Opening my eyes slowly, stretching my body lazily as I make a wide yawn, I look around the area.

Still sleepy, I blink and rub my eyes not fully awake. I sit down, empty chewing to remoisten my mouth.

Not seeing Kenshin anywhere around the room, I stretch one more time fully extending my paws forward and backward in turns. I had a pretty good sleep last night. The bed is comfortable while the area is secure. No beast will enter the place uninvited.

No longer dreading the place, I find no true reason to escape since the place is pretty safe for me.

I decided to explore my new environment, the maids and the eunuchs. All eyes are fixed upon me slightly oddly, can't blame them, I too would have misgivings about a tiger roaming free in the main courtyard of their master instead of seeing it in a cage.

Walking toward the fish pond, I don't know if it was the "cat" instinct or just me having a momentary brain shortage, but the fishes all looked so very alluring.

Plass! Plash!

I jump into the pond scaring all the fishes away!

While I ran after them making a watery mess knocking down smalls decorative statues and rocks turning the place upside down. I hear :

[ Someone come catch this beast. It's turning the master's garden in a battlefield and it will harm the koi and goldfishes! ]

Hearing this, I freeze and look at the direction of the voice.

Oops! I think I messed up but what can I do the temptation was too strong!

Better run away from them lest they catch me. They might punish me by locking me up in a cage without telling Kenshin or worse even he might get mad. My heart sinks at the thought of that man getting upset for my unreasonable behaviour.

I had literally and utterly destroyed the garden pond…

But can I truly be blamed, I am still a child on the outside with the energy that goes with it…

With that reasoning, I get more confident of getting away without too much but a slap on the wrist…

But then I'm not too sure, so I rather not let them catch me!

So before they could organize, I bolted off! I could hear the commotions, I created. Running around the courtyard suddenly, some guards had come to join there a lot!

[You cut the way at left. We need to corner it, so we can catch it.

Be Careful! It has sharp claws and spirit power, even if its a cub, it messed the sixth prince tea room.

Don't let its appearance fool you! ]

I then decide to pass between them and break the line by jumping over a weaker looking eunuch. I think I heard him squeal like a pig. I didn't stop to look but I heard a soundless thud of someone collapsing but I swear; I didn't lay a finger on him.

A man wearing an exquisite white court robe, hair tied in a simple ponytail, exited a luxurious noble carriage.

Squinting his eyes as the light entered in them, he let his gaze wander. Soon, a guard rushed toward him.

" Your highness, the first prince, this subordinate reports the tiger cub is currently wreaking havoc and no one has been able to catch it yet.'

Kenshin eyes locked on the man that was kneeling down in front of him.

The air around the guard dropped by several degrees. He dared not to lift his head or he might just lose it.

More than fifty strongman were chasing that little cub but, the damn thing was more slippery than an eel and more cunning than a fox!

Then lifting back his gaze toward his courtyard, a cunning smile half-raised.

Losing no time- else he might have no more courtyard, he set forward in grand strides as he mumbled to himself.

"Seems this king needs to teach the little rascal to restrain itself when bored…"

I continued to evade those eunuch and courtyard guards, hiding behind trees in a small fake bamboo forest. The darker and lusher shadows granted me some camouflage.

I had successfully lost those of them who were hot on my tail!! ke ke ke… I laugh at myself seeing them all run like headless chickens…

Suddenly, I felt a chill. It was threatening. I jumped out and flipped around to see the place where I stood was now a hole!!! Looking around/at the bamboo tree, there was Kenshin!

I visibly gulped down my saliva. I knew, I was in trouble for some and was in for some scrolling. I immediately use the I'm too cute to be scolded tactic by looking pitiful.

Watery eyes, ears lowered in a pitiful way, tail hanging low, making myself as small as I could look up at him.

He still looked with a frown and stern expression. That tells me, I will probably not be easily let off…

He got down the bamboo tree, landing right in front of me. I kept my gaze full pity earning puppy eye look, trying to look as pitiful as I could muster.

Unless his heart is made of titanium cold steel, I can't believe I won't melt it enough not to get a too bad punishment…

An evil smile curled his lips.

" You sure know how to make trouble. Now, tell me what this king should do to punish you"

His eyes and aura were oppressing so much, I couldn't help but shiver. I wanted to plead it was not my fault- it was the maids that started to chase me first…

I just wanted to run after the fishes a bit, I wouldn't have hurt them…

But, how could I beg while I can't even speak? I belated weakly while trying to rub my cheek on his shin as would a cat…

'Tsk tsk "

I look up at him now sitting down still looking pitiful

" This king will have you train properly to burn that excess energy and let this king see if you still have time to wreck the place!''

A sinister smile formed on his lips. my heart froze. I think I signed my entry into the hell…

Following him in a well-behaved manner hoping to redeem me and maybe save myself from the upcoming hell.

Seeing me so well behaved, the maids and eunuchs all fuming, but none bared to voice it after all 'The Grand Buddha' was here.

"Prepare this king meal and bring it to the study."
