In the Ulysses Airship, Dante wakes up and walks to the dining table, where Kyle, Sarah, Ashley, Billy, Nathan, Nora, James are sitting at the table. Walter is making breakfast.

Dante: Morning guys.

Sarah, Ashley, Kyle, James, Nora, Billy, Walter, Nathan: Morning, Dante....Hey, Dante...

Billy: I'm a little hung over...so who just walked in the room?

Sarah: it's Dante, Billy....

Billy: Okay....

Dante sits down between Sarah and Nathan. Walter turns around to everybody.

Walter: Eggs and Bacon. Organic, but trust they're good coming from me! And seeing as how you are, James, I think your ass could use this.

James is sitting at the table with his hands on his head, moaning. Nora comforts him. Dante looks at the bottles of pills.

Dante: How'd you get this?

Kyle: Dr. Fenix. He thought we could use this....or some of us. 

Kyle laughs at James.

James: Fuck you, dude. uh....why is the room spinning? Inside voices in my head.... Don't ever...ever...ever let me drink again. Kill me if I ever suggest drinking....The voices.....make them stop...make them stop!

Ashley: I like James when he's drunk....he's amusing....

Colin: You should see him high....

Ashley: Holy shit. You got high back in Cratersville and didn't tell me?

Sarah: Ash!

Nathan: What the fuck?! Ashley!

Ashley: Sally had a bong and offered! It was one time! It wasn't that good anyway!

Nora laughs as Killen arrives.

Kyle: Morning, Stonequest.

Killen: Morning, Kyle.

Kyle: I see you're not drunk.

Killen: No...but I am tired as hell.

Dante notices a cut on Killen's hand.

Dante: What happened to your hand?

Killen: What? Oh, yeah, must have done it in my sleep.

Kyle: How'd you cut your hand in your sleep?

Killen laughs.

Killen: No idea.

Colin arrives with Burton.

Kyle: Hey, Colin. General.

Colin: Morning, guys.

Burton: Someone rented porn on the TV last night.....

Colin: What it you, James?

James: I was drunk, Uncle Colin. I don't know....maybe it was....it was just....knacking on TV....busty beauties.....

Billy: "was drunk" or "recovering from being drunk", son?

Sarah: See now this is why people under twenty-one should not drink....

Ashley: I'm not that crazy though, Sarah. 

Ashley laughs.

Killen: James, that reminds me....thanks for the favor....does your ass still hurt? 

Killen mooches and kisses at James.

James: Oh, dude, don't even fuck with me like that.

Kyle, Walter and Colin laugh.

Dante: Don't mess with him like that.

Colin: Hey, man....shit happens when you're drunk...

James: Dude, you're my Uncle. Why aren't you helping me?

Burton: Son, I didn't know you rolled like that.

James: Dad! What the hell, man?! I don't! That's not fucking funny!

Kyle: Yeah, and you were a little bit tipsy...

Kyle and Colin fist bump.

James: Man, fuck all y'all!

Killen: Just fucking with you, James...I don't fuck dudes....So, Sarah....

Nathan: Killen...you're pushing it....you're really pushing it..

Killen: What? I'm just messing around.

Sarah: Don't even go there..... but no....Walter's game though....

Ashley laughs.

Ashley: Sarah...

Walter: What? "Walter's game for what?"

Kyle Morning fever....it's obvious someone fucked somebody last night...question is; who?

James: (coughing) Nathan + Nora = poontang.

Nora: Ew! James! That's not funny.

Colin laughs.

Ashley: oh....James...

Nathan: I so fucking heard that. Colin, I'm about to kill your nephew.

Ryan arrives.

Ryan: Good morning, everyone.

Survivors: Hey....mornin....hey, doc.

Billy: Doc, I don't mean to bother you with questions this early.

Ryan: But you're going to anyway.

Killen: We didn't come for the wine or the good food.

Ryan turns to the survivors, before he and Burton then leads them to the monitor room.

Ryan: OTTO, Global Satellite Footage of October 19th 2009.

OTTO: Yes, Doctor.

The giant video screen in front of them shows the satellite vid of 2009, where the planet is seen with a blue landscape.

Colin: What is this?

