body onto him making their normal session a bit special.
Although Zero Two's hand movements were a bit awkward in the starting, she started to improve her skills as she felt the rod twitch in her hands whenever she moved her hand in a certain way, making the normal event enjoyable for both Ryo and herself.

"Woah..."
Zero Two wow-ed in amazement as she stared at the beautiful sight in front of her. For the first time, she had seen the outside, making her feel like dreaming.
For their whole life, they had been living in special locations and most of the time, they hadn't seen the outside world. So seeing the outside world was an amazing sight for them.
Today was a special day for them. After almost 7 months of training, the day to operate a real FranXX was finally here.
That day was very special for the team 10's, the name given to their team which consisted of Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and others alongside both Zero Two and Zero Three.
But since they can't fight in the area near the nurturing grounds, for that can lead to severe destruction of the next generation of parasites, they were, for the first time given true freedom. They were finally allowed to explore the outside world.
Furthermore, since they were transferred to a new Plantation, a place of residency for both parasites and normal humans; they were traveling in a Carrier Airplane, which was able to move fast speed, almost at sub-sonic speed without any air turbulence.
Giving the passengers a grand sight of the beauty of the clouds and the barren earth.
Just like Zero Two, all the other special force members were amazed by the sight as they watched at the sight while gathering at the widow, with some exceptions like Alpha who was looking at the outside calmly, just like Ryo.
Ryo would not be sure if he felt the same as others as he had seen the same stuff over on the earth he was from previously. Although it was also barren and deserted, humans were able to turn most of the deserted earth into a livable place through the use of high technology and some nuclear energy.
"Team 10's. Today will be the first time you will be operating the FranXX in real life. From the statistics, we have come to acknowledge that you are ready for the real battle. Today we will be implementing the real battle situation using the Magma Energy."
"Remember, today Papa will be looking, and so will the Adults. Do your best."
Looking solemnly, Arato looked over to the elite team of his, who he and Kiara had trained will their all while they stood in the middle of the walkway of the plane. He looked at them solemnly, gaining the attention of the team.
And for the last time, he looked at his students deeply, giving them a final glance. He felt an internal pride in himself as had made them ready for any situation, ready to strike their opponent with their best at any point in time.
Sadly for them, this might be the final time they would be seeing each other as the task of both Arato and Kiara had come to an end as he had pushed and trained the Klaxo-Hybrids to their peak.
And with a smile on his face, he continued, "Code 002, 003, Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma... etc etc... Your training has finally come to an end. Your first mission was successful. Now your next mission will soon begin. You are the hope of Humanity."
As he continued, the Carrier started to lower itself over an extended platform of the Plantation where they were going to partake in their first real FranXX fight.
A plantation is dome-shaped and very wide in width, with a height of 1200m and a diameter of 3000m. All plantations are constructed with steel exteriors and the interior is where the city for the adults resides.
In the interior, the Inner City consists of golden skyscrapers and buildings. The APE HQ Parliament also resides with each plantation. A plantation holds more than one magma energy factory to regulate the magma energy stockpiles.
On the other hand, the outer city, which was only protected by a glass dome was a house for parasites to live in. These domes were called 'Bird Cages', a perfect name to give them for it was restricting the freedom of the 'birds' called parasites from things out there for them to discover.
The project for the construction of the plantations was first proposed when the planet began decaying due to extensive magma energy drilling, though APE asserted to the public it was due to the frequent attacks from the Klaxosaurs.
All the national governments poured their resources to build the plantations and humanity hastily abandoned the surface to move into the plantations.
The plantations are specifically designed to house humanity and prolong their necessities as much as possible.
The plantations are covered with exterior wall protection panels, have two energy lines, a cooling tower to reject waste heat to the atmosphere through the cooling of a water stream to a lower temperature, a water purification plant to filter water, a Magma Energy drilling system, an energy meter to generate and measure electricity, and a residential area for the adult citizens.
Ryo, who was sitting on the side of the window by Zero Two observed and found out that the Plantation they were about to land was none other than Plantation 09. The plantation looked the same but the huge number 09 gave away what it was.
Going through his memories, Ryo found that he didn't remember anything related the Plantation 09. There was the only mention of that Plantation and nothing else if he remembered correctly.
'Did Plantation 09 play any role in the Manga? I have watched the anime only, but wasn't able to get my hands on the Manga adaptation. But from what I have heard about the reviews, there were a lot of details and plot changes in Manga compared to Anime.'
'Let's just hope that I can find any main characters or supporting roles to understand and figure out the plot related to them.'
As Ryo thought so, the Carrier had already landed. making Arato instruct them to form a line with each other's Parasite Partners, making them form a pair of lines in front of him.
Most of them were feeling a bit of excitement brewing inside them. After all, it was going to be an important day for them. A day that will affect their future.
