Ryo said, as he lightly licked his lips and with a slow motion reached out to her lips. Zero Two followed Ryo by licking her lips and reaching out to Ryo too.

As their tongue touched, Zero Two and Ryo felt a tingling feeling on their tongues. Although the starting was slow and awkward, the tongue is said to be one of the most sensitive parts of the body.

With the Klaxosaur-Hybrid Body, this same 'good' feeling was enhanced, making them move their tongue awkwardly. Their awkward kiss soon turned into a small brawl of two tongues as Zero Two started to take the initiative. It was as if she was a natural kisser.

Their mouth became a mess as Ryo did not back off to Zero Two's advances, making this kissing session into a sloppy mess of saliva.

"Huuu."

Zero Two started to breathe rapidly as she had been kissing for a long time, her body had become a lot more sensitive. Her body twitched a few times, making her feel a look at Ryo. Then with a slow action, she pulled his right hand, placing it into her Crotch.

"D-Darling! I am feeling weird here." 

Breathing heavily, Zero Two rubbed Ryo's hand in her crotch to relieve herself from the flaming born in her body, only for it to grow stronger, making her look at Ryo in expectation.

Feeling his body grow hotter, Ryo looked at the misty eyes of Zero Two, which were looking back at him with the same expectation, he decided to help her.

Waking up to the alarm, Ryo stopped it and opened his eyes slowly.

Soon memories of the previous night flooded in his mind, making him get a bit more sober.

Due to the heat they were in, Ryo was almost not able to control himself. Thankfully he didn't do anything major.

Using his hands, he helped Zero Two feel relief two to three times in a row, and after letting her rest and sleep, he had to go to the bathroom to relieve himself. If not for him having strong willpower, he would have done something that he really didn't want to do.

He wanted to wait a few more years for Zero Two to grow. Although their body had grown a lot compared to their actual age, he wanted Zero Two to be in her best condition, both mentally and physically.

Sadly this also made him remember something.

Raindrops slowly poured down on the car window, making Ryo wonder how something as colorless as water could have made the clouds turn dark in the sky. Their trance-inducing sound made him go into deep thought.

Wiping the foggy glass of the car, Ryo looked out at the busty city with several skyscrapers as various different aerial vehicles traveled over the car or a sort of aerial vehicle he was in himself.

Watching the busy city, he saw how the people lifelessly walked or traveled to their work with an expressionless face. Most of them had an air-filtering mask over their face. Their fate was the same.

Being trapped in the loop of working for the higher class to earn their livelihood.

The rich got richer and the poor got poorer, and it wasn't avoidable. The Higher-ups had already predicted that all. At least they were able to stop the monopoly of all the families.

Due to the war, although many times the government had tried, they knew that the atmosphere was too contaminated. So the richer families got their lungs replaced by nanotech-filtering artificial lungs. While the poor had to wear masks all the time.

As he looked at the lifeless scene for a short time, he thought for himself.

'What is the purpose of my life? Once I give the pen drive to Simmons, there are chances of him trying to kill me. I wouldn't be able to survive if he had planned to kill me. But there again is a low probability that he will order to kill me.'

'I am a bit valuable to them. My dual ability is really rare compared to the singular ones. They would rather use me for their purpose, than to kill me, who is like an ant compared to their family...'

'And even if he planned to kill me...'

Thinking that, Ryo placed his hand over his heart. With the recent technology and nanotech, he was able to insert a huge bomb directly around his heart. Once it stops beating, it will cause a super huge explosion, enough to gain the attention of various different organizations.

'Otsuki Ryo. What is that you desire? Is it saving her? But... you yourself are at the point where you need to save yourself first...'

Although he was hurt, his feeling for her was still there. He was finding a way to become stronger both physically and economically. And it was impossible.

The underground government was giving him some support from the shadows but he knew that once the mess got any worse, they would be the first ones to betray him.

He was going out to meet Simmons, an ally of his who was with him in his fight to deal a huge blow if not destroying the Yokoyama family, one of the largest industrial giants of the District he was living in.

As the rain drizzled down, an unnatural sadness dawned in his mind.

His love, Nana, was actually from the Yokoyama family. A family with huge influence, who would have never allowed a low life like him to even reach out to him. He was like an ant compared to their business empire.

Just when they made their relationship official, the Yokoyama family couldn't stop themselves anymore. They were not going extreme because of their daughter. Nana was the only reason he was still alive.

