They were getting cabin fever from living in the cave. Zack went five credits in debt to afford the mapper app on his phone, and they were hundreds of miles from the wall. Somehow, the lands of always winter are almost as large as the North itself. It was roughly 1000 miles between the YiTi wall and the North Wall. It was all tundra vast winter storms and who knew what else. There were structures across the lands similar to the cache. Zack counted hundreds of dots of various sizes, along with what he suspected were cities, nests of terrifying creatures, and a temple.
Zack stared with Tsunade pushing her cheek against his own at the sight of the only temple. Dead in the center of a black spot on the map where temperatures dropped, spindly feelers of darkness stretched across the land. He planned to take his time and steer well clear of that.
They fashioned a rope from leather and metal to prevent them from getting lost. He planned to keep his phone close so they wouldn't lose their way. It might be impossible for them to make it safely to the wall through the heart of enemy territory.
Theoretically, they should be able to stroll through the vast tundra. In reality, they were going to be harassed the entire time. Tsunade couldn't summon her slugs because they would freeze instantly. Zack couldn't get a bigger loan because his credit limit was 100, and he could only take out one loan at a time. The five credits he borrowed held them back.
A week was spent putting together suits to handle the cold and choosing a path. Zack learned how to sew from Tsunade and practiced making fireballs faster and denser. It wasn't odd for him to walk around with two rotating balls of fire over his hand.
They were going to travel from cache to cache, emptying them. Only one nest separated them from the frost fangs. If they could make it, they would have to deal with Westeros. It felt like they would go through hell only to end up in a slightly different hell.
Zack struggled into a suit made of dried, sewn-together bear and moose hide three layers thick. The bear's head was made into a helmet stuffed with lamb wool, with layers of steel woven between the wool. The eye holes were far from his face, and the suit was heavy.
An average human couldn't take a step, but Zack was far from ordinary. He had no chakra, but his pressure boosted his physical body, and the tune-up brought him to his natural peak.
"No army can stand against the army of the dead, so why are we bothering with this journey?" Tsunade asked.
It was a good question. Why go through the trouble? They could stay in the cave and make coordinated strikes on the enemy. Eventually, the Wight Walkers would have to attack them.
But if he wanted the best chance of success, he would need the 800ft giant wall. Zack planned to sell those he didn't need and purchase a retinue of dedicated defenders. Bulma Briefs would help get the technology off the ground. If Zack had to buy 5 Nier Automata Jackass to be her assistant, he would.
"I want the wall and the kingdoms to funnel resources into us. I'm willing to bring in some androids." Zack said.
They would also be useful no matter what world they lived in next. Androids were a sound investment, even if Zack didn't have sex with them. He wanted engineers and scientists.
"Machines that can work tirelessly on multiple different tasks, right? They are the next best thing if you can't use shadow clones." Tsunade said.
It was more than that; androids were tireless lookouts devoted to serving humanity to the best of their ability. Yes, please; Zack didn't understand why Tsunade wasn't as excited about the prospect of having actual help. Bulma was a potential choice if he had bindings. Without bindings, many of his options would fail. Tsunade was lucky, plain, and straightforward.
When they were both suited up, looking more like walking bears than humans, Tsunade punched the entrance open, and they ran for it through ice and snow due south toward their first stop.
Visibility was nonexistent, but his phone was in his helmet with the map open. The ice melted around them as they made Zack raise the temperature to counter the blizzard. He was gaining more mass, melting the ice. Being out in the blizzard continuously tested his control over his flame as he battled frigid temperatures as they moved.
Zack had to balance battling the blizzard and keeping his feet above the snow. Tsunade made him a set of snowshoes that he kept clean of ice by melting them. Any ice melted froze instantly under the frigid winds.
Minutes turned into hours with no break in sight. He was learning more about his flames with every step. Steel sharpened steel, and the winds were indeed sharp. There was no day or night, only the constant march. In some places in Alaska, it was said that days could last a month.
Zack was starting to feel the ice and snow. It didn't happen immediately, but with so much ice and snow around him, it was hard not to feel it. Tsunade gave their line a tug, signaling they were taking a break. Zack formed a ball of flame and placed it between them. The ice melted and froze, creating a small dome of riveted ice.
He raised his well-gloved hand and slowly manipulated his pressure to slow down. In his hand, he slowly formed a tiny snowflake. It was only a test, but he had done it.
They resumed their track until something hit the side of his helmet. Around him, three rings of flame appeared, and the shadow of wights appeared. They were surrounded. The wight raised his ax, and a ring flew into his body. It set the Wight alight.
