Chapter 57: Eye of the Heir

"Was it merely a coincidence?" Raven furrowed his brow, gazing at the screen in front of him. 

He pondered whether [Limitless] truly responded to his commands or if it was simply a fortuitous occurrence that coincided with his thoughts.

"A skill cannot possess independent consciousness. It must be a mere coincidence..." He shook his head, dismissing the thought. Nevertheless, a peculiar feeling lingered, enveloping him in an air of strangeness.

With a determined sigh, Raven closed all the screens before him, clearing his vision. 

In the distance, he noticed Elia, who had already changed her attire. The new clothes draped slightly loosely over her, but they suited her well, enhancing her appearance.

Elia approached Raven, her countenance resembling its former self. Concealed beneath her garments were the wounds that slowly mended over time.