Ryan: You people are the few lucky that will see this....and you people will be the last.....These were the very first few days of the Python Virus...in two months, hundreds of people were infected...by March 2010, it was exactly 24,753,973. Python became more lethal than the yellow fever...more cases than HIV....it infected more people than tuberculosis in one year....by the summer of 2010, everyone in the world was required to use hand sanitizer as the government thought than transportation of infected hosts by airplane might be the case....it didn't matter....

The entire satellite feed of the world turns from blue to red as the number of infected increases.

Nathan: What are those red dots?

Burton: That....was the beginning of every infected being on the planet....

Sarah: how did it spread?

The death toll on the lower screen begins to rise.

Ryan: It killed more people than Malaria....more people than the black death....killed over a million people in exactly three years....that's when we started working on a cure...Greenland funded cure research and top universities began to worry. Ports all over the world began to close down....the economy saw their growth rate decrease so the government stopped spending in all areas, including healthcare....then slowly, but surely....the world fell into anarchy....It's amazing what one little drug can do in twenty years....This virus is stronger than HIV...stronger than AIDS....We have received the data from the Python Virus is similar matches to a Cordyceps...a parasite that attacks the body....

Nora: Did you ever find a cure?

Ryan: No.....this

Ryan points to the cure chart on the screen which is only 48 %.

Ryan: is how far we got....

Kyle: 48 %?

Dante: All that hard work...all that funding that Kronos got and you couldn't make one fucking cure?!

Ryan: This thing...became more stronger...when it was fused with the radioactive fluid....we tried everything, but the virus was resistant to everything....immune to everything....hot and cold temperatures.....water content....drug resistant...everything we threw at Python it was spat right back in our faces...OTTO, erase the video.

OTTO: Yes, Doctor.

Nora: So what you're trying to say doctor is that we came here for nothing? That there is no cure?

Dante: Not even for me? That's what you're saying, right?

Ryan: it could be a mishap in our work. A flaw.

Nora: Or God punishing us for our sins. I knew this day was coming. I just didn't think anyone would be alive to see it. Jesus Christ.

Walter: Are there any other facilities? Other Stations?

Ryan: I'm sorry, but even with the entire sample from Dante; I can't even produce a cure in weeks....all the other facilities that were working on a cure are destroyed or at least these days....not giving a shit...

Kyle: Wait, you don't know? How can you not know?

Burton: No one does....everything was shattered...everything....is gone...humanity has finally run its course...

Kyle: fuck me....

James: I'm gonna get drunk again to drown this bullshit.

Ryan: The only thing I could do is keep trying, while the others were cowards they took the easy way out.

Nathan: But you couldn't make a cure? Couldn't make one simple fucking cure to change the tide?

Ryan: There was never one. I just thought you all should know....

James grabs his bottle, when he notices something on the security feed.

James: Uh...guys, we got a problem.

The others run to the security camera and notice Zeus Corps Tanks and Griffin Gunships converging onto the Ulysses. Two Mechas are in the scene as well.

Ryan: No, how'd they track us?! We were careful!

Burton: Shit!

Inside the head Griffin chopper, the pilot manages to find the camouflage core of the Ulysses.

Griffin Pilot: Sir. I've located the camouflage core. Permission to disengage.

Barnes: Permission granted.

The Griffin Pilot shoots missiles from the attack helicopter as the explosion disables and destroys the camouflage core, exposing the Ulysses airship.

Ryan: Shit!

Ashley: What was that?!

Burton: That was the camouflage core! Which means they can see us now!

After the Ulysses is exposed, the Griffin helicopters and Zeus Corps Tanks surround the airship, aiming their weapons at them.

Barnes: So.....this is the Ulysses, huh? Not bad to hide in here, Doc.

Barnes speaks into the Griffin radio.

Barnes: Fenix. We know you're in there. Surrender the airship, and send yourself, Burton and everyone else out with their hands up.

Walter: How the hell did they track us? Desipich!

Kyle: Don't even fuckin blame me, man! My armor tracker's destroyed!

James: Dad. Are those automated defenses still working?

Burton: Yes!

James: Are there anymore around the Airship?

Burton: There should be. 

Burton checks the monitors.

Burton: There they are. East wing.