This hurt him a lot. She kept it all hidden till now. Her background, her actions, her everything that he knew about her and love her came crashing down.

He himself couldn't believe it himself. But, what can he do? His feelings for her were still there and he couldn't stop himself.

'Father. I think that what you said previously was all but true. Love? I do not think I feel it now... Why didn't she talk about her background from the start...? Was it just a game for her to be playing with my feelings? Was I just an entertaining tool for her?'

As soon as their relationship was announced, he was almost killed by some of the students. thankfully with some of his connections and some bribing, he was able to escape and go into hiding.

Hiding for a long time, his place was later raided by some mercenaries. If it was not for him being prepared with countermeasures and various escape paths, he was sure that he would have been killed.

He knew for sure that the Yokoyama had already been keeping track of him. They just wanted Ryo to feel a little hope before they crushed it. He knew what they wanted... And he will take it and return this favour doubling it for them...

Thankfully he was able to hack into the cybernet section of the Yokoyama and obtain a piece of important information. The 'Cybernet' is something sort of 'Internet' but more like it being mixed with 'Cloud' networking.

With that, he was able to hire a super mercenary with some of his connections and obtain a pen drive which contains some evidence of them killing the members of Grigory Family, a family on the same level as the Yokoyama family.

The person, Simmons, he was going to meet was the current head of the Grigory family.

A holographic image appeared in the middle of the room Ryo was in.

In the holograph, Simmons Grigory was sitting on a chair as he looked at Ryo sitting at him. Simmons was fairly young, probably in his early 30s. A very rare young-aged family head. If it was not for him to be a 3rd-Rank mutant, he would not have been able to become a family head easily.

"Hmm. If the information that you gave me is correct, you have my word, that I will definitely destroy those bastard Yokoyama-s. How dare they try to hurt my aunt..."

Gripping his chair, the man in front of Ryo replied to him. It was unknown to him what were the real feelings that Simmons had for his aunt... Because sometimes the bigger families are a huge mess. With technology, incest was a thing of the past.

Ryo didn't ask anything. He knew his limits.

He was just getting a bit anxious as the Yokoyama might be cooking something up to break him. They were already just a step behind him.

It's been 4 years, a news was announced to the world which made the already broken Ryo go more sadder. Nana was engaged to a 3rd Rank young man from another family to aid themselves and get an ally in the mess they were in.

Ryo did have to say that Grigory was actually much much more powerful when they went full-on out on Yokoyama. Due to this, Yokoyama had suffered a 10% loss in their economy, which is like several Trillion dollars.

After the news broke, Ryo, who had been living alone, in a house provided to him by Grigory with great protection, had continuous nightmares for several weeks, as his health condition declined.

It has been 5 years. Ryo looked at the starry sky. At this point in time, he had given up on living. He had grown numb as his facial features had turned emotionless.

Spreading his hands in the foggy sky without any visible stars, Ryo acted as if he grabbed the stars in his hands. An impossible dream for a guy like him.

"You know, young man, for my benefactor, won't be able to live for longer. I could extend your life by a bit more... using Nanotech but I think it would only prolong your suffering. You might be able to live 100 years... if you need it because you are almost 19 years old this year..."

"Quite an amazing feat for a young guy, but not too astonishing... The ruler of the Yamagiri family has a child who is only 15 years old but has a mental age of 30 years because of his almost Rank 4 ability..."

The voice of an old man surprised Ryo. Moving his face to the side, he saw an old man with almost all his body parts being made out of metallic structures.

The person in front of him was none other than the grandfather of Simmons.

Staring at him for a long time, Ryo didn't reply. 'Am I still alive at this point?'

'Let's see what this man wants... Nanotech... Does he want to turn me into a cyborg for their own use... No, this person is different... He is too carefree and relaxed... Well, what happens happens...'

Ryo asked himself. Because of the belief set by his father that he will find true love once in his lifetime, he gives his everything to Yokoyama Nana. 'I think I indeed found my love. But it was found only at the wrong time and in the wrong era. Well, I tried to... I never had any feelings... but I wanted to experience it...'

Ryo had tried his best to develop all his feelings towards Nana. The only problem was that he just couldn't... The only things that stimulated him were the negative feelings... But to understand what his 'Father' kept talking about, the feeling of 'Love'; he gave his best...

'The only problem is that I probably never meant to feel love...'

He was not an actual fool. Furthermore, if he knew that Nana was from an influenceable family, he wouldn't even bat an eye at her. But it hurt him a lot when he found out that she might have been only playing with his feelings.

