David had decided to leave earlier on to give this two some space. He was also experienced with this because of Cardan. A week before their meeting at the resort Cardan was a mess.

He was pulling at his hair with frustrating tears coming out of his eyes. Cardan who was sixteen at the time came to him looking fine an hour before the meeting and as it was getting closer his breathing became uneven and David pulled him in his arms to calm him down.

It was then he discovered that he had anixety close to severe. He made him drink his medication and it was decided that Cardan would not reveal that he had anything to do either the restort when the public was concerned.

He even had to apply for Cardan to go to university since the first time he opened the application page on the internet he pushed it away just as quickly before handing it to David.
