Death Again

When Selena saw the light, she and her small army began making their way over to it as fast as possible, wanting to end the person's life sooner rather than later.

As they got closer Selena was able to hear the conversation of the person in the corner albeit barely, "Michael this might be a lot deeper than we thought! This mod is definitely not a normal person because even her ex-husband somehow died while he was in prison! Then to top it all off, Crasher somehow died after he messed with the streamer! This is too much and I think we should cancel the event to talk to the cops." The voice said clearly on the phone as Selena inched closer.

Selena could tell that the voice belonged to a man but what surprised her the most was how much information he had somehow gotten his hands on. He had somehow even connected Selena to Landon making her slightly nervous about how much else the person knew but one thing was for certain, 'They know too much.' Selena thought to herself before arriving in front of the cubicle.

When Selena finally was within range of the cubicle she went to the backside of the tall thin walls so she could get the jump on the person even signaling for one of her soldiers to wait at the front of it in case the person tried to run out.

Once everyone was in position Selena looked over the wall seeing the man before putting a gun against his head, "Hang up the phone now." Selena said with venom in her tone making the guy in front of her almost jump in fright and surprise.

When he heard the voice and felt the metal against his head he realized the situation before shakily talking on the phone, "H-hey Michael I need to go." The man said before hanging up the phone.

"TIME TO GET UP! I SAID UP YOU BOOT-LICKING LIZARD! IF YOU DON'T GET UP IN THE NEXT 7 SECONDS I'M GOING TO BURN THAT SECRET FILE ON YOUR HARD DRIVE AND EVEN PUBLISH YOUR SEARCH HISTORY YOU CRAZED MONGREL!" Kanzaki's alarm shouted making him shoot off the bed in fear.

"NOT MY FOLDER!" Kanzaki screamed half asleep as he grabbed his phone and turned the alarm off breathing heavily for a few seconds before realizing nothing was truly going to be deleted and that it was only his alarm.

"STUPID ALARM!" Kanzaki shouted in anger as he almost spiked his phone but he quickly calmed down when he remembered that today was the day of the tournament he had been waiting for since he had started streaming.

When he remembered this the smile didn't leave his face as he stood up to get ready but that's when he realized he was on the couch in his living room. Confused by this Kanzaki thought for a moment before realizing what had happened the night before with Selena helping him sleep and even laying a blanket on his which was evident by the pillow and blanket that had fallen on the floor.

'Thank you, Selena.' Kanzaki thought with a smile on his face and he inwardly made a note to do something nice for her as soon as possible.

After getting up and beginning to get ready, Kanzaki sat at his kitchen table to eat some breakfast while glancing at the news on his computer monitor. Surprisingly the headline that was showing was also something that Kanzaki recognized.

[Three employees of the Witch company were found dead in their homes.]

The headline was so absurd that Kanzaki couldn't help but stare at it in surprise. Due to this surprise, he quickly clicked the live feed that was covering the headline.

When the screen loaded there was a female reporter standing in front of the large Witch building with a frown on her face, "We are live once again in front of the company building of a live stream company named Witch. Reports from the police say that three of their higher-ups were found brutally murdered in their homes this morning after leaving work the night before. We have reached out to the company asking for a comment but as of yet they have not replied." The reporter said making Kanzaki not only sad for the people that died but worried that the event might be canceled.

'Please don't be canceled!' Kanzaki shouted in his mind with worry while he opened up the Tweeter app and went to the official Witch account. When he got there he saw that they had just recently made a post making him nervous to look but despite this Kanzaki couldn't help but take a glance.

[Witch_Official: We know many of you are worried about the upcoming tournament being canceled due to what happened this morning but it is still on schedule and will start at the scheduled time. All the money raised during the stream will be given to the grieving families of those that died last night. Hope to see you all there.]

When Kanzaki finished reading the tweet he let out a sigh in relaxation happy to know that it wouldn't be canceled despite what had happened. Little did Kanzaki know just how tied into the killings he truly was.

Once Kanzaki knew the tournament was still going to happen he quickly finished his breakfast and got ready to stream. It didn't take long for him to get it all set up and he was actually the first to join the call where his team was designated to be. Witch had set up a server so the commentators could listen to what they were saying as the tournament went on.

'I wonder who the replacement teammate is going to be.' Kanzaki thought to himself as he waited for the rest of his teammates to arrive so he could start his stream.

It took a few minutes for Fria and Samuel to finally join and at that point, the only person they were waiting on was the replacement of Crasher.

"Are you guys excited?!" Fria said with excitement while they waited.
