BIG STICK

Black Cloud City is not like the any other City of Celtic where there are high tower skyscraper, modern forts with automated robotic guards and magical cars, and trains fly around everywhere. Or a place which is like an Elf's City where people live with nature in big trees. It is a place that exists at the border of the Black Forest, so due to the constant threat from the monster attack and beast tide they are needed to be reconstructed frequently after an assault, so the Country Government made it in a way that building are easily constructive with Ceramics and Magic reinforced bricks.

Due to these threats, every major guild places its branch in every border cities in the name of protection but to increase their source of income.

When there is conflict there is gain.

So the Hunter Streets that was owned by the Hunters Guild is also a place for business and conflict. When people meet there is always a place for conflict. Because of this reason not only the City Guards, even the Hunters Guild has a separate Patrol Guard recruited for handling those conflicts between Hunters in their region.

However, even those Guards are in a tight spot due to the incidents that are happening before them.

A young man that was dressed in luxurious clothes was sitting in a chariot that was carried by several Black Orcs slaves, he is with two beauty leaning on his shoulder and he is running his hands through their clothes with a lewd smile on his face.

While on the opposite side of this young man stands Eight People, that are from Hunters Guild, centering a handsome looking young man.

Everyone knew after today, Black Cloud City will be in constant turmoil. The peaceful days are over.

City Guards and the Hunters Guards, everyone is in a dilemma because it was a conflict between two big families of Black Cloud City.

The Sliver family and the Harris Family.

An hour prior to the incident.

"Fuck off, Uncle, you are blocking my way"

Every person that stood around the massive gate of Hunters Guild heard these words. It was said by the new member of Bloody Warriors towards the renowned Bron the Knight of Black Cloud City. So all the watchful eyes started to gather around. Robin is also among these crowd of people that are gathering to watch some fun. But he is standing at the back of the crowd, having considerable distance from the center region. He is standing because of the New Guy because that is none other than his past friend Big Dick alias Patrick Silver.

Finishing those words, that new guy Big Stick walked past Bron towards the Hunters Guild, however, he was again blocked by the Fat lackey of Bron the Knight.

Everyone knows that Bron is the dog of the Harris Family, so few people clashes with him. But to clash either you need to be powerful or have powerful backing.

Bloody Warriors was a well known Hunter party with fame, yet they are not powerful enough to clash with the Harris Family dog. Even some mid-level famous families think twice before clashing with them because there are many small families razed by Harris Family just because they clash with their interest.

This conflict doesn't need to happen only if the Bloody Warriors have affiliated themselves to any of the Great Families. But Bloody Warrior rejected all the offers from Great Families and even from the Private Guilds. That is well-known news in Black Could City.

Everyone had the same thought in their mind, Bloody Warriors is over by the hands of this new guy that came with Bloody warriors. It was not only the thoughts of the people watching Big Stick's action, but it was also the thinking of members of Bloody Warriors.

But Hades has a complicated look on his covered face,

'What is my stupid cousin doing? Is he planning to get everyone killed? No, it can't be. Damn, I can't look what is he thinking in the corrupt brain of his.'

However, before anyone could respond to the fat lackey of Bron, named Tom, took the Hammer hanging around his hip and slammed it towards Big Stick's head.

Seeing the attack coming towards him, Big Stick smirked and drew out a small pocket knife from his sleeve and at the same time bent down and avoided the attack. Then he followed up with his attack, which made a clear cut on Tom's stomach, and blood started to flow out from his stomach. It was a pretty deep wound. Tom couldn't react to Big Stick's attack, it was so fast for him to follow.

Everyone including Bron and the Bloody Warriors remained stunned.

Thud...

The hammer falling sound waked everyone from their trance state.

It took about ten seconds for everyone to react as they saw Tom falling to the ground while holding his belly and groaning in pain.

Traz who stood behind Big Stick reacted first, it was not their cup of coffee to get dragged into this type of mess. They never wanted the conflict with Harris Family, all they want was to complete the mission they accepted, but now things are going out of hand. He made a mistake as a leader, by taking this new guy Big Stick into his party, he did it with no other choice, however now it gives birth to this much a mess. As he was gonna reprimand Big Stick, a hand stopped him. When he turned to look at the owner of the hand, he saw Hades looking at him with a serious look on his face,

"Just wait and watch."

Why Traz doesn't know, but he felt reassured once he heard Hades' words.

Then Hades looked towards Big Sticks back,

'Cousin, what is happening. Even if Bron and his lackeys are arrogant they wouldn't attack someone right in front of Hunters Guild, for some petty conflict, even people from the Great Family will be confined for this type of crime, something big is happening'

Upon analyzing something was wrong, Hades stopped Traz.

Bron shouted toward Big Stick,

"You fucking no-name new guy, how could you hurt a subject of Harris Family right at the center of the city."

Bron's another lackey that was a lean guy walked toward Tom and bandaged his wounds. His name was Rick and he was Tom's best friend. They both grew up together in slums and became Bron's subordinate after submitting the poor slum girls to Bron as playthings. They did those horrible things so that they could attain acknowledgment and wash their names as slum rats. They planned to do anything to gain a good life for themselves.

So upon hearing Bron's words, both Tom and Rick felt heartfelt happy that they got recognized as Harris Family subordinate by Bron.

But Bron's inner thoughts was something else entirely,

'Well, it didn't go as I planned but still, it is also good.'

His plan was to create conflict and strike the Bloody Warriors in the dark and make it look like a coincidence. But now they hurt his lackey, he can make it into a bigger mess, it will be one stone, two mangoes.

At that time the crowd surrounding them parted as the City Guards walked towards them, they came after hearing the commotion that is happening.

Upon seeing the City Guards, Bron walked towards them with a smile on his face,

"Hello, guard leader Josh, how are you?"

And the City Guard that is walking at the lead respond to Bron's friendly gesture and said,

"I'm fine, what has happened here"

Upon that Bron said some quiet words to guard Josh in secret in his ears.

Then Josh looked towards the Tom that is sitting on the ground with bandage surrounding his big belly and blood around everywhere.

"Who did this?"

Hearing that Bron pointed at Bloody Warriors and said with a grieved look,

"Those guys are evil, they attacked my friend without mercy, ruthlessly inside the City"

The Guard named Josh nodded his head in an understanding manner and said while looking towards Bloody Warriors,

"You guys are arrested for hurting innocents in the City, guards apprehend them"

Hearing Josh's words everyone looking at the things transpiring can tell that this is just a play to catch Bloody Warriors.

But then they heard Big Stick shout at the guard Josh,

"Hey, fucker, are you really a City Guard"

Hearing his words Bloody Warriors thought,

'Why is it, that every time this guy opens his mouth, our crime rate keeps on increasing?'
