The people then immediately used their beast scanners to scan the Ember Foxes and the moment they saw the status, they were shocked.
Eric, who saw it, was immediately shocked as he looked deeply at the scanner. "How can this be? A 2-Star beast with perfect D-Tier stats? I never see anything like this."
Tavian then became silent for a while before smirking wide. "This is it. This is the beast I've been searching for. A perfect starter for me."
Tavian possessed the Flame Lord talent. Lord and King-level talent can let the tamer tame 2-Star beasts as their starter beasts when they were 1-Star tamers.
The manager that was on stage smirked when he saw the reaction from the crowd. "As you can see, ladies and gentlemen, these Ember Foxes are no ordinary beasts. With full D-Tier stats, they are perfect for nobles."
The manager then immediately held his hammer as he began. ""We'll start the bidding at 500 Beast Coins or 500 BC for each Ember Fox."
Tavian was the first to act. He immediately stood and called out his bid. "I don't want to waste my time so I bid 4,000 BC for two of the Ember Foxes."
The crowd was shocked when they heard it. To think that there was someone who immediately bid that high.
Eric only sneered as he also stood and called out, "I also bid 4,000 BC for two of the Ember Foxes. I am curious to see just how these beasts achieved such stats."
Because of Eric and Tavian, the tension in the room rose and the remaining Ember Fox was now in a fierce state.
The manager only smirked upon seeing each new bid; his mind racing was now racing to calculate the profits from this auction.
In the end, the final Ember Fox was sold for 1,800 BC, only 200 BC lower than the previous bid but still, this made the manager smile as it was rare for 2-Star Beast to have this high price.
The manager then bowed down. "Congratulations to our esteemed bidders that had gotten the Ember Fox. I wish you good luck."
Tavian only smirked as he saw the two Ember Foxes. "A worthwhile purchase. These Ember Foxes will be the ones who raised my prestige in the family." Tavian said while leaving the hall.
Eric, on the other hand, smirked as he saw his Ember Foxes. "A mystery worth researching. I wonder what secret you two hold." Eric said while leaving the hall.
The manager also left the stage and he was very excited after he saw the profit and also the reputation brought from the Ember Fox auction.

The next morning, Savra had received news that the messenger from the auction house had arrived. He had brought the profit from the auction house.
Savra smirked as she looked at the profit. "This is good." She then immediately called for a maid."Call Lucius; I have good news for him."
Moments later, Lucius entered the grand hall. He immediately looked at the chest that was being held by Savra.
Lucius then immediately asked. "Did you call for me, Lady Savra? What do you need me for?"
Savra stood and immediately went to him and said, "Your beasts have been sold and the share of profits has been sent to me."
Savra also immediately showed him a small chest and said, "Here's your share and what do you want me to do with it?"
Lucius, who looked at the chest, smirked, "I see so this is my share; then give it to Luna. She will handle my finances from now on."
Savra raised an eyebrow but nodded. "Very well. I will send it to her but still, I want to ask you something."
Lucius then became curious as he asked, "What is it?"
Savra then said, "You have got your shares, so I wonder if you want to visit a market? You might find something interesting to spend your new money on."
Lucius smirked upon hearing it. "The market, you say? That sounds... intriguing. Yes, I'd like to see what's on offer."
Savra nodded, pleased with his answer. "Good. I'll have Daxton prepare a carriage to take you to the nearest market."
She turned to a nearby maid and commanded. "Summon Daxton immediately and tell him to prepare the carriage."
Soon enough, Daxton came and immediately bowed down to Savra before addressing Lucius. "The carriage is ready, Master Lucius. I'll escort you to the market."
Lucius nodded his head and turned to Luna and Liora, who had just come to the grand hall. "Luna, bring the money with you. Liora, you'll serve as my guard."
Luna, who was excited, bowed her head and said, "Yes, Master." She then stepped forward and took the chest from the table. Liora, on the other hand, just stayed silent.
As they prepared to leave, Savra immediately realized something and stopped him. "Lucius, before you go, I have a question."
Lucius then turned his face to Savra, confused, "Yes? What is it that you want to ask?"
Savra gestured toward him and Luna. "You're both 2-Star Tamers now, but from what I know, both of you are talentless and haven't tamed any beasts. How is that possible?"
Lucius, who heard it, chuckled and smirked, "Ah, that. I recently discovered a unique recipe. It allows me to level up without the need to tame a beast. A rare find, wouldn't you say?"
Savra, who heard it, became interested and asked. "A recipe, you say? Could you share it with me?"
Lucius's smirk widened and he shook his head. "I'm afraid not. It's useless to those with beast talents. It only works for the talentless."
Savra was a bit surprised by the revelation, "Only for the talentless, huh?"
Savra then folded her arms. "That's... unusual. But I suppose it makes sense. Talentless individuals are exceedingly rare."
Lucius then nodded his head. "Exactly. It is suited only for the few who are unfortunate. You wouldn't benefit from it, so there's no need to concern yourself as talentless are just too rare."
Savra then nodded, "I see. Then it's of no use to me."
She then gestured toward the door. "Go ahead, Lucius. Enjoy the market. I'll be curious to see what catches your eye."
Lucius chuckled and turned toward the door, with Luna and Liora following closely behind. "Don't worry, Lady Savra. I always find exactly what I'm looking for."
As the carriage pulled away from the estate, Lucius leaned back in his seat, his smirk never fading.
Luna sat beside him, carefully guarding the chest, while Liora remained alert, preparing for all situations.