James: Start em up. We need time to get out of here.

Burton activates the automated defenses systems as the turrets in the East End of the Airship start up and open fire, killing most of the Zeus Corps Soldiers, destroying few of the Griffins and Zeus Corps Tanks, and forcing Barnes and Epps to take cover.

Barnes: Shit!

Epps: He's definitely here, Barnes!

Barnes: Goddammit!

Inside the labs, the survivors are moving around preparing to leave.

Burton: Those turrets will hold them off, but not for long!

Kyle: Then let's not waste any time we have! Let's get ready to leave!

Nathan: Alright, everyone we gotta leave now!

Outside, Barnes prepares an EMP grenade, before he then tosses the grenade at the turrets as the grenade explodes, shutting down the turrets. After the Griffin lands on the airship, Barnes approaches Epps.

Barnes: Epps.

Epps: Tracking.

On his pad, Epps manages to track down Burke and Burton.

Epps: Got it. Positive ID on Burke and Burton. They're here.

Barnes: And Subject 19?

Epps: Him too. Along with the survivors. Location: the labs. Center of the Airship.

Barnes: All right. You're leading us, Epps.

Epps: Bingo.

Barnes: Knock it down.

Epps: Yes, sir. 

Epps to Zeus Corps Soldiers.

Epps: You heard the man! Take this fucker down!

The Zeus Corps Soldiers equip a giant hammer to take down the metal hatch of the airship. Meanwhile, inside the labs, the Cratersville Survivors are still collecting their gear, weapons and ammo. James is checking the monitors.

Colin: James?

James: Uh....they destroyed the turrets. (looking at the camera showing the Zeus Corps Soldiers outside trying to get in from the roof of the airship) And they're right outside trying to get in!

Walter: Which means our time just got a little shorter.

Dante: Ryan! We can't use that elevator! We'll be slaughtered! Is there another way out of here?! Ryan?!

Ryan: The Russians....

Kyle: What?!

Ryan: The Russians....they were the last ones to hold their ground back in 2016...they fought until something called the Zika Virus destroyed them....made the virus stronger.....no one...nothing can stop this...while Americans were killing each other....they were putting a two million dollar bullet in their own fucking skulls....Earth always did run on power....we took too much and power and abused it...and this is what happened...

Colin: Doctor...

Ryan: I can't leave. This is my responsibility....my legacy will end here....even though there's not a cure, they can still copy my research....I won't fuck up the world more than what it is....

Dante walks to Ryan.

Dante: how you gonna do that?

Ryan: The Self Destruction Procedure. I can make all the atomic energy that's powering this airship to here, which would cause a nuclear meltdown.

Nathan: Wait, you're gonna blow the fucking place up?!

Sarah: with us inside?!

Ryan: No one else needs to die because of my mistakes....you all better lave while you can! There's shuttles in the hangar bay that can get you all out of here.

On the rooftop of the Airship, the soldiers still bang on the hatch. Barnes gets annoyed, and walks up to the hatch, before he shoves the soldiers out of the way.

Barnes: Fuck this! Move!

Barnes grabs hold of the hatch and rips them open with his bare hands. Barnes looks at his hands.

Barnes: wow! Talk about improvement. Epps! Lead the squad inside!

Epps: Yes, sir. First Squad to the doors!

Barnes, Epps and their squad enter the Ulysses through the hatch. In the Ulysses labs, Ryan prepares the self-destruction sequence. The group looks at Ryan.

Dante: You guys go on. I'll catch up. Go!

Colin: I'll stay with them....

James: Uncle Colin...

Colin: Go, James!

Burton: I need time to activate the self-defenses reboot system to cover your escape.

James: Dad!

Burton: James, go son! We'll meet you there!

The others leave as Colin walks up to Burton.

Colin: William, where would the automatic defense turret generator be?

Burton: In the central chamber; below the airship. It's not the far from the hangar.

Colin: Come on!

Colin and Burton leave while Dante attempts to persuade Ryan.

Dante: Ryan, please...come with us.....this is not the way....there has to be a better way....

Ryan: I failed Harry as an Uncle....as a mentor...that boy was looking for a father while I was so busy trying to make a useless vaccine for my mistakes....the mistakes that everyone else is paying for...

