The atmosphere was tense. Alex, Alice, Bob and John were sitting on the sofa while Axel was looking outside of the window

"Guild master... What do you want from us?" Said Alice

"I was curious about Alex. So I done some research... But I cpuifind anything about him. Just like he has birth yesterday. *Axel looked at them* Just tell me Alex. Who are you? And where are you from?"

Everyone was surprised and dead serious. Alex looked down

'Oh crap... What do I do now? Think fast! You have to tell him something or he will get more suspicious... But what should I tell him? Hmm.... Maybe some sort of story? But what kind of sto- Heh... I know what story it will be' thought Alex

"I don't know... I was born in the forest... With no one in the area... I didn't knew who were my parents or who I was so I done something that I had to do... Survive... Then one day I met Alice... And we get along"

Then Alex looked in the Axel's eyes

"You can't check someone's background if that person was born and lived in not populated area"

Everyone was very surprised hearing that

"Well... That explains why I couldn't find anything about you... Heh... Anyway here's your badge"

Axel walked closer to Alex and attached the badge to the bag strap

"Now you are officially an adventurer. And you are in Alice's team. But remember. Even if you have same badge level as me. I'm the guild master here and you must obey my orders. Understood?"

"Yes. I understand" he replied

Axel smiled and sat in his chair

"You can go now" said Axel

Alex and the rest got up and walked out of the room. They headed to the hall

"So what are we going to do now?" Said Alex

"Hmm... Maybe we should complete some quests? We are low on money" said John

"I'm sorry...*He looked down* It's because of me..." Said Alex

When they were walking down the stairs everyone was looking at them. More precisely they were looking at Alex. He looked at the hall and saw that. He could see shock and disbelief on their faces

"Why all of them are looking at us?" He said

"They aren't looking at us. They are looking at you" said Alice

"Damm... That's awkward..." Said Alex

"Captain. We should take some quests. What kind of do you propose?" Said Bob

"I'll go check what quests are. Then we will talk about it" said Alice while walking down the stairs and walking to right wall

Alex, Bob and John were on the stairs alone

"I have some questions for you guys..." Said Alex

"What is it Alex?" Said Bob

"I was wondering why you call Alice 'captain'. I know that she is a captain of the team but why all the time you her 'captain'? I also was wondering why you decided to join Alice's team"

"Well... You have your rights to ask questions about it... Well... We know eachother from childhood... We used to live in one village... But one day something happened and we were forced to leave the village... We knew eachother so we formed a team together..." Said Bob with tears

"We call her like that because we get used to it" said John

"Oh... I'm sorry... It must been painful to talk about it... I want to tell you something..." Said Alex

"What is it Alex?" Said John

"I-" when he tried to say something Alice shouted

"Come here guys! I found something!"
