Gazes got inside and got to the wine cellar, where they talked and chatted for a while, Laura only sipped a cup of wine while the rest were drinking and drinking especially Maximo.

Maximo's head slams against the cellar's counter as he fell asleep.

"Maximo!?" laura was uneasy.

Vincent carries maximo up to his room, Laura and alec started a conversation.

"so how are you feeling laura?" Alec asked.

Laura snubs him and gets up to start going.

"Laura, what's wrong?"

"Are you asking me that?" she responded.

"I don get, what's wrong?"

"It's useless talking to you"

Alec held her hand.

"Please laura, at least tell me what is wrong" Alec pleaded.

"I will tell you what is wrong, firstly you did what I told you to not do and after that, you were still standing on the fact that you were protecting me" she clarified.

"oh, so it is about that incident at the hospital"

*Whilst the argument*

While carrying Maximo upstairs to his room Maximo started murmuring.

"We all miss Clara Maximo, she was the joy that brightened up everyone's day"

"yes but well, laura hates me, Alec hates me, and the cleaners and other staffs hate me"

"no, they don't, they admire you"

Vincent finally got to Maximo's room "

"you are the only friend I have, I... I don't know how to relate to other people and like that, they will hate me"

"no, what of your business partners and friends from work"

*snores*

"even a billionaire needs rest once or twice" Vincent reacted.

Vincent removed the suit he was wearing, also removed his shoe and placed him on his bed, and tucked him in.

Laura revealed.

"oh okay, should we grab more drinks or go watch the movies or something"

"I would love to.. but I can't, I have to go already" Laura replied.

"Anything urgent, "Vincent asked.

"no not really, I think I have had enough for the day, I want to rest"

"Alright, what of you Alec, bros? vincent asked.

"I'm sorry boss but I have to go too, I will be escorting her"

"that's a bummer, well, laura how are you planning on reaching your house?"

"Well, I will be taking an Uber or a cab or I can just walk down, it isn't far"

"in this your condition, that's not acceptable, take one of Maximo's cars"

"Haha, that's a very good joke Vincent" laura cracked up.

"no I am serious, you can take it, I will grab the key"

"no don't do that, what of Maximo? we just started getting along and like the doctor said I need rest not stress"laura spoke.

"I know, Maximo will be okay with it, besides it's one of his cars, and if anything happens to it, it can be tracked down and it also has surveillance cameras, so there is no problem, I will go grab the key while you and Alec should wait for me outside".Vincent ran upstairs to get the keys, he grabs them and started going.

"and where are you taking my key to"Maximo asked, he was awake already.

"oh, you are awake, well, the thing is, laura and Alec are already going and I told them to take a car but they will return it tomorrow"

"Are you insane? you didn't even care to ask me, you are now the boss right?"

"just shut up, just give them but don't give them any of my brand new or latest cars"Maximo accepted

"we will get the car back tomorrow ourselves"Maximo stated.

"Okay sir"

Vincent ran back down to give them the keys and when he gave them, he also asked for Laura's address and he tells them"the car should be kept in Laura's house, I and Maximo will come and get it tomorrow", they both accepted and then Alec drove himself and laura's home.

*The Next Day*

Maximo and Vincent arrived at Laura's apartment.
