Joseph and his life

Joseph was tired of having to always bow down to strong gang leaders and other people that managed the underground fighting club his wish was to become a professional boxer he wanted to become an icon for people to follow someone like Muhammad Ali.

But fate had other plans for him when Joseph was born he was born in a downtown area with high crime rate and his father was no exception his alcoholic father used to beat him and his mother when he was angry and he eventually left the family when Joseph was 6 years old.

Leaving Joseph and his mother alone his mother tried her best but her measly part time job couldn't support the family forcing her to marry a second time but his step father was an abusive man.

He ran away from home at the age 10 never looking back he returned to his old neighborhood and did everything to survive from stealing to looking trough garbage for food his will to survive attracted a local gang members attention that took a liking to him since Joseph reminded him of his own past.

after that Khalil took Joseph in, he started to teach him ways of the street and how to survive. but one thing in particular attracted Joseph it was a boxing match between Mike Tyson and Henry Tillman.

It was the match were people talked about Mike Tyson's past which Joseph found some similarities between himself and Tyson.

When Khalil saw how Joseph was interested in boxing so he took him to one of his close friends who was a former boxer.

At the age of 11 he started training boxing and soon after he showed everyone how talented he was.

The training went on till he was 17; Khalil who took him in which Joseph looked at as his own father due to some unfortunate event became indebted to some local loan sharks in order to help his new father to pay his debt he started participating in underground boxing matches, inside the ring he was like a beast with determination to win as if his life depended on it, winning over and over he finally had enough money to pay the debt of Khalil after paying his debt of and helping him Khalil unfortunately became ill soon after.

As he was cursing his fate and destiny why didn't he had any luck. he had no choice but to fight in illegal fights once again in order to support his ill father.

Khalil was extremely ashamed of himself and how he became a burden to Joseph hindering him to pursue his dream, depression got to him more and more everyday leading to his condition becoming worse and eventually succumbing to his unfortunate death.

This event greatly impacted Joseph as he lost the only important person in his life his one and only father who unlike his real father took care of him and saved him from his lonely life; depression took over him, he was just 20 years old.

In his sad moments when he wanted to drink alcohol to forget everything he remembered his alcoholic bastard of a father and didn't want to become someone like him not taking any drugs and alcohol lead to one last thing that could calm him down being music he listened to music while locking him self in his lonely home away from everyone.

He fell in love with the voice of his favorite Japanese idol after recovering from his depression he participated in his last illegal fights before deciding to run away from his country and beginning a new life somewhere else.
