Henley
Declan led me out to the waiting limo, and Jackson was standing beside the car with the back door open, beaming. “Congratulations, Mrs. Pierce, Dr. Pierce.”
“Not yet, but in a few more hours.” I smiled as I slid into the back of the limo, and Declan climbed in beside me.
“So, where to?” Jackson closed his door and looked at Declan in the rearview mirror.
“Where else?” Declan looked over at me and smiled. “To the bridal boutique!”
Jackson laughed. “Yes, of course! You can’t get married without a wedding dress!”
“Don’t look at me when you say that!” Declan joked.
Jackson laughed. “I was talking to you!”
Declan chuckled. “If I ever wear a dress, then call the men in white coats to come and get me.”
Jackson arched an eyebrow. “So, that’s all it would take?”
I laughed, enjoying listening to their easy banter.
“Okay.” Declan chuckled as he pulled me close, giving me a sexy grin. “If we don’t stop, Henley’s going to think I’m a crossdresser!”
