Chapter 81

It's been my third week inside the god forsaken realm, it feels like it's an endless pit and I can not, for the love of my life, find an end to this place.

The third week is about to end and I haven't been able to find as many hollows as I did before, I have looked in every nook and cranny and can't seem to find any more Gillians.

It's also that my need for soul force has increased by a large margin and thus I am left with no choice.

"Damn it, does this mean I will only have to live with cultivation like a noob for the rest of my stay here," I could help but feel frustrated at the thought.

I was currently cultivating using soul stones atop a giant pillar.

As I was on my twentieth stone of the day, I felt a presence that shook me, not with horror, but happened.

All this time as I spent looking for any Gillian's to hunt, I only came across noob hollows that didn't provide any substantial amount of soul force.

So much so that I regretted not pitting against that adjuchas.

"Who knew that you would deliver yourself to me," I stood up in excitement, though I guess my happiness has always been short-lived.

As I sensed yet another presence that was strikingly similar to the other adjuchas, my universal senses were ten times better than my previous senses, they allowed me to even sense the environment around me in a physical manner.

I didn't even need to use my eyes to see anymore, though I still did as I very much appreciated them, even in this grey and broken realm.

"Why does it feel like they are both coming at me for some reason...oh shit! they are coming at me," I immediately pocketed my stones and opened a portal to teleport me as far away from the two as I could.

I immediately walked inside and closed it, just as I was about to sigh in relief at having been able to narrowly escape a bad scenario, the scenario slapped me in the face as I flew like a ragdoll and smacked into a pillar.

*Boooom*

"What! how did they come after me, do they have a tracker on me? some kind of specific ability," I dusted the debris off me as I decided to set up some traps for my lovely friends.

Judging from the way I was controlled so easily, it means I will probably wont be getting away from the hollows so easily.

"At least they don't have the ability to fly, or maybe they do, I could care less, its time I finish this," I flared my energy in response to the two hollows as they arrived in front of me.

I knew I only had a few minutes before they caught up to me, and it was pointless wasting my soul force to escape if they are still going to reach me anyway.

I took out the various things I had made in my free time in my home world.

To say that I came up with some pretty nice traps was an understatement,

I took out a number small circular objects from my storage.

[Explosion traps] x 12

[Binding traps] x 10

[Gas traps] x 10

I decisively put away the gas traps as I felt they wouldn't be of much use against someone like these hollows, do they even need to breathe in order to survive?

I put the traps in numerous locations, by the time I was done, the two hollows appeared before me, Picking up a cloud of dust on their way in.

"Human," one of them whispered as its eyes glowed with a red light.

I also looked at them carefully, noting out the various weak points on their bodies, which as he expected were the masks and a little area around the hole on their chest.

"Give it up human, and we will give you a painless death," the other hollow spoke as its arms grew bigger and pointy, like a scythe.

"Oh! so you can speak, that is good to know for when I ask you for your final request," I replied and took out my Everblack from the storage and injected some soulforce into it.

The hollows suddenly released their spiritual pressure in order to suppress me, but due to the new and improved skills, I was easily able to negate that effect.

I also flared my soul force and slashed at them, releasing a chaos slash that travelled towards them, though both of them were fast and easily evaded my attack before one of them confronted me while the other charged a Cero at me.
