A demon named Kai has a chance encounter with a human child while escaping a bitterly betrayed prince. As she helped him recover the two grew close. Saving him in more ways than one. Without hesitation she begins to wrap the strips around the demon's torso. He winces in pain staring at her. "Aren't you afraid of me?" "No. Why would I be?" "Because I'm a demon." She ties the strip tightly and looks up to him smiling. "But aren't we all."
