New Abilities & The Potential of Upgrading Abilities to the Max
It took until evening before he got his salary and got back to his house. His mind is still stuck on thinking about the discovery awhile ago.
He acquired a new ability, and when he got it, he suddenly learned the basic things about strengthening his body. This includes simple exercises, proper diet, and the likes.
One of the things included in those are carrying heavy objects. Which is what he is doing on his work.
Thus, he quickly realized how he got the ability, and got an inkling how he can get the others.
'If I just do some things like carrying heavy stuff, then I can learn some abilities!' He thought to himself while looking at his status.

He don't know what it meant from the Rank, though he knows that it means it is weak. The knowledge he got from this ability is all the basic things about exercising and building body mass. There is nothing magical about it.
There is a "+" sign in it, so he decided to try and upgrading it.

His eyes lit up at that. "Of course!" With that, he chose to upgrade his ability.
When he upgraded him, another series of knowledge were crammed into his brain. It didn't hurt his mind, but it was a bit weird to the feeling suddenly acquiring an insight how to further become good at gaining muscle mass and have a healthy body.
He tried to upgrade it more until he got to it's max level. It seems like the max level of this ability is only at Level X.

It only took him a minute before he is done upgrading it to the max level. The "+" sign is gone so he thinks that meant he can't upgrade it anymore.

When he upgraded it to the max, he takes a whiff of his breathe as knowledge pierces themselves into his mind. He learned a lot of things about bodybuilding, and even learned things that will efficiently help him acquire the perfect body for a peak human.
"So strong!" He gasped in amazement just by this knowledge alone.
Even if it's useless for a cultivator, he can easily imagine himself becoming well-known to his past life due to this knowledge. He can easily acquire the fittest body of all within a week if he try to follow all the most efficient methods he learned with this ability.
He have decided, he will try and find more abilities he can learn. He have to train right now.

Having said that, he spent the remaining time he have on this night inside his house. Doing some shadowboxing within the confines of his room.
The very next thing he wanted to acquire is a combat ability. He might have a cultivation Rank right now, and is stronger than a mortal person, but it is lame that he still didn't have any skills to protect himself.
So he was trying to acquire it. Then in just thirty minutes...

He tried to upgrade Shadow Training first, and was surprised that it is a lot more expensive than upgrading Rank 100 abilities. Now he is sure that Rank 100 is the lowest, and those next to it are the higher ones.
He wonders how strong is a Rank 1 ability?
Regardless, he learned that abilities of the same rank costs the same when upgrading them. For example, Upgrading Rank 100 abilities like Mortal Bodybuilding and Martial Arts only costs 1 Point. By upgrading it more, the costs will increase by 1 until it got to the max level.
As for the Rank 99 Ability Shadow Training, it costs 10 points. The costs also increases by 10 when he upgrades it further.
He easily manages to upgrade the two abilities to the max because he have a lot of points. Now his status became like this.

When he upgraded those skills, it felt like something smashes into his brain as every knowledge about martial arts was put in his mind. It didn't go into the mystical side, rather it only contains every knowledge about physical combat.
It is very useful for him. It includes every hand to hand combat, kicks, movements, and other things that can be considered martial arts. Even the usage of other weapons is included in it.
As for Shadow Training, it is a lot more amazing. With this ability, he can perfectly replicate anyone he can think of and fight them in real life. Though it's all in his imagination, it will feel like he is actually fighting them for real.
That is such a useful ability for him. If he wanted to survive in this world, he needs to train himself and make himself used to fighting someone.
He might have all the knowledge, but he can't be sure that he can truly fight if he doesn't try it himself.
"My System is truly convenient! Even simple things like shadowboxing can become something like this!" He exclaims with an excited tone.
He still have to work tomorrow, but he decided that after his work, he will be using his remaining free time to train using his Shadow Training and Martial Arts. He hopes he gets some other abilities while doing that.
