When Kanzaki told the girl off in front of him she didn't seem to take the remark too kindly, "What are you trying to say? I'm way prettier than her and I know you're just doing this to sleep with her so why not make it easier on yourself and come with me?" The girl in front of Kanzaki said insisting that he go with her instead of Selena.

With each passing second that the girl spoke Selena's grip on Kanzaki's hand tightened and tightened until Kanzaki was afraid it would cause lasting damage, "Hey Selena don't worry I got this. Also, can you lighten your grip a bit you're hurting me." Kanzaki whispered to Selena as he chuckled a little.

When Selena heard Kanzaki's voice she came out of her own world she had found herself in before looking at him. The words that came out of his mouth made her look down at her hands and realize she had been squeezing so hard that nail prints were now in his hand drawing a little bit of blood.

She wanted to apologize for it but before she could do that Kanzaki spoke to the woman once more, "If you don't leave me alone now I will call the police to report you for harassment." Kanzaki said with clear anger in his voice.

Both the girl and Selena were shocked by the pure anger apparent in his voice. It was clear that he was no longer messing around and that if she truly did continue there would be consequences. When Selena heard the anger and protectiveness in Kanzaki's tone she shivered in happiness and wondered if she needed to change her dress or not.

"F-fine. Don't come back begging to be with me later, you lost your chance!" The girl shouted in anger before walking away quickly. The girl stumbled a few times as she walked away obviously shaken by Kanzaki's attitude but eventually she disappeared into the distance.

Once the girl was gone Kanzaki turned toward Selena worried, "Sorry about that, I have no idea who that person is and they ruined our perfect walk." Kanzaki said hoping that this moment didn't taint the mood of their date.

He had been enjoying himself up until this point and didn't want it to end because of something like that. Kanzaki was most worried because Selena had a blank expression on her face that wasn't telling how she was feeling at the moment.

"Don't worry at all something small like this won't ruin our fun. I just need to make a quick call to someone that messaged me." Selena said flashing Kanzaki a smile to reassure him before letting go of his hand.

As much as it pained her to let go of his hand at that moment she still felt it was necessary considering the circumstances she was put in, "Oh alright. I will be waiting here then." Kanzaki said as he leaned against a nearby light pole to wait on Selena.

Selena said sorry once more before going off on her own a little distance away where she took out her phone. When Selena opened it the screen reflected her face showing an image that was a lot different than what she had shown Kanzaki before.

This reflection showed a wide-smiling Selena that was much more extreme than usual. It was such a wide smile that the muscles in her face were bulging. It was more of a maniacal smile if anything but Selena couldn't help but keep it that way after hearing the way Kanzaki stayed with her.

Kanzaki not only defended Selena but told off the girl completely openly saying that he was on a date with her, 'Oh I don't know if I can control myself!~' Selena thought as she rubbed her legs together afraid if she had stayed there a second longer she might have pounced on Kanzaki not caring about the people around them.

However, after a few seconds, Selena's face turned serious as she opened her phone and began calling someone. Within a single ring, the person on the other side of the line answered, "Yes ma'am." The person on the other side answered seemingly like they knew exactly who was on the other line.

"Check the cameras around my location. You should see the scene with the girl I want to know everything about her including her address." Selena said with a dark look on her face. It was clear by the tone of her voice that she was even angrier than Kanzaki was when he shocked both Selena and the other girl. It seems Selena's hate and anger run much deeper and it only multiplied with her obsession with Kanzaki.

"I will look into that and have it to you within 30 minutes ma'am." The person on the other line said before hanging up the phone. If one were paying close attention to the call they would be able to tell there was a strong feeling of fear in the person's voice when talking to Selena.

Despite them having killed tens if not hundreds of people Selena still gave them more fright than death itself. The fear that they felt was not from her natural speaking manner but the way she quickly changed when it was anything involving Kanzaki.

Once Selena finished with her call she closed her phone and quickly fixed her crazy-looking expression before going over to Kanzaki, "Sorry for the wait." Selena said as she arrived not wasting any time interlocking her fingers with Kanzaki's once more.

"No worries I'm just happy to be with you tonight." Kanzaki said with a smile as he squeezed Selena's hand becoming more comfortable with the strange sensation. He liked the feeling of it and was ready to embrace it as much as he could while they were on the date and possibly further after.

After that, the two of them were able to continue walking without being stopped by anyone before they finally arrived at the restaurant.
