On her way home that morning she listened to 'see you again' by Wiz khalifa and Charlie Puth.

'This is Abigail and she's going to be your nurse once you're discharged. I'll check in on you from time to time. I promise.'
She kissed him on the cheek.
He was finally being discharged but he was going to come in weekly for his chemo appointments.
'I have a favor to ask', Chris said once she was done speaking.
'Ask it', Chennai said.
'Can I come live with you'
Chennai thought to herself and decided that there was no way she was going to deny a dying man his last wishes.
After Chris was discharged some months flew by and he wasn't getting any better so he was scheduled for another surgery.
There was no way Chennai would be allowed to operate on him due to their relationship.
'Whatever happens, I want you to stay strong and never forget how much I love even to the after life I still love you abundantly.'
She couldn't control herself. She was a mess in tears.

Chennai cried and she bawled. She was asked to go take a break.

'You're pregnant', said the doctor for the third time as Chennai sat there in shock with her mouth ajar.
Chris had left a part of him with her and she had made up her mind to cherish it dearly. No matter how far he was from her, he had somehow proven his love once more.