A tear sheds down Ryan's face.

Ryan: I always envied you, Dante....despite the different paths we took in life. You chose the life of a family man....you had the things I secretly wanted in life....wife...child....but I got so caught in my own fucking world....watching Harry was the experience of having a son....

Dante: Ryan, listen to me....not of that is on you, okay?! Just please! Come with me! There's more than just survival out there!

Colin and Burton make their way to the automated-self defense generator to reboot the system. Meanwhile, Barnes and Epps venture through the Ulysses.

Barnes: Epps....

Epps: Sir....

Barnes: Take a squad....split up...we'll cut off their escape route...

Epps: Yes, sir.....I need a squad with me!

Epps takes a squad and separates from Barnes, who ventures into the decks. Colin and Burton take a ladder to the lower deck of the Airship while the other survivors make their way to the shuttles, but are discovered and shot at by Epps and the Zeus Corps Squad. The two groups take cover behind the walls as they exchange gun fire.

Epps: Desipich! I know you're there! Tell your friends to drop the guns and surrender!

Kyle: I'm not a soldier anymore, Epps. In other words, fuck you!

The two groups exchange gun fire, until another band of skinners attack the Zeus Corps squad. Epps manages to avoid the attacks. Just as the survivors escape the slaughter, Epps runs behind them and chases the group firing at them. Kyle hides behind cover.

Kyle: Go!

Billy: Kyle!

Kyle: Billy! Go! Get everyone to the shuttles and get it started up!

Nora: No!

Sarah: She's right! We can't just leave you here!

Kyle: There's no time to argue! Go!

The other survivors run off while Epps runs out of ammo in his assault rifle, before Kyle reveals himself.

Kyle: You Barnes' attack dog now, Epps.

Epps: You don't have a right to lecture me, Desipich. You betrayed us...your military....for fucking wasteland trash....

Kyle: Something I wish I had done a long time ago....so....why don't we handle this like soldiers?

Epps, scoffs, tosses his assault rifle aside, before Kyle does the same thing with his shotgun. Epps removes his body armor and pistol, tossing them both to the floor. After a few tense moments, Kyle and Epps sprint at each other and engage in brutal fist fight. Kyle punches Epps twice, before ramming him into the wall, before Epps elbows and grabs Kyle in a headlock. Kyle manages to free himself, headbutting Epps, who headbutts Kyle back, before punching him. Epps then rams Kyle into the walls, before punching him in the ribs. Colin and Burton finally reach the core as Burton attempts to restart the generator.

Burton: Come on! Come on!

After some effort, Burton finally manages to restart the automated defenses, starting up the turrets that take down the Griffins and Zeus Corps Tanks.

Burton: Success!

Colin: Yes! We did it!

Burton: Alright! Let's regroup with the others!

Before the two can leave, a warning shot hits the wall, alerting Colin and Barnes, who turn and are confronted by Barnes.

Colin: Fuck.

In the labs, Dante continues to persuade Ryan to leave.

Dante: Ryan....listen to me, little brother....you feel guilty...for what happened to my family....to the world....but going down with this ship...is not going to change anything....

Ryan looks down, but suddenly, a squad of Zeus Corps Soldiers enter the room and open fire. Dante pushes Ryan down, before engaging the Zeus Corps Soldiers. The other survivors fight their way to the shuttle bay. Kyle backhands Epps, before grabbing him into a chokehold. Epps rams Kyle into the wall several times, but Kyle continues his grapple. Outside the Ulysses, a turret takes down a Griffin, causing it to spin out of control and crash into the lower bowels of the Ulysses where Kyle and Epps are fighting with the helicopter blades continuing to rotate. The impact is felt throughout the airship. Meanwhile, in the labs, Barnes walks up to Colin and William, who have their weapons aimed at Barnes.

Barnes: General. Colin.

Colin: Barnes...

Burton: Barnes, how'd you find us?

Barnes: Had some help. You should be careful of the company you keep....

Colin: Yet, you're running around with a squad of grunts and cutthroats. You blew up my city...

Barnes: Hey, blame your former Mayor for that. Had he been honest, that wouldn't have been necessary.

Colin: We had families in Cratersville! Children!