He had to admit there was always something to learn. Tsunade punched, and the ground cratered. Whole lines of wights were obliterated while others had fallen to the ground. Zack stepped forward, and his rings ran through the wights. He couldn't see far out due to the storm, but he felt arrows thunk against his suit. Metal plates chinked with no noticeable damage. He felt invincible.
Then, a massive club smacked him, sending him sprawling into a snowbank. An Ice giant raised his club, and Zack flicked all three fire rings into it. The giant burst into flames, and Tsunade was beside him. Her hands glowed green, and he felt his torn shoulder pop back into place.
Her suits were terrific.
All around them, his rings tore through wights, burning them to ash even as the winds raged angrily. He could hear something from them, almost like a song mixed with the wind.
Tsunade reached out and helped him back to his feet.
Zack felt dizzy until he turned his head and started directly at a Wight Walker. It rode on the back of a moose dressed in armor made of ice. It pulled an arrow from a quiver and pulled back an arrow.
Zack stared at the map and saw that the cache was close. If they could push a little harder, they would reach the next spot. The Wight Walker released his arrow, and Zack turned it aside midair. The creature stared dumbly.
He raised his hand, and flames gathered hungrily. Mass had grown by leaps and bounds since entering the blizzard. Flames licked out, tasting the wind before he unleashed them. Bodies turned to ash as the flames lanced forward shaped like a battering-ram instead of a cone or funnel.
The flames swept under the Wight Walker, burning its mount. Zack sucked in a breath, and the fire rose, feeding from his spiritual mass as they burned fat, muscle, and bone growing higher even as ice rained down upon them. Zack picked up the fallen arrow, and instead of melting it, he studied it with his growing sense of ice and snow.
Zack put the arrow in a bag on his side and walked along his path of destruction. The flames left Tsunade and himself alone as he approached the Wight Walker. It raised a lance of ice, and Zack grabbed it and raised his other hand. Fire blasted the Wight Walker, and it shrieked before Zack pulled the weapon out of the creature's hands.
He cut off the flames and stamped his target on the forehead. Then he reached down and grabbed the creature's knees before burning them off. Zack did the same with the elbows leaving the creature crippled for the next 72 hours until he sold it. Was it cruel, most definitely? Was it smart very much so?
Zack didn't know if they could heal quickly or regenerate limbs. If they could, who would know?
Six White Walkers ambushed them, galloping on moose. Zack lashed out, but not before Tsunade threw a punch. Three moose were turned into meaty paste. He felt his perspective shift; a boulder was where they had been. Tsunade pulled on some metal wires, tripping up the remaining moose.
Zack stamped them, and they made their way to the cache. He had a bag full of arms, legs, and ice weapons to melt down. Zack noticed that the wights weren't out in the numbers they could be. Zack figured it was a lack of snow preparations. Ironically, the Wights weren't very good at fighting in a blizzard.
Tsunade couldn't be ambushed even in a blizzard by galloping moose, so they had an advantage.
They entered the first room of the cache, a half-empty place full of bodies that Zack started burning immediately. Smoke poured out of the hole, and neither of them cared.
"You're about to have more points than you know what to do with. What are you going to do with them?" Tsunade asked.
"I thought about buying a spaceship and installing a friendly AI. But with the blizzard, it isn't feasible." Zack shook his head. "We need things that I can't buy with the company phone. A green eye would let me go and make deals with my fellow contractors. Maybe we can get some winter gear to get us out of here. Without bindings, we're screwed if I buy a titan." Zack said.
Why did he have to have no loyalty?
"What would you buy?" Zack asked.
"Dan and Nawaki," Tsunade said.
"If that is what you want for your cooperation, then yes," Zack said.
"Would you bring them back for me?"
"They won't be them, only captured versions of them. There would be discrepancies in their past little differences. But yes, at the end of this, before I leave, I will free you and purchase them for you."
Zack didn't believe he would want to return. Westeros was shit. He was willing to smile and endure it, but in the end, he planned to leave it behind. The people would only ever conspire to take what was his, and he didn't trust the bindings to prevent that.
Tsunade handed him the tool to control her and ensure she would remain loyal for the remainder of this venture. Her baggage was too great, and his or the company's power ensured she would have a happy ending. Zack would miss her titties, but the lesson was worth it.
Then she had to throw a curve ball. "No, don't summon them. I want to see them again. But the dead should stay dead. I will meet them again in the pure world."
It was a shit test. She wanted to see how deep her claws were in him. He smirked. She didn't expect him to make it a severance package. Zack turned his attention to the wall of the cave.
The wall was covered in a carving of ice birds, spiders, and men pouring out of a dark pit. In some areas, there were patches of green, and Zack realized those were the lands close to the wall. Strange markings covered different regions, including the tundra. They were labels, and he couldn't read them.