"Young man these days... What was your name... Ah! Ryo. Otsuki Ryo. If I say that I have a way to help you remove all these feelings of sadness, will you agree to it?"

Sitting by his side, the old man looked at the foggy sky. He himself had seen a lot and had suffered the same.

Having an influential family means various in-fights for the family head position. It was like a carnage where he could do nothing but see his children kill each other till they became the head.

As the old man said that, Ryo looked at him with a bit of interest. "I would like to try it."

"Heh. You wouldn't like the technique but still, the effects are impressive."

A huge explosion happened as Ryo with an anxious face ran out of the car by the area of fire.

It has been 6 years. Two years the old man helped Ryo by inserting some nanotech bots that destroyed some part of his brain which could remove the feeling of depression from his mind while not killing him, making him become more lively.

For six whole years, the Grigory and Yokoyama families were in an internal war of some sort. Even when various families were brought into the war, Grigory still shored as a star in the dark sky, defeating many of them and showing their power. But today was something different.

Today Grigory smelled out the location of the Yokoyama family's daughter and decided to raid it without informing Ryo about their arrangements.

"Fuck... Let's hope she doesn't die... I invested too much year into her!"

Shouting out loud, Ryo ran into the burning as if trying to find someone. He didn't care anymore. He had invested in trying to love her for more than 5 years...

"Don't be sad, Ryo. *Cough* Please forget about me. Live a normal life."

"DO YOU THINK I WILL BE ABLE TO LIVE A NORMAL LIFE NOW!?"

With a hateful face and an angry face, Ryo asked a question out loudly to the reply lady in his embrace. She had shoulder-length hair. It would have been a romantic scene if not for a few bullet holes in her stomach and legs.

Nana, with a sad face, brought her hands to his face and pulled him into a kiss.

But this was only for a second as instead of a normal kiss, Ryo's mouth was covered with blood. Not minding his anger, Nana caressed his face and said, "Yes. My dear Ryo. I believe you could. I had made it so. I leaked the information...."

Saying that Nana's voice got slower and slower in the end as she finally stopped saying anything as her body went limp.

Biting his lips, Ryo tried his best to feel the pain that he wanted to experience at that time. For the first time, he started to regret having the nanobot remove the part of his brain that was there to make him sad.

'No! I want to feel it! I want to understand my feelings! I want to feel the pain! I want to feel my heart break! I want to feel how my heart truly feels!' With a bit of an angry face, Ryo left Nana's body in the place and left without remorse.

'So what if we couldn't be together? At least you should have given me a peaceful death rather than let me live in all the agony, knowing well that all you did was in the end led to your own death and more of my suffering...'

Gritting his teeth, he walked out calmly out of the burning house. He finally understood how Nana used the opportunity to leak a family secret of theirs to help save Ryo and let him live a safer life, not running away from the Yokoyama family forever. And later she kept releasing leaks here and there for the Grigory to take and help destroy the family.

'... Nonetheless... Since you did all this to let me live a safer life, I will live it till the end. I will make it worth your sacrifice.'

Walking calmly into a car, Ryo watched as the house burned down in front of him, removing the existence of the most precious he had after his father. He couldn't understand what he was feeling at that point in time.

Was it sadness? It was long gone. Was it anger? Surely not. Was it the remaining bits of his love? It could be.

'Looks like I will have to talk to the old man. Only he might have the cure to make me feel 'sad' again. And I will have to be on the lookout for a way to maintain my sanity in the world that I will be living in.'

'As our deal is about to be over, the Grigory family will not back me up anymore... Looks like I will have to take residence in Senator Ronel's shadow. Although the working conditions are ok-ish, at least I will be able to live a 'normal' life...'

'A kiss of... death? Huh. Hehaha'

'Wasn't it me who set this situation up? I knew everything from the very start... How could have I not noticed that you had a good background? After all, I am a very cautious man... I can never feel 'love' after all...'

'You are nothing more than a monster... Ryo... Heh...'

Touching his lips, Ryo removed the blood over his lips that was there as a remanence of someone. Although he could use it to revive her as a clone. He wanted to have Nana rest in peace.

'More like I have used her to my best. I have the backing of someone important, I have a good secured job, and more importantly, I was never caught...'

'And most importantly I somewhat experienced the 'Love'... Since my heart can't feel positive feelings like 'Love'... I can just feel something opposite of it...'

