Ch.14 Barely survived

As the cloud, bee and the wolf were leisurely walking towards back home.Something unexpected was happening.

The tower that was now completely builded. Aurora was proud of the hard working bees who have finally finished the tower. She suddenly heard something and turned her head around.

What she saw almost made her consciousness pass out on the spot. There was giant Whale flying on high speed towards them. This whale would make any whale look like little child with its giant body. She immediately yelled for everyone to get on the ground and grab onto something.

Aurora herself made sure everyone was on the ground before she went too but it was tad too late since the giant was already above them. The whales tail went up and down, making storm wind descend on the bees down.

The first victim the wind took was the tower, completely scrubbed almost to nothing . All the hard work broken into pieces but currently nobody cared about the tower when everybody's lifes were in danger.

Thankfully everyone seemed to be able to live through this crisis thanks to Auroras fast orders, calming the panicking bees.Aurora herself sustained heavy injuries as she didn't make it to the ground on time.

She was carried by the wind and ended up knocking her body tree to tree. When it was over. She forced herself to fly up to see how was everyone doing.

As the Moon and others was getting closer to the tower, that should have been vicible by now ,was nowhere to be seen. Obviously this was alarming to Moon and Raiz who knew that tower was there just while ago.

As they arrived at the perimeter , the tower was now in rumbles, the trees around it all fallen. There seemed to be blood scattered everywhere. Raiz grabbed the first bee he could find and asked.

" What happened here while we were gone "

" Am sorry , I don't know what happened. Before I knew what happened, a huge wind descended on us"

Before Raiz could continue to ask anymore questions, the bee already flew away. There seemed to be lot of injured bees. Raiz saw Aurora giving bees instructions.

This scene reminded him the first time they entered but this time instead of building the tower, they were carrying bees to the only healer, Alia.

Moon flew to the Aurora. She said without needing to be asked. Aurora already knew the quostion and answered.

" We were just unlucky to have been on the path that just happened for the whale to be on" Aurora said bitterly before she recounted the whole story for them.

Moon flew up even more and he could clearly see a line in the forest. Clearly this was where the gaint whale went. What caught Moon attention was the further the line was the wider it got as if the whale was falling down.

Raiz who was observing the environment suddenly stopped after he saw Aurora. He came next to her and touched her not too hard and she felt a pain by a mere touch.

" You are this much injured and you are still standing here. Everyone else is alright compared to you" Raiz didn't wait anymore and he carried Aurora to the elder.

Looking at the worried Raiz, Aurora didn't know what it was but she felt warm inside. She was always the who cared about everyone else , this was the first time someone was paying attention to her and it didn't feel so bad.

Raiz saw the elder healing a bee which didn't have much of a life danger from what he saw. He called the elder

" I think she has internal injuries. She may look fine on the outside but her insides are messed up"

" Put her down there and I get to her immediately" Alia who was the only healer but thankfully everyone was more or less safe now and started to heal Aurora. She was suprised when she saw how much injured she was.

" How were you standing with these injuries. It must've hurt a lot. Good you came or else it mightve gotten really dangerous for you"

" Elder . She didn't come, I had to drag her myself. While she was worried about others, she was pain. What should we do with her" Raiz wasnt holding any thought of his back.

The elder could only nod. She knew Aurora truly cared about her people more than she cared about herself,which resulted to what happened today.

" It is good think that you care about others but remember if you can't take care of yourself. You won't be able to take care of anyone" Raiz looked Aurora eyes and said in soft voice.

The elder healed Aurora and now she was as good as before. The elder patted at her back and said.

" You are good to go now but don't come back anytime soon. My mana isn't infinite you know"

Both Aurora and Raiz thanked the elder before flying towards Moon. The moment they raised theyr eye level to Moons, he asked Aurora a quostion.

" When the whale came . Did you notice anything unusual about it for example if it had injuries?"

" I don't know since it is unusually to meet such a gigantic whale in your whole life but there was something odd indeed"

Raiz looked at Aurora as he too was interested what she was going to say.

" When the situation was occurring. I heard a cry for a help. It was subtle but it was definitely there and that was the reason I turned my head back in the first place" Aurora explained

Moon was thinking and came to conclusion to what had happened. Then he looked around where tower was supposed to be. Fallen trees scattered around.

The burly Brav came to Moon as he was holding the life stone" I found it among the rumbles in the tower. As expected, something like this won't break the lifestone but weren't the new comers supposed to come already?"

Since not even Aurora knew what was taking so long. Everyone just continued what theyr were doing and let it come naturally when they come.

Moon looked up in the sky and smiled" Not a bad timing. Aurora and Raiz tell everyone not to get anywhere near the tower" Moon gave orders out.

Aurora and Raiz didn't know what the cloud was thinking but that didn't stop them from acting and evacuating everyone from the area.
