Is it just a rumor?

In a random city

"Do you know about the rumored monster?" Asked Trank with excitement.

"Monster?" Which type of monster? Is it about dark ogre? Rancho replied Trank with innocent his face.

"No, no, not that one", replied Trank with his top-notch voice.

"Hmm, so are you taking about that Monster related one with blood?' Oh! shit I just forgot his name. What was his name again? Rancho replied with putting his finger in his forehead.

"Blood Tipple Monster" says, Alexa with coming to their side.

"Oh yes! that was his name", Rancho says with relief.

"Yes, I am talking about that one! says Trank with his impressed face.

"You know, there was a rumor that he only eats human flesh and ignore all the dead monster", say Alexa with her serious expression.

"Really"! said Rancho with surprised.

"Yes, I also heard that, my neighbor talked something like that", says Trank while strolling around.

"Is he more powerful than Dark Ogre?" Rancho asked with excitement.

"Dark Ogre? really you are comparing like a god of necromancer to an undead", Trank says with giggle.

"So, you are basically saying that he is far more powerful than dark ogre". Rancho says with astonished face.

"Yes, he is far more powerful." says Trank's granny when she sees that children are talking about the monster.

"So, Granny how much powerful is he?" Alexa asked.

'People says his strength is equal to 1 million ogres and 100 dark ogres', says granny in assertive tone.

After listing the fact children become scared.

"He is terrifying", Rancho said with horrified look.

"Yes, he is", Trank says with his frightened voice.

"Granny, Granny how does he look like?" Alexa asked to granny with eagerness.

"Hmm let me recall his appearance", granny takes few second and said, "He is a guy with white skin, green eye and violet hair".

"So, is he human?" Trank asked.

"No, no one know what is that creature, what was his name and from where he came from and why he only hunts humans?" granny replied with blue face.

Wh, what will happen when he comes here? Alex asked with scared.

Granny said, boosting Alexa's courage "Don't worry my child it was just a rumor, no one exist with such terrifying power beside god's and demon lord."

Suddenly an unknown strange terrifying red fog covered the whole village.

A random voice came from fog "Run-Run M Mo Monster, monster has reached here", few second later the voice disappeared.

After few second the 30 royal knights gathered inside the village, but none of them were able to see anything inside the fog, few hours later when the fog vanished there were only few hearts covered with green fluid left, there were no trace of their bodies. There was devastation in the whole village, except blood and green fluid, there was nothing left.

After 4 days, the report went to royal palace, the king called his commander.

Commander enters king's palace.

"Yes, your highness", said the commander with bending his legs bowing his head down.

"You can up your head now", said the king with his deep voice".

"Your highness, May I ask you the reason for your sudden call? Do you want me to participate in upcoming war?" ask with pointing his hand in his sword.

"Upcoming War? No, there have still time remain in that and we can win that war easily, you are the one of the most powerful people in the world, the real reason for your sudden call is that I want you to investigate about that village who was suddenly under get an attack and gets demolished." says with showing him the map.

"But your majesty you can send some soldier there, so that they can investigate about that incident."

King keeps his hand in his forehead ad says, "yes, you are right I can do so if that was a normal incident. You were out of town of few weeks, so you don't know about the rumors."

"Rumors? Your majesty". says with surprise.

"Yes, it says that that village was attack by the monsters and they are coming again after one week". says with scared.

"As your order, your majesty!". I make sure to depart as soon as I could.

After 2 days, the commander gathered his 500 soldier and ordered them to depart, after 5 hours journey, they reached there and found a message written with blood on the ground and the written message was that (I will return after 1 week so enjoy as much as you can because when I came you all not able to see next day sun rise again)

Because of the bloodlust and aura that was coming from the message everyone began to tremble with fear.

Commander orders his soldier that, "don't get scared of these trivial things", and boost their courage.

At night, the unpleasant fog came once again but the only difference was that it was covered with red aura and smell of blood, commander ordered his soldier to get ready.

Suddenly a scary voice started to come from the fog and voice was "I will kill you all eat your meat as my meal and drink your blood as my wine I will make sure to make slave your soul for eternity, I .....,who take an oath to destroy all the peaceful and happiness of this world, I will make sure to know the wrath of my anger ,I will make sure that everyone will beg for me for their death but I will not grant them my any mercy".

Everyone trembled with fear, no one could even move their finger. Suddenly a snake shaped tentacle came and started to eat the soldier. Everyone was just able to wait for their time to become the next food of the tentacle. At that time a knight who knows no fear, first time became horrified by seeing the incarnation of death and says monster no it is devil himself.

Who was the monster? Who killed the villagers? Is he a demon lord? What is the mystery behind the red fog? Why he left some hearts? What are those tentacles? How much powerful is he? What was his origin story? Why he only eats human? Is he a vampire?