Barnes: Those families are nothing, but collateral.....just like you all are.

Enraged, Colin shoots a arrow into Barnes' neck, causing him to kneel. After a few tense moments, Barnes stands up and pulls the arrow out of his neck, stunning Burton and Colin.

Burton: What the fuck?

Barnes: I know....It's a trip, ain't it?

Barnes opens fire at Colin and Burton, who takes cover. The Cratersville survivors continue fighting their way to the shuttle as Dante and Ryan continue holding out in the labs. Kyle and Epps continue their fight as Kyle punches Epps, who maneuvers and trips Kyle. Epps attempts to stab Kyle, who disarms Epps quickly of the knife. Epps then grapples onto Kyle's neck, causing a struggle and edging him closer to the spinning rotating blades of the downed Griffin chopper.

Epps: If it's any consolation to you, Desipich, one soldier to another. I enjoyed working with you, bro. See you in hell.

Kyle suddenly activates his machete and stabs Epps through the torso, fatally wounding him.

Kyle: You first....

Kyle flips Epps over, causing him to fall into the rotating blades and ripped into pieces, splattering blood all over the environment including Kyle.

Kyle: Well, that was nasty....

Barnes continues engaging Colin and Burton.

Barnes: Come on, General! Why don't we handle this like soldiers?

Colin: Fuck. He's got us cornered....

Burton: See if you can flank this asshole.

Colin nods and begins to sneak around to flank Barnes.

Burton: You know something, Barnes. I just don't see how a twisted fuck like you would still consider yourself a soldier.....you're a traitor. You betrayed your right as a soldier.

Barnes: And how's that general? You know; this world needs order. It needs Zeus Corps to restore it. A world where animals eat animals. There's murder, rape and God knows what else....

Burton: It doesn't need soldiers like you. You turned one of our students into a madman. Stole him. Turned him from a good boy into a mass murdering fuck!

Colin sneaks behind Barnes and moves in for the kill.

Barnes: The boy needed to learn how to survive. How to not feel for emotion....and that's the difference between you and me....is that you...

Before Colin can attack, Barnes pulls out his revolver and shoots Colin in the torso.

Barnes: Carry too much emotion....

Barnes shoots Colin three more times, causing him to fall into the lower halls.

Burton: Colin!

Burton opens fire on Barnes, who's superhuman abilities allow him to heal. Burton moves in and disarms Burton, before knocking his head against the wall, incapacitating him.

Barnes: Oh, General....this is what makes you weak....

Barnes speaks into his earpiece.

Barnes: This is Barnes. The former General Burton has been incapacitated. Retrieve him immediately.

Zeus Corps Soldier: Copy that, sir. We have Subject 19 and Dr. Fenix cornered in the main labs.

Barnes: Copy that. I'm on my way there.

Barnes walks by, leaving an unconscious Burton behind. Meanwhile, the Cratersville survivors finally manage to reach an escape shuttle and enter.

Walter: Yo, Billy! You know how to ride this thing?

Billy: I guess we're about to find out.

Billy enters the driver's seat of the shuttle.

Nora: Wait, Billy! We gotta wait for everyone else!

Killen: Well, where is everyone else?! Dante! Colin! Where are they?!

James: Hey, I see Kyle!

Kyle rushes into the shuttle bay.

Kyle: Hey! Drop the shuttle! Now!

James: Where's Uncle Colin and Dad? Dante?

Kyle: I don't know, man! Fuck!

Suddenly, Zeus Corps Soldiers appear and open fire on the Cratersville survivors, forcing them to duck inside. Kyle dodges the bullets as he sprints to the shuttle, before Billy is forced to pull the lever, releasing the shuttle and dropping it. Kyle jumps onto the roof of the shuttle as he barely manages to get into the shuttle midair. Walter and Nathan help Kyle into the shuttle.

Nathan: Kyle! You okay?!

The shuttle lands in the lake, away from the bombardment of the Ulysses.

Billy: Well, that was not a nice landing....

In the Ulysses Airship, Dante and Ryan continue holding their ground while Burton is apprehended and brought into one of the Griffin's before he is taken away. Dante equips a grenade and tosses it, killing the rest of the Zeus Crops team engaging them.

