REBORN BEFORE HER SO-CALLED WEDDING

*Cough*

On the Queen sized bed, a beautiful frail body was sleeping peacefully, tears lurked in the corners of her eyes. The maid, who was cleaning her up, noticed the tears and frowned. She suddenly felt bad for her younger miss.

She vacated the room to call the doctor. As soon as the doctor arrived, he examined her body and temperature. The man soon felt relieved as he announced.

“She will soon be awake”

The maid was delighted after hearing the good news. The doctor left the room after handing the maid the medication to be given to the woman.

'Younger miss, your family is worried…wake up soon…your wedding is in two days” The maid formed a smile but was a sad one.

She went towards the bathroom and took out the bowl of warm water and sponge. She wanted to give the Miss a sponge bath. After cleaning the bedridden woman, the maid left the room.

As soon as the door was closed, the figure on the bed opened her eyes gradually and frowned.

'Was Hades as beautiful as her room?' 

She remembered the maid's aforementioned words.

'Your wedding is in two days '. Didn't she die on her wedding day? Why was her wedding in two days? She ran her tired hand through her hair and slowly sat herself up.

The previous maid entered the room to see the woman rubbing her head. Feeling worried, she ran to her.

“Younger miss, are you fine? Do you need water?” May nodded her head. The maid went towards the drawer and carried the jug of water and poured it inside the glass. She fed her Miss the water.

Feeling less thirsty, May curiously asked, “Do I look disfigured and ghastly now? Is daddy furious with me? An…and is brother Xavier fine…did he get charred too?" Her eyes were red.

The maid gave an awkward look at the woman. Thinking the previous incident had frightened her younger miss, she waved her hand to explain.

“Master isn't furious with you…he is at himself for not caring for your health, and younger master Xavier is out of the country. I don't understand why you ask if your face had been disfigured, but all I can say is that…miss May is the most pretty woman I have laid my eyes on”

May blushed scarlet from that revelation, but she hid it. She asked some of her doubts from the maid and receiving the contrary of it, she concluded she had been reborn.

After the maid had left, May smiled.

'Did it mean she went back to two days before her wedding….wait then if she went back two days…oh no today was the day she had rejected that man and even insulted him'

Why did you make me go back two days? Why not five or four? How will I get him to become on my side?

But first, she had to talk about the so-called betrothal to her father. She will not wed that man. Thank God, he showed his true intentions. The love she had for him had weaned off anyway.