'Well... 'Father' used to say that when 'Mother' died, he felt how I am feeling right now... So this is what 'Love' can make one feel, huh? I have achieved the best result from what I can...'

'Finally, I can stop causing more destruction... I don't like it... I gain nothing really important from these destructions... Finally, I can live a normal life and just die a normal death...'

"..."

'Well, it was just my plan to understand the feeling of 'love' and get a good stable position within this world.'

A loud crashing sound could be heard as a RED-eyed person uses his rage to flare up his or her aura causing an earthquake to happen in the whole dimension. If the person was not in a safe dimension, multiple universes would have been destroyed by now.

"I hope he fell in love with 'ME'."

'I can only hope...'

"Uhmm"

Zero Two groaned as she felt Ryo caressing her hair, thus in a way disturbing her sleep. But instead of waking up, Zero Two reached out to Ryo and hugged him.

Ryo signed. He didn't know why he was remembering all these details.

Was he feeling regret? No. Was it sadness? No, he had found his true love again who just kept him positive all the time. 

"..."

From what he had seen in the anime, once the pair of parasites using the FranXX has their trust reach at peak, their connection becomes 100% and in some small other circumstances, there are chances of their memories to be shared with their partners.

This made unusual guilt build up in Ryo, making him stare at the room's ceiling as he thought about it deeply.

'Am I too greedy to ask for Zero Two's love now that I found someone who I can love? Hiding all my past, which could hurt Zero Two...? But in the end, I am not someone who will hurt Zero Two like how I did in my previous life.'

Thinking that, Ryo cleared up his mind and decided to wait for a situation or time to tell her about what the secret he was hiding was.

Although he could reveal his past life, he knew for better that he was not going to reveal his secret about his system. It was his ultimate trump card. What if Zero Two was possessed by some Higher Dimensional being and her memories were absorbed by them?

From what he had learned, although the 'Order' and 'Chaos' were able to bring him into the state of dream dimension, they did not know anything about the 'System' and couldn't read his mind.

In the end, he had already come to the conclusion that DIO was just much much much stronger than these 'Concepts' that they call themselves.

But Ryo stopped his thoughts there. The more he will think about it, the more he will get worried. He is not strong enough yet to be even thinking about how he is going to face these 'High Dimensional' beings.

*Humm*

Listening to the soft breathing sound of Zero Two, Ryo focused more on her as he felt that she was the most precious thing that he had in his current life.

Soon the alarm rang, making Ryo and Zero Two wake up and get ready for their training session.

Just like usual, they were trained in body movement control and martial arts for a few hours, a few hours of FranXX riding, and another few hours of Firearms usage training.

During the small intervals that they get, they are provided with Nutrient bars to keep themselves energetic. 

Just like normally, both Ryo and Zero Two acted just above average, but Ryo knew for sure that Arato and Kiara had seen through it. After all, Zero Two's acting skills were not too good. Some are born geniuses while some are not and Zero Two was later.

Ryo didn't mind it. After all, no matter what they knew about him, the best they could do was to push them to their limits. That's all, and then Werner Franxx will be able to interfere and take us into his shelter regarding the training, which the Seven Sages couldn't allow as they want to keep watch on us.

After all, both Ryo and Zero Two will be the ones riding the 'Star Entity' to try to erase the Klaxoosaurs.

If they allowed Franxx, a person obsessed with sheltering both Klaxo-Hybrids, they would not be able to keep control in their hands regarding their future actions.

It was a difficult situation as it could lead both Ryo and Zero Two to use the Star Entity to destroy humankind itself with how they were raised.

So in the end, they will be stuck haywire as they will eventually have to lessen the pressure that they might be giving on us and try various different methods to try to make us hate Klaxosaurs, and the best way to do that is by a loss of someone they care about.

Since both Zero Two and Ryo are essential for their long-term plan, they will not be killing any of them, but they will indeed be using their teammates, the lesser mobs to build up the feelings only for them to be killed in the end and making our hate for the Klaxosaurs grow.

If this works, they will become happy, but with how I think it will go, they will be disappointed with the outcome as he was not someone who would feel sad just because of the death of some random mob. Nor he will let Zero Two feel anything.

Then the next question? What will the Sages do? Since they had been trying to convert us to try to kill the Klaxosaurs, they would, in the end, not be able to control much of them and in the end, they would have to let Zero Two and Ryo as they were.

They might try plugging some bombs inside our bodies so that when they feel that we are a threat to Humanity, they will kill both of them. But, with the help of Franxx, that would be their dream. In the end, they might think that they have a liege on both of them, but it was actually Ryo destroying all the plans.