Ryan: You know; Dad always said you had a bad habit of destroying my toys...

Dante: What? They were shooting at us....

Ryan: Yeah...you should still get out of here while you can....

Dante: Ryan....

Ryan: Look, you want to do me a favor!

Ryan hands Dante a hard drive.

Ryan: Take this data! Look at it! There's something that I created that needs to be destroyed! No! Just go!

Dante: Ryan! My family is gone! Amanda is dead. My son.....I'll never see him again. You're the only family I have left.....Please.....we can find something to live for out here....

After a moment, Barnes enters the labs.

Barnes: Oooh....I'm sorry. Am I interrupting a family dilemma here?

Dante: Who the hell are you?

Ryan: Barnes.....

Barnes: Hello, Doctor....

Barnes turns to Dante. 

Barnes: We haven't properly met....you must be the big brother; Subject 19.

Dante: My name is Dante, asshole. You're the deranged fuck that's been chasing after us. You blew up a town full of innocent people.

Barnes: As soldiers of the field, you should know; there are casualties in world like this.

Dante: You and I are not same. I don't kill innocent people for fun.

As Barnes speaks, he removes his torso armor.

Barnes: Neither do I. I kill because a post-apocalyptic world doesn't have need for those with a clear conscious of good and evil, because there is no good or evil. There's only the sick, the imprisoned, the brain-dead and the wounded. Not a world for war heroes. Did your little brother here tell you what you are? What he did to you?

Barnes walks up to Ryan, scolding him.

Dante: Yeah, he saved my life....doesn't matter what he's done. He's still my brother.

Barnes laughs.

Barnes: You've been around Desipich too much. Caring about your morality....when morality....

Barnes backhands Ryan away, knocking him into the wall.

Barnes: Gets you killed!

Dante: Ryan!

Dante shoots Barnes in the chest, but the bullets have no effect and his wounds instantly heal.

Dante: What the hell?

Barnes: Told you we were alike, old timer.

Barnes walks to Dante, who continues to shoot at Barnes, who smacks the pistol away and punches Dante in the chest, knocking him into the wall. Dante pulls out his knife and swings at Barnes, who dodges, managing to punch Dante in the face. Dante swings backwards as Barnes backhands Dante. Barnes then tries to stab Barnes, but he grabs his arm, twisting it.

Barnes: C'mon, a soldier with your skills should have gotten a hit by now.

Dante suddenly punches Barnes in the face, causing him to spit up blood.

Barnes: Now that's more like it. Just like a grunt!

Dante charges at Barnes, punching him in the face twice, before punching him in the stomach. Barnes blocks a punch and then kicks Dante back into the monitor. Barnes then grabs Dante by the neck.

Barnes: That's more fucking like it!

Barnes hits Dante in the chest, sending him flying into one of across the table. Dante crawls out from the wreckage just as Barnes grabs Dante and slams him into the floor.

Barnes: Old man. Let this young buck show you how it's done.

Barnes headbutts Dante, before throwing him into the wall. The Cratersville Survivors crawl out of the damaged shuttle, before James attempts to contact Colin through his radio.

Nora: James? What are you doing?

James: Uncle Colin! Dad! Uncle Colin! Someone answer me! Please!

In the hangar bay, the mortally wounded Colin stand up and grabs onto his radio.

Colin: (coughs up blood) James....it's me.

James: Uncle Colin! Thank God. Where are you?!

Colin: I'm still on the airship...fuck....I'm hurt pretty bad...

James: Where's my Dad?

Colin: I think Barnes took him. Dante and Ryan are still in the labs....I...I gotta help em out....

James: No, Uncle Colin. They're destroying the Airship. You gotta get a shuttle and get out of there.

Colin looks at his mortal wound and looks up.

Colin: I don't think that's gonna happen, son.....I'm pretty fucked up....

James: What...what are you talking about?

Colin: Think you know what I'm saying.....this is it.....Now, listen to me...

James: No. No, there's gotta be a way. There's gotta be a way we can get to you. We can help you. You can't just give up. You gotta try.

Colin: James, listen to me, boy. I need you to survive out there for me, okay? I need you move on....I need to live....

James: (tearfully) No, there's....there's gotta be another way.

