Reconciliation (1)

"Since Miss Sofia is already resting, I think it's time for me to go home. Good night!" Jing Jing waved her hand and started walking towards the door. She wanted to give a talk to Claire for a while. But, she felt it was not necessary after seeing her calm composure while eating.

Joey and Stephen stood from their seats too and joined Jing Jing.

"We will also take our leave. Claire, Heiz, bye!" they both said in chorus.

"Bye," Claire simply responded. A kind of response that was too far from her usual tone.

Jing Jing gave her a sympathetic look while the two took a final glance at Heiz. They waved their hand again before they turned their back and head towards the door.

They silently walked their way until they reached the parking area of the apartment unit. Jing Jing was walking in front while Stephen and Joey were behind her.

"I'll drop you at your house, Joey?" Jing Jing offered to know that his place was quite far then Stephen's place.
