Send him far away

"He causes trouble even in his absence. Would it have made more sense if I had just killed him back then?" Eldezar complained to his wife as he move across the room restlessly. He was furious because Alexia had confronted him earlier that day.

Elene slowly moved towards him as he stood in front of the big window in the room. She placed one of her hand on his shoulder and the other went below his arm and caressed his clothed chest.

"When did you ever get frightened by the Logans? They are powerless compared to you..." she didn't finish her statement when he interrupted her and turned around,

"But they have the ears of the supreme gods. Even a single word from them can cause havoc to the Banachs." his fist clenched thinking about how irritating the situation was. The Logans were nowhere close to the banachs in terms of power but they had easy access to the six gods of Spiridon.

A sigh escaped her lips softly. "How about we send him to somewhere... far..." her words sounded as though she wanted to get rid of him and she said this with a slight smile on her lips.

Eldezar Banach looked at her. His expression depicted only one thing, he bought her idea. Unknown to them, someone was eavesdropping from the door.

She placed her hand over her mouth and gasped slightly. It was his immediate elder brother, Darius Banach. Although he didn't love his brother, he didn't hate him either. For him, ZaEl was just a mistake that should never have happened.

He hurriedly left the door and went to his room. With his brow furrowed, he sighed. 'Should I just pretend as though I know nothing just like I always do?' He wondered.

Although he didn't see ZaEl as a worthy brother, he didn't wish for him to die either.

Confused about what to do, he laid restlessly on his bed and covered himself with a thick blanket.

"First, you raise both hand like this and gather you're energy... remember, do not rush then... BAM! That's it." the dummy turned to ash in seconds.

Aiden smiled after showing off his skills. "Your turn" he moved away from where stood for ZaEl to get some space to do his thing.

ZaEl sighed. He was impressed by what Aiden did but he knew that he couldn't to the same because he lacked energy but he still wanted to give it a try.

Following the exact same steps Aiden took, he raised both his hands and pushed them forward avoiding contact with the dummy but all the could the heard was the subtle sound of the wind and the sound of a nasty bird crowing.

Aiden blinked twice. "That... that wasn't bad. Except, you have no energy." he was sure of it because the dummy didn't even move an inch and he felt nothing coming from ZaEl.

ZaEl sighed. He was used to things like this happening but not in front of someone else. It was a little embarrassing.

Noticing the slight change in his expression, Aiden tried to cheer him up. "Not to worry, it took me a long time to learn this. With this enthusiasm, you'll surely learn it soon."

It was already nightfall and time for Aiden to go. He picked up his bag to go but stopped after hearing a voice from behind.

"Its true." ZaEl's calm voice was heard.

Aiden turned around confused. He wasn't sure what ZaEl was talking about. "Huh?"

"Its true," he bent to pick up his bad as well then walked towards Aiden "I have no energy." after saying this, he walked past Aiden who was shocked.

Aiden was sure that he sensed something special about ZaEl and that was why he saved him on that day but he had no energy? That was weird.

Aiden's brow furrowed but soon after, he turned and followed ZaEl cheerfully. "What does it matter if you do not have energy? There are many people I have met who have no energy but with constant practice, their martial art became badass."

Seeing that ZaEl didnt want to talk about it, he immediately changed the topic. "Took! Up there..." he pointed to the sky with a fascinating stare. "I didn't realize that the sky could look this beautiful. There are many stars today, don't you think so?" he smiled.

ZaEl stopped walking and looked up. He was equally fascinated by how beautiful the sky looked but he soon snapped out of it. 'What use is it if the sky is that beautiful but my life is this ugly.' He sighed and began to walk away again.

"I know a place we could both go to train. They don't discriminate and they teach well." Aiden said with a calm voice while still looking up.

ZaEl took a few steps and stopped after hearing what Aiden said. He wasn't sure he wanted to go to train anywhere else as it would be very embarrassing for him but hearing that they don't discriminate sparked something within him.

"We could leave now or you could take your time. Whatever your decision is, is totally fine by me." he turned around and left leaving ZaEl standing there.

He stood there for a while silent and confused. He had nothing here and leaving was a good opportunity for him but he wasn't sure what awaited him where he was going.

He shook his head and pushed the thought to the back of his mind then began to walk home.

ZaEl walked for a long time but stopped after noticing that there were so many people with touches looking for someone.

His eyes squinted as this was not a usual thing to do here. Suddenly, he heard his name being called multiple times.

"Why are they looking for me?" he muttered. He was confused because no one was supposed to be worried about his whereabouts.

Confused, he walked slowly towards the touch to understand what was going on but before getting a closer look, he was dragged aside by someone else.
