As Aaron said this, each member of the group stood at attention and waited for the monster or monsters to come out of the fracture. Aaron was already aware of the monster coming out from inside and that was the reason why he was laughing.

After a while, the fracture opened completely and ghostly beings began to emerge from inside, Aaron was surprised that not just one but more than a dozen ghostly beings appeared for a few seconds. After all, he had only sensed one of them.

This monster was Diao Si Gui. This creature of Chinese culture was also known as the "hanging ghost". It was believed to be the spirits of people who committed suicide or were victims of execution. According to legend, it had a long tongue hanging from its mouth and tried to persuade passers-by to join it. In short, Diao Si Gui, who could be considered a harmless being, had only one real danger: Mind bending.
