How could a DARK HEART feel pain

How could someone so BITTER feel pain

No matter how DARK or BITTER a person is

There's that tiny DARK HEART in the heart cupboard

Tho surrounded by cobwebs and darkness it's still a heart

A pulsing DARK HEART which feels sensitive,

But yet DARKNESS overpowers it

Doesn't mean it doesn't feel pain

It hides it's sensitivity from the world

But sometimes emotions can be so great that it OVERCOMES DARKNESS

It doesn't mean you can treat that tiny BLACK HEART like shit

It hides its pain from the world

But slowly the DARK HEART cracks

It tries to heal but it becomes DARKER and shrinks to hide from the world

Going DARKER isn't SAFER,

It becomes scared of FEELINGS and tries to not give a "SHIT"

Coz it's scared of PAIN
