"I asked the kitchen to prepare food according to your preference, I hope you like it," The scorpion kind said as he enthusiastically pointed at the table filled with delicious food. 

But the one who received that question stayed silent. Lyra was too lost to focus on other things because she was thinking about something else. Those words from Demir's mother kept on ringing inside her mind. 'What will you do if one of your mates kills your other mates?' 

What should she do if something like that indeed takes place? She didn't know. Lyra really didn't know what she would do. She just wished for that to never happen. But then again, she could now somewhat understand the scorpion queen. The latter must have felt heartbroken when she lost her mates and worst, she also had to mate with the person who killed them.