'Yare Yare Daze. I am quite a planner right?'

Trying to act jolly, Ryo did his best to change himself for the better.

He was, after all, trying his best to change.

But it, in the end, made Ryo realize some of the problems he had been facing.

'I have once heard, that love changes people. Huh. Well, I would like to applaud this guy and kill him as well.'

Although Ryo indeed had been trying his best, the negative thoughts had been fogging his mind, probably because of the curse that he got from being in DIO's presence.

It was like, one small feeling being spread to his whole body just because of his curse of it being multiplied. It was like a forest fire that he had once read about.

It was constantly eating him. Slowly bit by bit. The more he grew away from the past, the closer it was coming to Ryo, it was in a constant loop.

At one point, Ryo feels like he is the happiest while the next second he gets into depression. If Ryo had to say, he would prefer to have the nanobots of the time of Nana's death inserted in his mind to nullify the feeling.

But then thinking about the effect it had on him, he discarded the plans.

'What is going on with my mind? It is as if I am in love with Zero Two and the next second I think about killing her as she will eventually meet her end, so why not by my hands? I have to do something about it.'

Recently with how chaotic his mind had been, Ryo started to think about a way out of it. He was going crazy. The crazy fluctuation of his mind was making him insane. It was like he was the sanest insane person.

Being able to reason but wanting to go insane at the same time.

Shaking his head, Ryo started to plan out what he was going to do to help him solve this problem.

"Zero Two, I will be back after a few hours. I promise."

"Ughh! But why darling! What about our cuddling time."

"We can cuddle later, Darling. I promise. I am actually finding a way to get the freedom that we wanted to have. Just believe in me."

"Hm. Ok... I believe in you, Darling. But promise me that you will get back as soon as possible."

"Yes, Yes. I promise."

Making a promise, Ryo left the area with his new Identity Pass. Unlike the usual Identity Pass, this pass was special. It doesn't record the location and history of places where the person in question would have gone.

"So you are saying that this absurd reaction in the body is the prime reason for the mutation of Humans?"

"Yes. It indeed is."

Nodding his head, Franxx provided Ryo with his diary that he had started to write long ago. It contained all the necessary information on the Biology of this Earth's life-forms.

But what made Ryo feel absurd was that it was something that was completely out of science, but the more he read, the more he came to believe.

With how the 'Magma Energy' was not available on his previous Earth, he was having a hard time believing in what he was learning.

With how comparable the blood of Humans was to that of Klaxosaurs, the XX chromosomes acted as a gateway for the Magma Energy to interact with Human DNA, trying to corrupt it and making it fumble up, but it in turn made Humans more endurable, immortal age vice and lose their ability to reproduce.

But this also makes him wonder how the body keeps itself maintains its normal function after attaining immortality.

It was impossible as after the corruption of the DNA, it will be harder to maintain the necessary DNA to maintain the body as the more the human body gets older, the more their DNA gets damaged thus leading to the cell regeneration to work properly.

It was like the Magma Energy was making the Human bodies believe that it was actually the Klaxo-Sapiens. And since Klaxo-Sapiens are at the peak of evolution of their time, the necessity to reproduce was removed and it was impossible to reproduce naturally.

But it still didn't explain how it helped attain immortality.

"Hmm."

The more Ryo read the more he was attracted to the wonders that it could bring, making him also think of a theory.

'Since the 'Magma Energy' is essentially the remaining of the weaker Klaxo-Sapiens, how about he uses this same energy to influence and evolve his dormant DNA and Genes of his Klaxosaur Bloodline?'

It was absurd but possibly the easiest and the ideal way to bring out the potential of his Klaxosaur Bloodline. This bloodline evolution can almost make him reach the power level of the Klaxosaur Queen if done correctly.

Also, it would be able to solve his problem regarding his emotional and mental health, as it will dull most of his emotions.

But a thing still worried him, since it had been a long time since the 'Magma Energy' had been inside the Earth's core, it would have been corroded by the passing of time.

Thus it was very very hard for him to achieve the plans he had. But remembering that the Klaxosaurs are essentially beings that shouldn't possibly exist according to scientific facts, Ryo considered his Perk [Chunnibyo Effect], to help him achieve his goals.

After all, he was indeed talented which was further aided by a triple talent effect that would in turn make him a superior genius.

'Hey, System, how many unique points do I have currently?'
