Remain on your side
Jiang Min's warning made Lee Shira looked at his best friend with an indifferent gaze, but he did not say anything, instead, he opened the brown envelop and took out the documents.
Lee Shira walked towards the sofa and seated across his best friend while he read the contents carefully, then took a pen and sign it without any questions.
Placing back the documents on the brown envelop, Lee Shira put it on the mini table and looked back at Jiang Min who was silently scrutinizing Arwen's sleeping face.
"You seemed pleased having her in your arms." Lee Shira uttered with his normal cold voice but Jiang Min did not even look at him like he did not hear anything.
Being best friends for so long, Lee Shira understood why Jiang Min did not respond, so he reminded nonchalantly. "Make sure to take her blood for the test."
"I know. I'll make some preparations, but make sure that woman will not interfere." Jiang Min answered without looking at his best friend, but his voice remained cold while thinking about it.
It did not take too long when Jiang Min raised his head to look at Lee Shira with a serious expression when he asked. "Once you gain your purpose, will you divorce her right away?"
Unfortunately, Lee Shira did not answer his question. He looked at Arwen at Jiang Min's arms but the meaning in his eyes made his best friend frown in dissatisfaction.
"Shira, stop that stupid idea. You will put her in danger because of that woman." Jiang Min coldly added. "Unless you want to use her to that extent, then I might try to understand why that woman needs to remain on your side."
Jiang Min was about to continue to speak, but he stopped and turned their head to look at the bedroom door after hearing a flash of water that only means Aryen is already awake and taking a shower.
"Aren't you leaving?" Lee Shira coldly asked that made Jiang Min turned his head looked at his best friend but in just a couple of seconds a mischievous smile appeared on his lips.
Jiang Min's evil smile made Lee Shira understood what's running in his best friend's mind. Of course he knew that it was something not good at all, yet he has no plan to stop it.
They were very close since they were young which means with just a small gesture or gazes, as long as they purposely gave a meaning, they would understand each other's meaning.
Besides, Jiang Min was deeply unpleased that Lee Shira seemed unwilling to let go of Aryen after he uses her as a tool to have a child for his grandfather's request.
Knowing his best friend's attitude, Lee Shira knew that Jiang Min's threats was real. He is not afraid of him, but he clearly understood the reasons why he would act that way.
Moreover, even though Jiang Min objects the idea of keeping Aryen as his wife, Lee Shira understand that his best friend is aware that he would not make any decisions without a good plan.
Therefore, a small smile appeared on Lee Shira's lips. Somehow, it made him feel interested while deep in his mind, he wonders what would be the result of Jiang Min's mischievous plan.
"Play well." Lee Shira uttered and picked up the documents that was brought by Jiang Min and leaned his back on the sofa while he read what's written on it again while he waits for Aryen to come out.
That kind of smile did not miss Jiang Min's sharp gaze while he feels very pleased that his best friend is not planning to stop him about what he wanted to do.
It did not take too long when the bedroom door was opened and Aryen came out wearing a bathrobe, but she pauses her step right in front of the door when she noticed Jiang Min sitting in the sofa with a child on his arms.
