The Spottybud currently had five known evolutionary forms, and among them Polarilla is required to be in a specific environment to evolve.

That environment was in Luminescia Region.

"No need, I already asked a breeder specifically, and they said as long as it stays in an environment at minus 40℃ for an hour, it will work. By then, I'll hire an Ice-type spirit beast to create the environment." Samson explained.