As James pleads, the Cratersville survivors look on sadly.

Colin: You know; I always saw you as a son.....you're a good man, James.....Your Dad's proud of you....just like I'm proud of you.....I love you, son....

Colin drops the radio and limps to the labs. On the ground, James calls into the radio.

James: Uncle Colin! Uncle Colin! Goddammit! Uncle Colin! Answer me!

Kyle walks up to James and touches his shoulder. James turns his head to Kyle as he nods. In the labs, Barnes and Dante continue with their fight, while Ryan recovers and notices Barnes' dropped pistol. Ryan crawls to the pistol. Barnes chokes Dante against a wall.

Barnes: You know I don't know why the doctor chose you. You're a weak old man, who isn't fit to survive this fucking world!

Barnes is suddenly shot in the back by Ryan, causing Barnes to drop Dante. Barnes takes a few bullets, until one finally hits him in the forehead. The wound instantly heals. Ryan continuously shoots Barnes as he is walking towards him. Barnes disarms Ryan of the pistol, before grabbing him by the neck and lifting him off the ground. Barnes stares at Dante, who kneels to the ground.

Barnes: You know that story where the big brother kicks the little brother's bully's ass.....Well, this isn't that type of story.

Ryan: You're gonna lose.....

Barnes laughs.

Barnes: Tell that to the dead.

Barnes pulls out his blade and stabs Ryan in the torso.

Dante: No!

Barnes drops the fatally wounded Ryan.

Dante: You fucker! I'll kill you!

Enraged at the death of his brother, Dante stands up and tackles Barnes, who elbows and throws Dante into the glass, cracking it. Dante stares at his fatally wounded brother, before Barnes walks up to Dante and kicks him out the lab window, causing him to fall into the lake below the airship. Barnes walks up the dying Ryan.

Ryan: Even if you don't die today, you'll die someday...and my brother will kill you. That I can promise.

Ryan dies as Barnes leaves the airship labs. Dante recovers as he staggers out of the lake.

Nora: Dante!

Dante looks up to notice the Cratersville survivors running up to him.

Billy: You okay, son?

Dante looks up down.

Dante: Ryan.....he....he's dead....that crazy bastard killed him.

Killen: Damn it.....Dante.....I'm really sorry.

Dante looks around.

Dante: James. Where's Colin and your Dad?

On the Ulysses Airship, an emergency broadcast is being broadcasted throughout the Ulysses by OTTO.

Otto: Alert! Evacuate the Ulysses! Critical damage sustained in levels! Proceed to the docking bay to exit the airship via escape shuttles!

Colin limps into the bridge to access the controls of the Ulysses. His crossbow drops out of an opening of the Ulysses Airship. Colin uses the main computer to initiate the collision sequence.

OTTO: Alert; confirm collision course action.

Colin presses the authorization for the self-destruction sequence. Colin leans toward the screen and falls next.

OTTO: Warning: this Ulysses will self-destruct in collision meltdown in t-minus 20 seconds.

With his dying breath, Colin looks into the distance of the sunset and smiles.

Colin: Helluva view.....

The Ulysses Airship begins to drop out of the sky, causing the remaining Zeus Corps reinforcements to scatter. The Cratersville survivors step back and begin to take cover. Kyle touches James' arm, who looks tearfully at the falling Ulysses.

Dante: Guys! We gotta take cover!

Sarah: Oh, my god!

Nathan: Move! Move!

Kyle: James, we gotta move! Come on!

Kyle drags James to cover. The Ulysses Airship crashes into the airfield, decimating all the Zeus Corps forces in the area and blowing away all of the Zeus Corps APC's and Tanks. The blast wave knocks down Billy, Dante, Nora, Kyle, Ashley, Walter, James, Sarah, Killen and Nathan. After the explosion, the Cratersville survivors walk up to the destroyed Ulysses Airship with James fishing out Colin's crossbow. James looks down in anger as Dante walks up to James, touching his shoulder.

Dante: He was a good man, James.....

Billy: Hey! I think I see some transportation...

Billy points out a Zeus Corps APC intact. The Cratersville survivors enter the APC and starts it up, before they leave the destroyed battlefield of the area.
