After eating breakfast Alex walked toward the training field. He was slow, very slow.
It took him all his strength and time just to reach the training field which was at the opposite corner of the mansion, far from where the hall was.
After reaching the training fields he was welcomed by an order of Knights with most of them being Class 1 and Class 2 while some rare being Class 3.
There were only three Class 4 among more than 100 knights. And only a single class 5 knight who was also the knight Commander of the Viscounty.
Alex started training by running around the ground while training he used appraisal on a person who looked to be over 30 years old and a Class 2 knight.

According to the appraisal system, Alex can only copy an Aptitude that is one rank above him. For example, since his own potential is F, he can only copy an E rank potential in all three aptitudes since his own potential in all three aptitudes is F.
So he will have to copy 8 different times from different people, just to raise his potential from 'F' to 'SSS' in the infantry.

[ To understand that, the host first needs to understand the difference between the Classes of Knights.
First of all, all humans are born with 24 Meridian Gates, that are either closed or blocked.
The number of closed or blocked Meridian Gates is decided on birth and can't be changed. The difference is that the closed Meridian Gates can be opened by using a Mana technique to collect Mana in a person's Mana heart located in the chest and then using that collected Mana to push open the Closed Meridian Gates, but the Meridian Gates which are blocked can't be opened no matter what. ]
[The Class of the knight from Class 1 to 4 depends on the number of open Meridian Gates they have. For example Like a C rank or Higher potential knight is someone who was fortunate enough to be born with all 12 closed Meridian Gates and not a single blocked Gate, which he later used Mana to force open and became a Class 4 knight whereas an F rank potential Knight is someone who was born with only 3 Closed Gates out of 24 while the rest were blocked so no matter how much Mana he uses, he won't be able to open those 21 blocked gates and will forever remain a Class 1 knight. ]

After that Alex started running around the field, it took him 25 minutes to complete a 500-metre run which was supposed to be completed in less than 4 minutes, and that too after spending all the energy and strength in his body.
This incident made Alex realize just how weak the foundations of his body are and how much training he needs. After continuously running around for more than an hour, he started doing push-ups.
Alex made a goal of running 2 Kilometres every day for the next ten days and then gradually increasing the distance with time the same goes for push-ups too, he had decided to do 5 push-ups for the next ten days and then gradually increase the number.
After completing both his goals, Alex was famished, he had been training for hours now and it was already past noon.
'Now it was time to finish the training, get cleaned from all the sweat and dirt, and get my body upgraded, Hehe'. Alex thought.