He needed communication talent for that. It would apply to Tsunade and anyone else they brought in. Communication was damn important. It would be best to know what the Wight Walkers thought of the lands, what they were saying, or how to communicate with them.
There were rumors that this war was caused by a broken treaty. He might have the treaty form again after he halted their advance if that was true.
Zack stripped to his loincloth, and Tsunade flashed through a few hand signs, which formed an earth wall over the entrance. That would help keep the temperature under control for a while.
She stripped until she was naked and feasted on a massive bowl of ramen. Being able to make food appear out of thin air was fantastic. The perk wasn't the same as advertised. It manifested any food from both of our worlds. He could get ramen, dango, or a ribeye steak from Longhorns.
Zack thought about it, and a plate steaming and filled with a 64oz steak, a baked potato with all the fixings, and a whole loaf of homemade bread appeared. Unfortunately, they had no table to work with.
He planned to use added potential twice to snag Dragonball's Ki and maybe Quincy Powers.
Zack took a bite of his food and felt his eyes nearly roll back in his head. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, and every bite was great.
Ki wouldn't make him a planet buster immediately. He would need time and lots of training. Add Martial talent to it, combined with his soul talent, and he should make rapid progress. Then he needed to start on defenses. He would make a list.
Zack finished his food and began cleaning up. Tsunade grabbed him from behind, pressing her massive breasts against his back. "Since we've had dinner, why not have some dessert."
She was love-bombing him as an apology, and as her lips pressed against his, it was working. He grabbed her fat ass and squeezed, feeling her flex her ridiculous muscles. How could someone with such a hard life have ridiculously soft, luscious skin?
"I know you don't want to hear any more advice, but we could use a sweet home in a demi-plane to rest. Guarding us with shadow clones gets annoying." He made a mental note to get chakra just for the shadow clones. The mental defense would protect him from Genjutsu. "What do you say? Do you want to live in a house together?" Tsunade asked.
He pulled her close and deepened their kiss. Her tongue rolled around his and lengthened. Zack's eyes widened, and she pulled away and flicked his lips with her extra large tongue.
"Jiraiya couldn't get our teammate to teach him this technique. I figured it out while thinking about it while we traveled. Did you give me something?"
Zack nodded. "Soul Talent helped me get my soul techniques off the ground."
"When you get chakra, I will teach you my technique so you can appreciate my body properly," Tsunade said.
She certainly didn't lack pride in herself. Tsunade pulled her bra away. It barely held her breasts back as they bounced out in defiance of gravity. Anime girls were the best. His dick was hard, and already Zack moved in the familiar position.
Standing, he pressed his dick between her legs, and she let him in, already slick with lust. Her lips parted enough to sandwich his man meat between them. He pressed his hands against the wall behind her and felt the wall give a little as he automatically heated his fingers until the rock melted like wax.
He needed a handhold. Tsunade slid her feet apart before grabbing his cock and positioning him at her entrance. Zack rammed in like a beast with a wet, meaty smack. Her feet didn't budge her head leaned back as he sucked on her breasts. Zack gripped her butt harder, feeling her cheeks spread as he sank his hand between them. Her cunt gripped him like a vice dripping, undulating, and rippling with every hard thrust. The more force he used, the wetter she became. His hand ripped through rock as he froze the rock around his hand to improve his hold for some leverage.
"I'm three times as strong as I was," Tsunade wrapped a leg around his waist, leaving one touching the floor unmoving. "I hope you can keep up with me. After we get home, I'm going to train you. You had best get chakra leverage, which is very important in combat. Right at this moment, I'm spread out hundreds of feet. Unless you can hump with the force of a hundred tons, my other foot won't leave the ground. Try harder." Tsunade said.
Zack decided she needed her ego deflated. He tapped the ground at her foot and covered it in ice. Her foot shot off the ground, and she glared at him.
"You weren't the only one learning a new technique while we traveled." She turned her head and saw the ice insulating my fingers to grip the rock wall better. Piles of loose rock were on the ground as ice formed, filling in what he destroyed. "I'm getting better all the time." The best way to learn for him seemed to be to do.
He slammed into her as her other leg wrapped around him, and he gripped her fat ass with both hands. She shifted, gripping his waist with her legs, and slammed down. "Finger, my asshole." Zack blinked and stared at her. "Stop teasing and do it." She rose and slammed down as she twisted her hips, changing how her walls milked his cock.
Zack reached, and she groaned as he slipped a finger into her wrinkled pucker. "It's so forbidden," Zack said.
"Then don't let me catch you reaching for it next time," Tsunade said as she clenched around him. Zack came and played with her ass as Tsunade's juices ran down his balls.
