3 Introducing Session

The girl and the newbie quickly grabbed the boy before he injures anyone. The angered boy struggled to get himself out of the two's hold. He's really mad with him. Even though the boy stood up and tried to get him and beat him up, he just watched their actions while sitting calmly in his place. His eyes were cold, not a single emotion was seen on the surface of his face. Finally, after the girl comforted the boy, the boy stepped back to his spot and sat furiously while having his glare locked on him. At least there were no more commotion anymore.

"Alright! Now that everyone's cool, let's get to know each other now. I'll start my introduction first," said the girl while standing in the middle of the hut.

He watched her without an impression. He wasn't amused what so ever. The other two kept quite and listened to her speech.

"My name is Sydney. I'm 15 and I'm still schooling, of course. I would say that I'm a decent student in my school," she said simply.

"Really?" asked him. He sensed that she has some more stuffs to tell.

"Well I may be a bit excellent than other students," she said wryly. "Like, people would call me a smart kid cause I kept getting first place for every exams. I guess that's what outstanding about me," she added with a red face.

"Wow, you're pretty clever. But if you're so good in your academics, how do you know about this game? I thought people like you always face their textbook for the entire year," questioned the newbie.

"What? I can't have fun myself?" she answered back with a question.

"A-Ah... I guess so?" said the newbie shivering.

"Either way, I'm a girl, not a boy. Most people would always misunderstood me as a boy when playing games. Like what? Girls can't play video games?"

"Relax, we're not gonna judge you if you're a girl and likes playing video games. Also, you're a high school student I presume after listening your speech," he added.

She nodded. "Alright, I guess now everyone knows me. Who's next?" she asked as she looked at the aggressive boy that wanted to hit their friend earlier.

"You don't have to look at me like that," said the boy as he stood up.

He got up in the middle and crossed his hand. He glanced at him with burning eyes before he turns around and starts his speech. "My name's Rick, I'm 25. I'm a gamer and currently in a squad that goes by the name The Citrus Fruits."

"Gamer?" asked the girl named Sydney.

"Yeah, I get cash when I play," he claimed.

"Oh! You're those guys who uploads gameplays on the internet. I saw many people doing it," added the newbie. Rick nodded.

"Bet you're a lime in your team, cause you're a SOUR player, get it?" he mocked. "I am so good at puns."

"YOU BRAT!" shouted Rick as he stomps his feat moving towards his target.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. How about you stay calm and sit down there. Our friend here wants to introduce himself," she exclaimed before he is able to do anything.

"Tch!"

After everyone sat down, the newbie stood up and went to the middle to start his speech. "Um, hello everyone. My name is Riley."

"The girl type or the boy type?" he questioned as he tries to make fun of the newbie's name.

"If you spit one more word, I'm gonna promise you that I'll finish you whatever it takes!" shouted Rick while sitting crossed legs at his spot. The newbie is surely a boy. He's just trying to make fun of people again.

Seeing Rick being pissed off made him wanted to add more spice to the talk, but Sydney in the background begged him with her hands to not say another word. Feeling bad for her, he took a deep breath and waved his hand to the newbie, or also called Riley, to continue.

"Um, okay. Back to where we were, I'm a boy. For the time being, I'm not employed nor in education yet."

"NE-" he paused his words as he saw the two, Rick and Sydney.

Remembering his promise, he reworked his speech, "I mean go on."

"If you were gonna say I'm a NEET, then you're absolutely correct. I'm 18 to be exact."

He grinned as his thought was determined by Riley as correct. Riley then sat down at his spot and everyone was quiet in their place after that. Not long after Riley's speech did he noticed that everyone was glaring at him. They were just looking at him, menacingly. That gave the creep to him.

Curious of their action, he asked, "Pardon my words if someone here doesn't want to hear me talk, but why are you all looking at me?"

"Um, you haven't introduced yourself to us yet," explained Sydney.

Remembering they were having an introduction, he replied, "Didn't I told you that I don't give personal information to strangers."

Sydney was bummed. She thought he would tell them about himself a little so that they could know each other, but sadly not. 'We are trapped in this game. We need to know each other at least.' thought the girl herself. Sydney let out a breath as she was disappointed with his response. No! She will not give up. Sydney will not let him slip through this. She WILL make him talk about himself, at least his name for the time being.

"Come on! We already told you about us. You could at least pay back the favor."

"It's not my fault you guys told me your personal information. Plus, how can I be sure what you said about yourself was true."

Sydney is not giving up at that point. There was no way to make him talk out of pity anymore, but there is a another way she can try.

"How about you make-up a name for yourself so that when we want to call you, we know what to say," explained her.

"Don't worry! I can just call him an as-"

"You can stop right there Mr. Lime," he paused Rick.

"Now you're giving me names," added Rick.

"Yes. Yes I am." he confirmed.

"C'mon, can't you give us your name at least," she asked.

"Why should I?" he said as he turns he heads around.
