"An endeavoured flower, Mark?" Elder Su teased again but it only added fire to the man. He glared at the girl by the door with a fisted hand.
"Dear boyfriend, is that grandfather you had been talking about? He is handsome...Hello, I am Suzy" She kowtowed to the Old Man "Mother, Father" She did the same to them.
Suzy flashed a sweet smile only to see their shocked faces. Looking at the man who she had pretended to be her boyfriend, she blinked her eyes to ask "Did do something wrong? Am I not allowed here?" She pouted her lips and looked down pretending to be sad "Maybe we should break up then"
"Ah girl...you are very welcomed" Old Su laughed and glared at his eldest grandson "You must have had a long trip and tired yourself out...what would you like to eat? Steak, Kimchi...anything just say the name"
Suzy licked her lips at the mention of the food. She had not eaten her breakfast yet and looked at those delicious meals on the table. She smiled widely.
Frank touched his son's shoulder "When did you get a girlfriend? For someone like you...you are meant to be single so don't ruin her life. She seems like a nice girl" He whispered. Mark remained his icy expression. Angered, he left the place to his room.
"Gloria come here and greet your new sister-in-law" Elder Su motioned to the girl who was still weeping in the corner. Gloria immediately wiped her tears and brightened up as she would have another companion in the house.

Meanwhile inside the new wedded couple's room.
"I am sorry I lied to you but can you stop causing problems...at least pretend to be happy with me"
May crossed her arms around her chest with a frustrated sigh "I don't want to pretend when I have no feelings for you. Let me tell you, I have someone else who owns my heart and they can never yearn to be with you. You are your family are burdens to me"
As if a needle had pricked his chest, her words assailed him harshly.
"All I want is to get a divorce...I won't stay with you anymore" She still cried and walked away to pack her clothes but as soon as she took a step forward, Alex had possessively taken hold of her hands.
"YOU ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE!!! YOU ARE MY WIFE! MINE AND MINE ALONE" He pushed her towards him and embraced her tightly. Subconsciously, he murmured "Don't leave me again, please...I will regain my sight, I will not become a burden anymore. You don't have to be ashamed to have a blind husband. Wife, stay with me...I will dote on you so much that you will fall hard. I will love you in ways a man is to adore his woman...just wait ok...I need two months...if my surgery goes well, I will proudly stay by your side...I only need two months from you. Agreed hmmm"
May anger dissipated a little by the melancholy tone. She looked up at him and saw his sad eyes.
"Wife just two months...please" He pestered.
"But I have no feelings for you and last night...I can't forgive you...I hate liars" She jerked off from his embrace "I am sorry but I cannot wait...I want to leave now and return to my family"
Alex eludes a calm expression and didn't get offended
"I can look for your family and bring them here if that's what you want"
May covered her face "You are not getting me, are you? I want to leave...I want to see my brother Xavier again...I just want to return. I don't care about my promise anymore. I want to see him again"
Hearing her mention another man's name, he felt bitter. Right now, he wanted his eyesight back more than ever. Who was this her brother Xavier? Moreover, what was so good about him?.
