It's Unusual(Edited)

Hana was looking outside the window of the class and thinking about her dads' word.

'I think I should forget about him; those were childhood promises which were made when we didn't know anything. He must have already forgotten about me. Maybe I'm only the one who is living in past.'

She was so busy in her thought she didn't even hear the bell ringing and the teacher entering the class.

When Namjoon nudges her then only she came out in reality.

"Class there is an emergency teachers' meeting today, please be in class and study for tomorrow's test without making noise. Or if you want you can go to the library, make sure not to make noise." With that Mr, Lin dash out of the class.

Hana thinks a library will be a better place cause everyone was busy talking or singing. She packed her stuff and went towards Byul.

"Byul I'm heading to the library do you want to go."

"Umm, you know I can't stay still without talking and the library is so boring." Hana rolled her eyes before asking.

"So, you don't want to." Byul nodded her head repeatedly.

"Ok then." With that Hana went directly leaving Byul in shock.

In normal days Hana would just make her go with her no matter what but today she went alone which was somewhat rare. She gets up to follow her but stops midway after some thought she thinks its best if she spends some time alone and be fresh.

Namjoon was reading some books in the library, he would occasionally sip coffee and note down some points.

With bending head and concentrating a long time on the book he feels discomfort and began to look around stretching his arm.

When he enters the was just focusing on the empty sit so he didn't notice Hana sitting in front of him.

She was so engrossed in the book as if she was writing it by her eyes. He then again began to read his own book, after some time as if he remembers something he looks up at Hana again and squints his eyes to make sure he was seeing the right thing.

He then chuckled lightly before getting up and going toward her direction.

Hana was captivated by her thought, she has a book in her hand and was looking at it but neither she could understand it nor concentrate on it.

Suddenly a finger snap brings her to reality, forcing her to look up from her book. She has irritated look on her face clearly from disturbance.

"What are you doing here?" she frowns at the question by Namjoon.

"Oh I was planning to dive in swimming pool wanna join?" she asked him back satirically.

"What are you reading?" Namjoon ignores her sarcastic question.

"So, you can see I'm reading, then go back don't disturbed me." Then Hana again put her focus on the book.

Inside the library environment was calm, sounds of the rustling of pages and finger-clicking on the keyboard are heard occasionally.

The serene environment was again wrecked by Namjoon's question.

"Do you understand what are you reading?"

Hana sigh deeply before putting her book down and looking in Namjoon's direction.

"Yeah, I was until you came to disturb me."

"Are you sure…...because it's quite unusual."

Hana rolls her eyes at Namjoon before glaring at him.

"What is unusual?"

"The way you are holding your book…. It's upside down."

Hana quickly look down realizing something, no wonder she was not understanding a letter earlier. Then again a realization hit her, she was reading this book from the beginning and maybe a lot of have seen her. Thinking this her face shade in dark red, but how can she simply acknowledge her mistake.

"Yes, I know I was training my mind by doing it any problem."

"Oh! yes, yes continue, continue."

Namjoon still rooted in front of her without the intention of leaving.

"Why are you still here?"

"Let's go grab some drink, I'm tired of reading."
