Back at the town, a young girl downed in white walked gently. Her bright blue eyes were enchanting and through her movement, anyone could tell that she was from a noble family. Little did they know that hidden inside that cloth was a bruised feet and behind that beautiful eyes was a blind girl.
Alexia walked through the crowd ignoring the gasps from people. This was something she was used to but most importantly, she wanted to get through without being noticed as blind.
Her steps were gentle and graceful no one could tell that she had no sight. But suddenly, there was a commotion.
Two mages were running through the crowd. This was kind of a thing between mages from different clans. The competition was high and they always argues about what clan was better.
Running through the crowds, people hurried away except Alexia who could only rely on her sense of hearing.
They drew closer and closer but she just continued walking forward. Closer... closer... "Get out of the way!" someone yelled to alert her of the incoming chaos but she just continued walking until BAM! someone was on the floor.
There was silence for a few minutes. Many people blinked in confusion and soon, they stated to murmur.
"What just happened?"
"Did you see what happened?"
"I was trying to get out of the way I didn't see."
Both mages were on the floor. Apparently, they had fallen to the floor after approaching Alexia but no one saw the collusion.
Her movements were swift and skillful. She moved like the wind swiftly yet effortlessly dodging the duo. She was just twelve but anyone could tell that her energy level was way above her age.
"Where did she go?"
"Did she get injured?"
They asked amongst themselves after noticing that she was nowhere in sight. Little did they know that Alexia was already on her way. She walked away from the crowd and continued her journey.
##
After walking for a while, she stopped at an earlier seen house.
The Banach mansion was gigantic and luxurious anyone could tell that this was the Banach mansion because it stood out amongst the others in the town.

"To what do I owe this visit?" Eldezar Banach asked with his lip slightly curved up as they sat in his waiting room.
Alexia stared straight at his eyes. One would think that she wasn't blind at that point in time.
"I'm sure you heard about the unfortunate news of my mother's demise." she had a straight face which seemed rather emotionless.
Eldezar Banach put on a sympathetic expression. "Ah yes. Do accept my condolences. Delia Logan was indeed beautiful and powerful..." his expression changed into a mockery one "Its such a waste."
He stood from where he sat and walked slowly towards Alexia. "I didn't want to get involved with matters of the supreme gods and that's why, even when she begged me to spare her life, there wasn't much I could do." as he said this, his lips curved downwards but soon, a cunning smile appeared on his face.
With her straight face, no one could tell what Alexia was thinking and Eldezar took advantage of the fact that she could not see to make mockery expressions.
"But seeing that you are here now, I'd like to apologize." Eldezar stood beside her expecting a response or reaction but got none.
After waiting for a while but got nothing from her, he shrugged then turned to go back to where he was seated but her bold voice stopped him.
"You did well Eldezar Banach. She committed a crime and deserved to be punished. Instead of asking for an apology, I'm here to apologize on behalf of the Logan family." her words came out fluently, even Eldezar Banach was caught off guard.
He looked at her surprised by her words but he smiled in the next second. 'What a fool? She makes situations like this simple.' He thought to himself.
"Don't mention. The Logan family have been our close friends for a long time now." he spoke pretending to be a good and loyal friend of the family but before he got the chance to settle down on his chair, she said something else that caused him to feel uneasy.
"I heard you have a son that's equal to a mortal." as always, her face was expressionless and she stared straight as though looking at him.
Eldezar Banach's brow furrowed. His last son was equivalent to a forbidden topic. He didn't like to talk about him as it hurt his pride.
"Why? Do you feel burdened by your last son?... sigh... Its weird how the great lord Eldezar Banach could sire a son that is worse than a mortal. It must've hurt your pride." she sighed slightly then shrugged and rested her back on the chair giving off a relaxed yet controlling aura. This act of hers made Eldezar annoyed.
"What are you talking about?" his brow furrowed deeper as he said this and his fist clenched in an attempt to hide his bitter emotions.
"Its not news again that Eldezar Banach sired a worthless son..." she furrowed her brow giving off a confused expression. "...could it be in his genes?" Alexia's words were daring, only a few could talk to Eldezar in that manner and she was only but a child.
Concealing his anger towards a mare blind child, he faked a smile and replied, "ZaEl is not our biologically child. He was adopted." he said this with an indifferent look on his face but Alexia could see through his skim and chuckled.
"Oh lord Banach you can fool anyone but certainly me." she stood up from where she sat and placed her fists on the table.
"This is a message from my people. 'Announce the boy as your son and face the proper humiliation or suffer the consequences.' Which I know you wouldn't want for your family." she squinted her sightless eyes and raised the side of her lips.
After making her statement known, she turned around to leave but stopped halfway and turned, "Thank you again for accepting our apology." she bowed slightly and exited the building leaving lord Banach furious.
