Ch.34 Neon

Something odd was happening at Claustar. The space of claustar was the size of a village at the beginning but lately, the black thick walls have been expanding outwards. Which created more space inside Claustar.

This new development started happening just recently. It seemed Clauster was growing along with the clan members. Without a doubt, this was a piece of good news for everyone. Who would even mind getting more free space?

The Claustar growth also made it possible for some ideas to come into reality. Everyone's first priority turned out to be an Arena. In the outer forest, there really wasn't anything they could gain by fighting with the beast. They were all too weak for any training.

Even if the outer forest didn't pose much of a problem, that didn't mean they could go to the middle. Unfortunately for the clan members, the middle was too dangerous now. Everyone knew that especially considering the giant tiger sleeping outside the gate.

Somehow they still needed to train without going to suicide battles. There came Raiz who suggested making an arena, where similar battle powers could battle each other. Of course, they couldn't fight with the intention to kill after all they were the same family.

That's correct, the bees, the wolves, the humans. To them, race wasn't an issue that made this harmonious environment amongst themself.

The arena building started with everybody's help and since the Claustars wall was still expanding. They could make quite a big arena hall.

The white tiger who still didn't gain its consciousness was being pushed forwards by the black walls that were still expanding. Aurora felt the tiger was too pitiful and decided to ask Moon if he could join the clan, of course, Moon didn't mind it.

It took both Autora and Raix Myr realms strength just to lift its pawn to touch the pillar. After that was done, the same thing happened to the white tiger as now the walls were open for him too. Later they would ask him if he wanted to join, everyone had their choice including the white tiger.

Aurora and Raiz didn't feel like they needed to drag the white tiger inside after all the walls were expanding. Sooner or later the walls would slowly swallow the white tiger's body.

Both of them went to continue their training, after witnessing what happened in the forest. All of them wanted to increase their strength faster.

The one who wasn't fazed by all of this was Nero. He had actually advanced to Myr before Amilios and gained humanoid form. Nero discovered that he could actually go back and forth between his wolf and humanoid form.

His new ability was concealment. He could disappear right in front of their eyes and people wouldn't suspect anything. To confirm how to extend this ability of his work. He followed when Moon and others went into the middle.

Nobody was able to see him when he was far away except Moon who had noticed and even looked at him. Moon then turned away and ignored the wolf. When he came closer, Raiz and others felt some presence but couldn't perceive what it was. When he retreated back, they would forget his presence.

It was indeed a powerful ability and when he told his ability to the rest. All others were surprised, they were openly spied on but nobody even remembers it. This ability was indeed extraordinary.

Nero looked at his big family. He didn't have parents, siblings or anything that resembled any sort of family. It was him against the world, a lone wolf was thrown into the darkness. Looking at his clan mates, he sometimes even suspected that this was a dream.

For a new beginning he decided to change his name and who was better than to ask a Cloud? Of course, the cloud was none other than Moon and he knew the past experiences the wolf had, mostly just bad.

Since Moon was given this task, he was taking it seriously. The name Moon felt fit for the wolf was Neon." Just as neon, you shined in the darkness alone for too long but now it's time to shine in space with the other stars."

Neon was truly touched by Moon's words. He felt the name truly fitted him perfectly. Now his first job with his new name was to spread it so everyone knew his name by the evening.

Far away from the Landa of the forest. There was a city called Tartiib. This name was given by the king himself after the city was developed slowly but certainly by its own city dwellers.

The city had many talented citizens which only helped to make the city grander in both political and military power.

This city was also where the noble family called Teran was living. A woman whose hair was shivered and guards that looked terrible arrived at the gates of Terans. The guards monitoring and guarding the gates were about to shoo away the beggars but luckily one of them had discerning eyes.

Even when she looked horrible, he could recognize the miss that returned and yelled for the gates to be opened. The guards quickly dismissed the idea of ridiculing the beggars and opened the gates.

Amilios who was in the sky decided to return home. After all, he was in a city and people stronger than him were crowded like ants. His mission was just to scout the location and not get into unnecessary trouble.

The young master who sent the protector was Teran, which his name parents named him after their noble family's ancestor. Just by his name, many could tell, how much of an expectation the nobles had of him.

Teran looked from the window, a blurry figure departed from the sky. He frowned as it seemed the figure followed secretly his younger sister to the gate. Teran thought it was a monster because of its wings.

There were many people that had the ability of wings but those peoples were very rare. As humans cultivated, they were able to fly without wings, it was unneeded to have wings. Since his sister went into the forest and came back in such a state. That monster was probably from the forest and he was keeping an eye on his sister. Teran could only wait for the protector to come back to see if he was right. Now the most important was to attend to his sister.

He wasn't the only one as his parent already ran down to their beloved daughter. She was the only daughter they had, named Beina after her grandmother.

Being who had a terrible time outside, being bullied by monsters, sleeping outdoors and that terrifying cloud. She cried her eyes when she saw her parents.

Seeing the arrogant miss who had her ways since her birth. Even the guards couldn't believe seeing her cry so pitiful. As the parents heard her cry, their hearts aches for her. They hugged her but the crying didn't stop until she was tired.

It just happened that the protector arrived at that time. The mother in her anger blamed the protector for not doing his job. Making her daughter come home back in such a state.

The protector knew no matter what he said now, she wouldn't be able to hear it. After all which mother wanted to see her child in pain? The father was angry too but seeing the silent protector he calmed his wife down.

" There must've been something unexpected that happened. You and I know what you have to do to become a protector" The family head said.

To become a protector, one would do tremendous tasks, have a loyalty test and have certain strength was needed. There were only 4 protectors in the whole family. They were ranked according to their strength and he was the weakest. Receiving the name fourth.

" So what! In the end, when it mattered, he let our daughter endure pain. He should be revoked immediately of his title as a protector." His wife was indeed angry this time and he couldn't blame her. This was the first time her daughter had suffered like this.

" Mother wait. I was the one who decided to send him. He obviously wasn't ready and I didn't think they would face any danger" Teran wasn't trying to save fourth because he was feeling sympathy but there was confirmation he needed from him.

" So what if he wasn't ready? When battle or war breaks suddenly, he has to be adaptable. If he can't even protect one person, how is he to protect us? His mother was still angry to listen to her son's advice.

Heels clanging was heard when a beautiful young lady around 18 years walked towards them. Just from her appearance, nobody would suspect her to be the first protector. Her white hair was unique that it was impossible to not recognize her.

" I think fourth did a great job. I don't know what they faced but isn't Beina still alive and kicking? You should celebrate that she's here and not blame the one who saved her " She said nonchalantly while looking at the madam.
