Volume 2- Chapter 53: Hope

He could feel the sweat pouring from his body as he sat there, and he was aware of the amount of blood flowing from his head. His body's temperature had risen so much that it could have melted an iceberg. He could hear the sounds of the monsters around him very clearly, which was causing him to lose his concentration.

His heart felt like it was about to explode, his pulse was racing, and his breathing was constantly changing.

"Calm down, I'm here with you," the voice of a mature man came from in front of him. He couldn't open his eyes because he was still trying to acclimate to the mana around him.

"I'm going to block the mana around you, and when you start to get used to it, I'll release it slowly. Pull yourself together," the man said suddenly, and as he said that, the mana around Aaron began to dissipate and weaken.
