Chap 241: Lying away from you
Szedra stopped feeling guilty about not thanking Memphis. At least she had some clue about what was wrong with her broken aura-sending. Her smile vanished within another second.
She passed the familiar statues as she walked the long red carpet leading away from the professor's office. Once outside the tall building with the red flag, the few bright-colored hairs of Chewlete workers stood out from the corners and trees of the compound.
Using those Chewlete passersby to test her aura-sensing would be a flawed experiment since she didn't know whether they were drained of their excess Shinra. Asking one of them to be her test buddy didn't sound like a good idea either. Since her teammates may be the interference, she would need to be at a great distance from them. But how would she do that?
