2 Wait till Sunrise

The two stopped arguing as they remembered the danger they're facing right now. It was not the time to be fighting each other. Their lives are in danger. They need to do something or else the monsters will get them.

"Here!" shouted the girl suddenly. Everyone turned their back to see her. She was handing two wooden swords to the two boys that claim to have played Cave Game before. The one that was new to this game couldn't be endangered with the responsibilities to keep away the zombies from their spot.

The two understood her sign and took her gift. "You better get your work finish ASAP," he murmured.

The zombies kept stepping closer to them, no fear towards them. The two held their swords strong and gave it some swings to the zombies. The zombies that stood in front of the two died and fell to the ground. Now that the two have a sword in their hand, they could at least keep the monsters back from nearing them and their base.

One by one slashes were given to the zombies near. The zombies started to move back a little, fearing of them being the next target. They wouldn't be able to take them on without having anything equipped.

"Heh! Even though I'm just using a wooden sword, these zombies doesn't stand a chance on us."

"You might want to take that back," he replied.

The zombies that are falling back gave the two boys a quick relieve. But the both got frightened back after they saw some other zombies coming in. These zombies are unlike the ones before. They had some gears on them. They came up to the front line to battle the two and reclaim their friends's dignity. These zombies were geared up with some better weapons than them; iron chestplates, golden shovels, iron swords and many good gears those zombies had while these two only had a wooden sword in their hand. The both was sweating in fear of the advantage these zombies have on them.

The real battle starts now. A zombie equipped with a golden shovel and iron chestplate came up to one of them. Holding the shovel up, the zombie pushed down its hand and attacked one of the boys. He held his sword up and blocked the attack. He then jumped to the back after blocking his enemy's attack and charged up front to the zombie. He slashed his wooden sword and a sound that'll displease the boy came. His sword broke into pieces while the zombie was still standing tall. Not a single scratch was made on the zombie.

"Stupid wooden sword!" he cursed. "Looks like you're on your own!" he shouted to him as he rushed to the hut.

"Wait! You're leaving me here?" the boy questioned. He lost his guard and almost got hit by a zombie. Luckily he dodged just in time. He couldn't do anything, the zombies are too strong for him to face off. His steps only goes to the back. "Um, can I get in our hut now!" he shouted in desperate.

"Alright! Dash in NOW!" she commanded.

And so the boy dashed to their spot. The girl closed the hole and everything became pitch-dark in that space. A light lit up the closed building. It was the torch in the middle of the area that lighten up the place. Now that they're in a shelter, they're safe from the monsters that would harm them.

"So, what's the plan now?" asked the newbie after being relieved with their better position.

"We wait till sunrise," he answered.

Silent came to the compacted space. His eyes were cold as ice. The newbie got speechless with his answer and stayed quite in his spot. The girl didn't want this kind of mood in the atmosphere, so she took the chance and continued, "Well now that we are in place, how about we take this time to know each other?"

"I don't give personal information to strangers," he replied simply.

The boy stood up with a burning face. "Hey! If you want to be a jerk, we can just throw you out there!" spitted the boy.

"What? You have a problem?" he asked roughly.

"Yeah, WE have a problem. We're like, trapped in this game y'know!"

"I didn't did that to everyone. Even I was dropped into this... game out of nowhere. And I even can't remember what I was doing in real life."

They all stood quite for a moment. Remembering they couldn't get back to their actual life makes their heart skip a beat. They also realized they too can't recall their memory. They only remember who they are and that's all.

The newbie asked, "Is there anyway out? Can't we just die and..."

"No! We don't know what'll happen if we just die." she answers.

"Then are we trapped in here forever?! Is there some way to finish this game?! This is a sandbox game! There's no objective in a sandbox game as far as I know!" the newbie shouted desperately for an answer that'll relieve his tension.

"Actually, there's a world called The End. When you defeat the Ender Dragon, a portal will appear and maybe, if we jump into the portal we'll finish this game and get back to our life." she figured.

"Then let's make our way to The End as soon as the sun comes up," suggested the newbie.

"You think that's an easy task, huh?" he asked.

"Better than having someone with an attitude like you here," the boy said.

"Now,now. We're all in this together. We need to work together to get out of this place. So, we'll have to know each other too, right?" she explained while looking at him.

"At least we have someone who talks without spitting his saliva all over my face."

"Are ya trying to piss me off?" asked the boy while holding his fist out.
