Its time to start!
"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"
You could hear a baby's voice wailing throughout the hospital room. Right now where Foster has been reborn is at a hospital where the nurses and doctors can take good care of the woman during labor and childbirth so they would not be in harm. There is a nurse in the room along with the a woman who seems to be giving childbirth and a man holding her hand encouraging her.
"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
"Congratulations ma'am! Its a boy!" One of the nurses checked for the gender and told the woman that is in childbirth. The nurse cut of the umbilical cord and wiped the blood of the baby and wrapped him in a small blanket. You could see that the baby looked very cute, white skin, and unknown features since the baby hasn't grown up yet. After the nurse did that she handed the baby to the mother very careful since newborns are very fragile. The mother stretched out her arms and the nurse laid down the baby on the mothers arm while the mother brought the baby closer to her chest. "My child." The woman starts to cry tears of joy when she sees the baby. "My child I will raise you right and you will become a good man. But first we need to name him, right husband?"
"Yes, and we have already decided on a name haven't we?" The man replies. The woman nods her head and speaks to the baby in her hands, " We will name you Cain. While your full name will be Cain Astral."
------Flashback a few minutes ago-------
"Hmm, what, where am I?" The person that has just started asking was indeed who you guys think it is. Foster tries to open his eyes but discovers that he can't and hears a woman speaking, "Congratulations ma'am! Its a boy!" Foster can't open his eyes since he is still a newborn but now he realizes that he has finally been reborn. While he can't open his eyes he can at least hear what is going on. "My child, my child I will raise you right and you will become a good man. But first we need to name him, right husband?"
"Yes, and we have already decided on a name haven't we?"
" We will name you Cain. While your full name will be Cain Astral."

Foster hears his new name and nods in his mind. 'Truly a nice name. Wonder how it's spelled in this world.' Since Foster doesn't know anything about this world he is clueless about trivial things as well as major history and knowledge that he has yet to explore.
He can feel that they have taken him away to have one of those checkups that babies usually do after they are born.
-------3 Years Pass------
(AN- I will be using the name Cain Astral now instead of Foster Mayum since the MC has now been named Cain Astral)
During the three years I have been alive in this world, I have discovered many things. This world is indeed similar to my old world albeit has some changes that my old world doesn't have. The country I live in is called The Petsru Country which is similar to the United States I used to live in. The language here is English but is called Petsrish. Also instead of there being two world wars in my old world but here there has only been one world war called the War of Desire since the war started out with the countries desiring other countries lands and property so countries went to war for that but then their allies have been brought into the war to help their allies but also since they found out the discovery of a new mineral and then larger countries started joining in and finally all of the major countries joined in and since there was no winner since casualties were greatly high in each of those countries and some countries have even gotten taken over by the larger ones.
All the major countries started to proposed a peace treaty where some countries will pay for damages in exchanged for knowledge of mineral and land in order to divide the rewards. The countries debated and came to the conclusion to accept that development. The modern age has now changed greatly due to the mineral discovery and mass production and expanding land. The 3 major countries are called Petsru, (which is a different version of the United States) Royan, (different version of China) and Bellium (different version of Gremany). The year here is 2022, almost the same in my own world but technology is greatly developed more than in my old world. (There are also more information that has to be said but i'm a bit tired to just write a lot of information like this so when the time comes for the info I will write it.)
Since I have basic knowledge about this world's cultures, languages as well as many other things since the similarities between my old and this new world. I have learned to read at 2 years old, speak at 9 months, walk at 1 years old since I can't train my bones when i'm still a baby. Although I have slowed my pace for many things when I was younger to not make it seem to my parents that I was a super monster in a child's body. I still made it seem like I was a genius but not a super crazy genius. I am now 3 years old and it has been 3 years since I have been born in this world. Whenever I tried to talk out loud that I have been reborn and about my past experiences to myself since i wanted to see that if I have grown to really trust someone I would tell them about some of my experiences. I would never tell my parents since (A) They wont believe me. (B) If they did believe me i'm 90% sure that they would bring me to a priest or something like an exorcist because they would belive that I took over their child's body. I don't ant that to happen so I just spoke out loud in private and what I discovered shocked me. I couldn't talk about it at all. It was like I couldn't speak nor think about speaking it. after that happened I put it in the back of my head since there is no point in stressing over that. After all, it doesn't give me any disadvantage, or rather gives me an advantage.
I see my parents in the living room sitting on the sofa watching tv while laying in each others arms. I love my parents. They are kind and amazing! Since i was an orphan in my last life I couldn't enjoy the warmth of having parents and now I do.
"Mom!" I ran over and hugged her
"Oh my little boy you are certainly going to become a handsome boy in the future just like your father." Mom was rubbing my head with her hand and picked me up to sit on her lap. "Hahaha, of course he is going to be as handsome as me.
The mother name is Bellia Astral and was 32 years old and 169cm(5 ft 7 in) With light brown hair and tan skin, black eyes that glistens in the night, a busty body and is wearing a bunny onesie right now which is to childish for her age. While my father name is Jack Astral and is two years older than my mother and is 182cm(6 ft 2 in). Black hair and white skin, red eyes that looks like rubies, a muscular figure and is wearing a white t-shirt and gray shorts. Cain Astral is 3 years old and is 3 feet and 6 inches with pitch black hair, and white skin, dark red eyes that look like blood but matches perfectly with his cute face and hair. Is now wearing kid PJs.
" No i'm gonna be even more prettier than dad!" I said with a bright smile but internally i hate acting like this since it is tiring and nauseating. Damn! which guy says they are pretty?! Damn never mind. There are some guys like that.
I watched tv with as started to fall asleep thanks to these useless baby child body. ' I can't wait to grow up and see how handsome I look. The next day I decided to use the day for thinking and research of this world. I was going to be a jack of all trades and try to learn as many things that can help me live my life as best as possible. Self-Defense. Education, etc. So many things.
When I start to grow up that is when I will start to display how much of genius I really am. But who knew that when that chance came, he would regret he ever thought of this and would cause a lot of suffering.
