Why Can't A Throsk'Bok Love?

"I wouldn't go into telling you what a Throsk'Bok is as i deem you not ready yet." The SYSTEM started to Miller's annoyance.

Miller thought that maybe he would also know about what being a Throsk'Bok is. The enigmatic race that he now belonged to that he had no Information about.

"Just like Vampires, A Throsk'Bok can leave for Eternity. They don't age and stop ageing at a certain point."

"But be warned, Throsk'Bok are not without their enemies," the System continued. "Many seek to control or destroy them, for reasons that are not yet clear to me. You must be careful, for you are now a target, whether you realize it or not. The dangers you face are numerous and great."

Miller's heart was racing. The thought of being a target, of being hunted by unknown forces, was terrifying. He had no idea what he had gotten himself into when he got to merge with the System. At least, the System had informed him that one of his enemies is the Greek God; Zeus. The System Informed him that the Previous Avatar OF ASTRAR did something bad to Zeus that made them enemies. What he did, Miller as no clue as the System kept him blank.

"At a certain point, you would see all of your loved ones dies. Watson Simmons, Your Mom; Martha Edward, James Theodore, Emily Pembertons, Lillian Collins and so many more. All these are mortal, what is the need of falling in love with someone that would die." The System continued to die. "They would age and you wouldn't."

"I hope you are aware by now that a Throsk'Bok can't die. If you are killed, even if your head is cut off or your body blown away. A single part of your ashes would change to your Ferocious Killer Mode Form and would snatch a soul in exchange of yours."

"You would put your loved ones at risk. Your Enemies would increase if many find out the truth about you. Do you want to see a weak mortal like Emily get hurt. They would attack your loved ones without mercy."

"Is it really worth it, then, to pursue a mortal relationship?" the System asked. "You would only put the one you love in danger, and the guilt of taking a life in order to save your own would be a heavy burden to bear. The potential consequences of such a union are too great to ignore. Can you truly justify putting your loved ones at risk, just to satisfy your own selfish desires?"

The System's words were like a punch in the gut. Miller had never considered the ramifications of his new existence on his loved ones, and the weight of the System's words hit him like a ton of bricks.

The truth was whenever Miller goes Killer Mode, he is not able to tell who he is his friend or foe. They are all instrument to be killed in his eyes. He wouldn't be able to quench that overwhelming desire to also kill.

"What if i pursue a Relationship with Someone that is very strong." Miller Suggested.

"And who would that be?" The System asked.

"She is actually my second choice and i some times see her attractive and to add it.... Sexually Attractive also." Miller said again and a wide smile could be seen on his face as he thought of that particular person.

"Who is that... Please... Tell me... Tell me... Please!" The System when saying this sounded like a human child begging for a candy from an adult.

"But i also don't trust her..." Miller lamented a bit sad.

"Catherine, Stop right." The System said stopping his speech. "I get it, you are also like Catherine LOVER BOY."

"Not as much as i love Emily." Miller said firmly. "Emily has also locked my heart and the key is with her, Catherine has to fight her to get it."

"You are kidding right. If it's a fight, we both know Catherine is going to win easily." The System said. "Do you mean hand to hand Fight or Beauty?" The System asked.

"Hand to Hand combat. Catherine is going to win as for Beauty, Cath is still..." Miller paused as he started to wonder what he was going to say. This was when he realized that he had been walking with a very pretty girl and he didn't even notice.

He had seen guys at school look at her and even attempted talking to her. He didn't feel anything for her. But right now he was feeling a bit jealous. And he started to realize that Catherine is even way beautiful than Emily and she also have an amazing curve that would make any man smile.

"Oh come on." The System said. "You can't stop there. Please feel me up."

"No, I can't. I want to sleep." Miller said trying to end the topic as his brain was only now thinking of Catherine.

Miller knew how he was always shy and sometimes missed a step and even stammered when he was around Emily. He also felt akward. This was because he could feel overwhelming beautiful presence and right now he was thinking of Catherine in such a way and also 'EROTIC'.

If he sees Catherine so beautiful, he is scared that he might start to behave akward around her. It would make him feel uncomfortable.

"You know as a Throsk'Bok, you can survive without sleep. You really don't need sleep as Mortals do." The System replied to Miller statement as it was smart enough to understand that Miller was dodging his topic.

"yeah, i know that smart head of yours would have noticed this." Miller said giving the System a little compliment.

"So please feel me up." The System pleaded.

"Why are you so eager to know a thing or two about my Love Life?" Miller questioned the System.

"Well, it is just interesting that we talk about these things. I want to find out whether you like Catherine more than Emily. Or if you like Emily more or if you Like them equally." The System said.

"Maybe another day." Miller replied. "But i wanted to tell you this."

"And what's that?" The System asked.

"You just told me why A Throsk'Bok Can't Love a Mortal." Miller said. "I wanted to tell you that i would find True Love and raise Kids like all the other Humans. I am no Throsk'Bok. I am Miller Edward; An Eighteen Year old Human boy from Harvestville."
