Nearly 15 hours later Adoneous woke up, and found it was already the dead of the night. Consoling the two beasts alling out to him through their mental link, he stood up. Suddenly he was disoriented for a few minutes before regaining his balance.
As he regained his bearings, he was awstruck at the implications of the technique. Unlike what he initially suspected, it was not a technique to temporarily increase comprehension speed, but a biological manupulation technique, that slowly improved his mental facilities. What is entailed as a bonus was a dimension in the mind that could be manupulated as per requirements to retain knowledge. However what he had failed to factor in was the working of this world. The mind palace had unfortunately not been created. What it instead formed was a dimension. It was just like the beast spaces but this time he could enter it himself. He was akin to a god in this dimension. As he wandered the vast blank space, he could feel his mind. It had certainly improved, able to retain information faster and even understand concepts faster. However, it was blank. He needed to fill it up with information to not only ascend to the next level of the technique but also to pass. However before that he would have some fun.
Slowly, the blank void transformed into a rich green field. A huge pagoda, full of intricate designs and elegance, nine levels tall, appeared at the centre of it. Deciding to furnish it at a later time, he made a bold attempt. He started to fuse the beast realms of Neiveil and Samaeul into his new dimension. Suddenly, the dimension started to quake at an unprecedented rate. Soon, a huge range of mountains aroe towards the north of the plain. Adoneous starte dto use the wind element to float towards the mountains. They were at a circular ring, and at the centre, was a luxurious courtyard. It had evolved furtur than what he had previously seen. The pool of water was a beautiful circle with a ring of lotuses and water hyacinths in two rings. The lotuses and hyacinths were hundred petalled. At the centre of the pool, stood a small shrine, open at all ends, except held up with four bars. A huge lamp burned unendingly at the centre. Circled around it was Neiveil. Oh what a damnned lazy beast. Even after the world ending apocalyptic earthquake, he kept sleeping. Sneering, he started to move in the southwest direction towards a new forest. It was time to meet Samaeul.
